PLEASE NOTE: NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 TO RENT PROPERTY and a copy of the renter's driver license must be emailed for proof of age. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED.

Note: Rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability. Existing reservations with prepayment are excluded.

Step inside from the covered front porch and you are greeted by warm wood floors and bright traditional furnishings in the living area with a queen sleeper sofa, seating for five plus four stools for additional seating and a 47' TV with cable, Netflix app on tv (guest is responsible for using own log in for Netflix). A full bathroom with shower, laundry with washer and dryer and access to the patio with picnic table and large side yard is also located on the first level.

The kitchen features black on black appliances, additional seating for two at the counter and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.

Two bedrooms are on the second level; one with a king bed, 32' smart TV with streaming Netflix (guest is responsible for using own log in for Netflix), one with two Full size beds and a 32' wall mounted smart TV with streaming Netflix (your own subscription log in required), comfortable bedding and a shared bath with tub/shower combo.

Gulf Stream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South; just minutes to all Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping and dining.

Quiet and Cozy

Our family felt quite at home only a few blocks from the beach! We spent everyday enjoying the city of Myrtle Beach and all that was offered! The house was quiet, and well cared for, everything worked well that we used. Great location and great property owner who even offered suggestions for local restaurants! 10/10 will rent again!

Great Stay

Excellent communication had some minor glitches mostly my own doing, but they were quick to respond and very helpful. The property was in excellent condition and was very clean.

AMAZING!

Loved the location - 2 block walk to the beach, the grocery store. Loved the layout of the cottage. It had everything we could ever need to make our stay comfortable and so enjoyable. Stephanie was a phone call away and it was sooo nice to rent this place from her. Very relaxing and amazing week! Thank you so much! Will definitely stay again!!

Nice and Clean

Newer looking condo that had everything that a family needs. Had a great 4 nights stay at this place. Specially impressed finding a stroller, kids toys and beach toys which we couldn’t carry on a spirit flight.

GREAT LOCATION GREAT HOUSE

We had the BEST time on our honeymoon week! We brought along our 3 year old daughter and she enjoyed it just as much! Great neighborhood, very quiet especially at night. The pool was just a short walk a few houses over, the beach was in walking distance along with the local Walmart. We couldn’t say enough great things about this house. For our first stay in Myrtle Beach it was absolutely perfect!! Stephanie the owner was also SUCH a pleasure to work with. Any questions I had she was quick to answer and was very attentive. Needless to say we will be back!

A Majestic Retreat in Myrtle Beach!

Our family recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Stephanie's stunning property at 300 Snorkel Way in Myrtle Beach, and all we can say is, "Wow!" Our expectations were high, but this place surpassed them all. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were entranced by the charm of this beach house. The location was perfect - just a short stroll to the beautiful sands of Myrtle Beach, yet tucked away enough to provide a sense of tranquility and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. The home itself was an absolute delight. Stylishly decorated with a warm, beachy vibe, it was spacious yet inviting. There were enough rooms to accommodate our family comfortably, offering the perfect blend of communal and private spaces. The property came equipped with everything we could possibly need - a fully functional kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, ample parking, carefully thought out and curated by Stephanie to ensure a seamless vacation experience for her guests. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the sublime outdoor area. Between the sparkling pool, the cozy patio, and the lush landscaping, we found ourselves spending more time outside than in. Will definitely stay again!

GREAT beach house and location!!! HIDDEN GEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The perfect stay!! The beach is just a short block away and there is a private community pool if you do not want to hit the beach for the day. Beds were comfortable and the decor was beach themed and nicely decorated. The house was spotless, and everything is brand new. Washer and dryer makes the trip even better when you do not have to take home dirty clothes and can do wash before you leave. The airport is only 1.5 miles away, you can't beat it!!! The house is in a great location. -Owners were great! Extremely helpful and even checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Do not pay attention to the one and only bad review by someone who clearly had unreasonable expectations and was upset for not getting their way so they left a negative unfair review as a result. The house is great, the owners are attentive to your needs and the location is close to everything. The price to stay in a house vs. a hotel is well worth it and really is a bargain!!! Thank you for the great experience and we can't wait to return!!!!!!!!!!!

Comfortable and clean

This was our first time staying at this cottage. It was clean which is a must for me! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is within walking distance. Parking was the only issue but the home owner responded quickly helping resolve this problem. The cottage had extra towels, pillow and blanks for guest to use And games for entertainment if needed. My kids were excited to find these but due to a busy soccer schedule we didn’t have to much down time. We felt very comfortable and rested well. We will stay here again.

We were here for a travel softball tournament and this house was a great location to all attractions. Property was clean and enough room for our family of 7. Definetly would stay again.

Family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was really clean. We loved the proximity to the beach. The only suggestion would be an outside hose. Stephanie was a wonderful host and I really appreciate her communication with the process.

Wonderful house near the beach!

This house is in a great location. It is maybe a 5 minute walk over to the beach. We found it to be clean and had everything we needed. We had no issues, but were able to communicate with Stephanie if we needed to.

Great place and great location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach or jump on the pool located on the property. The house has everything you needed for your stay and if it didn't, there was a market within a block or two. Communication was great too.

Perfect Getaway!

Our family of 7 absolutely enjoyed our stay at Gulfstream Cottages. This home was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything in the home felt or looked brand new, but was comfortable. The home had everything we needed and more. The owners literally thought of everything! Speaking of the owners, Stephanie was an absolute joy to work with. She made sure all of our needs were met and even followed up with me after our stay. The home is within walking distance to a beach access, grocery stores, and restaurants. The community pool is super clean and has restrooms so you don't have to walk back to the house. Our family will definitely be returning in the future!

Wonderful Home and Terrific Owners

This house is perfectly located. It has it all about 2 blocks in every direction. Clean, cozy, and the absolute best priced place for anywhere in the Myrtle Beach area. Stepanie and Todd will ensure your completely comfortable and if anything is missing or if there is anything they can assit you with, they are immediately on top of it. Only place our family will ever stay when coming to this area. Thanks for awesome week and look forward to many more.

Perfect Location!! House is beautiful and owner is great! Priced better than most hotels!

Had a great trip! Owner was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with, THANK YOU. Stephanie was very helpful and gave us some ideas for activities for our kids since this was our first time to Myrtle Beach. House was gorgeous decorated with the beachy theme and was CLEAN AND BRAND NEW. Location was great, close to everything and on the corner of 2nd block to the beach. SUPER CLOSE. Price was better than most hotels I called and unbeatable considering you are getting an entire beach house and a private community pool cheaper than a loud used up hotel.

THIS BEACH HOUSE IS AMAZING!!!-Great Location & EXCELLENT Service, OWNER IS THE BEST!!! GREAT DEAL!!

The owner was so sweet & accommodating and every detail is handled. The house is decorated beautifully and so comfortable. The house is very clean and immaculate. Only 2 very short blocks to the beach and this community of beach cottages have a private pool. The house is centrally located in the heart of everything and couldn't be in a better location!! Can't wait to return in the fall!!

Good location but terrible service

We stayed at this location in July 2015. It's a good location and the property was clean and convenient. However the bedrooms don´t have curtains to block the lights so expect to be awake as soon as the sun rises and downstairs is very dark so need the lights on all day long. The owner was particularly not helpful and she charged us an extra night even though we advised as soon as we received a message fro the Airlines that our flight was delayed by 24 hrs and that was a week prior. Best was to lose a customer and get bad publicity.

Do not be fooled by the 2 stars, guest is unreasonable !!! Guest had ONLY 2 complaints BOTH of which I have no control over, a delayed flight and bright sunrises at the beach!!! NO complaints mentioned about the house, location, pool, or any other issues, yet guest gave 2 stars because of HER chosen airline that was delayed. This speaks for itself and obviously she had nothing else to complain about since the house is immaculate, so please read the other reviews. I did not charge an extra night as falsely stated. The bookings are CLEARLY stated as weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday. We had a booked summer schedule and this guest was upset because I WOULD NOT cancel another guest's paid vacation to accommodate her last minute delayed flight. I am very sorry that this guest is proud to state that she was INTENTIONALLY trying to give us "bad publicity" and that is not the point of the reviews and she should not be permitted to leave another review on this site. This is sad because it is unnecessary and just goes to show the mentality of this guest and just how unreasonable she is when she doesn't get her way. We respect all of our guests and their reservations which is why we said NO to canceling another reservation to please this guest. Rates are not by the night but rather by the week, and we are not responsible for last minute flight delays, it is a weekly home rental, not a hotel. We have had MANY guests that have left our beach house as our new friends, and all of which are planning their next trip back!!!!

LOVED IT!!!!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach home. The community was quiet and beautiful as well as the home was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated and so clean. Working with the owner was wonderful as well; she stayed in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking and was so pleasurable to talk with. We hope to return here very soon!!

If you are just starting your search or if you have been looking for the right place to stay, your search is over! After we cancelled our reservation with another rental home the day of our arrival due to some major disappointments, my family and I were so blessed to find this beautiful and amazing place. Not only was the place just what we were looking for, the owners was so helpful through out the entire process. She went out of her way to make sure that were were very confortable. The house is gorgeous inside and out and very well decorated. I truly recommend this house and will be staying here in the future!

Great Family Stay
