The 'Branson Bluff House' is located just 200 feet above the cool waters of Lake Taneycomo, with expansive views of the Ozark Mountain Hills and the Branson skyline. With it's architectural design and unique features, it's sure to create a memorable experience.

A one of the most unique features of this cabin includes a waterfall shower hewn from the bluff wall. This fully renovated cabin is beautiful, well-appointed, and has much more to offer.

Master Suite features a King size bed, fireplace, 50' flat screen television, robes and shower.
Guest Suite features a King size bed, 50' flat screen television, robes and shower.
Loft Suite has curved staircase leading to the Queen size bed.
Living areas feature leather furniture with queen-size sofa sleepers, fireplace, and 60' flat screen televisions.
Enjoy dining in the bay window on the remarkable custom built 70' table designed with cypress wood, native to the Ozarks.

The Keeter Center and Bluff House at College of the Ozarks is a smoke-free, alcohol-free, pet-free facility.

Rental agreement holder must be 25 years old and present at all times with anyone under the age of 18.

Accessibility is limited in the house. There are steps leading to the main entry, a spiral staircase leading to the loft, two steps inside the main entry, and a spiral staircase leading to the basement.

Beautiful get-a-way

This log home is even more spectacular than the pictures show. Yes, the house and scenery is beautiful, but it is the small things that count too like the homemade cookies and fresh milk! It is a great place to wind down and relax. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Oh, and that rain shower is so unique. A lot of room and space for family and friends to enjoy!

The property and cabin were gorgeous. My siblings and I treated our parents to a Branson trip and my mom was very impressed! They provided us with some homemade cookies and milk that were delicious! No words can completely express the beauty, cleanliness and hospitality that we got. It's a MUST!!!

Beautiful!

This place was beautiful. My husband and I felt kind of like we were staying at a spa. We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub, waterfall shower and lake views. The location is on a dead end road with privacy, yet close to the main roads. We will be back!

The Bluff house was very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the views over the river. The location was quite and close to activities. The College of the Ozarks supplied complimentary cookies and milk that we loved.

Love log cabins. This was the ultimate

8 of us had a wonderful time. Had some trouble getting the iPad to heat the hot tub. Other than that we all loved it. Plan to come back.

The most amazing place to stay!

The Bluff House was the best getaway we've had in a long time. The house is beautiful, clean and has all of the comforts of home. The hot tub on the side of the bluff is unique and relaxing. We drove around the campus and visited the student stores, ate ice cream at the creamery, checked out the museums and had an absolutely delicious dinner at the Keeter Center. We've already recommended this place to all of our friends and will definitely come back ourselves. Oh, and this is where he proposed! I couldn't have asked for a better setting to say "YES".

Gorgeous Views!

My family of 4, including an 8 and 6 year old stayed for a long weekend with another couple with a 7 year old. The location away from the traffic of Branson was fantastic, but still close enough to drive in for activities. Grocery and pharmacy close by, very secure property. Restaurant and ice cream and coffee shops are located in the school/check in lobby a short drive away. Everything is maintained beautifully and very clean. The outdoor spa was amazing! Most things you need for a full kitchen including an outdoor gas grill are here. The school provides fresh milk, soaps, cookies and coffee all prepared by students! Amazing! There are some caveats: The property can be dangerous due to all of the steps and its location cut right into the bluff. Bring children and active seniors here with extreme caution. Also, there are zero condiments, not even salt and pepper, nor anything to clean the countertops. The temperature control can be odd. The lower level remained very cold while the upper was difficult to cool. We had a couple of minor issues and they were resolved immediately. We would recommend the property to anyone and had a great stay!

Bluff House, College of the Ozarks

Beautiful log cabin with all the amenities you would want. Great location. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but amazing inside. We had two problems with it.....1) the house was smokey inside and really bothered some of our party. Maybe the people ahead if us didn't open the dampers or something, but it was pretty bad. 2) the downstairs was cold. Since it's on the same thermostat as the main floor there was no way to warm it up. Too cold to sleep in for sure. Might be ok in the summer. Downstairs only has a sofa bed (no bedroom), but has a kitchen and full bath with sauna. We used the shower, but that's all. Overall, the house is beautiful, beds are very comfortable, linens are great, and the view is amazing.
