Welcome to California condo living at its best!

This newly renovated condo features everything you need for a relaxing holiday in one of San Diego’s most desirable neighborhoods – Bird Rock. Located in an exclusive boutique building, it’s just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, fitness and the beautiful La Jolla beaches.

The open-concept living/dining area features a large couch, and counter-top seating for two. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, and ample closet space. The washroom includes a walk-in shower.

Be sure to ask us about anything you might need or want to plan the perfect trip. We want to make your stay in San Diego unforgettable!

Excellent stay in Beautiful Bird Rock.

Small hiccup upon check in which was quickly rectified otherwise an excellent stay in this beautiful apartment. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

Location was prime. 2 minutes walk to the water and about a mile from a great surf beach. Host was awesome and incredibly responsive/hospitable. The surrounding food is great — easy walk to the main strip of Mission Beach

Very Disappointing

Numerous issues. Not worth getting into details. Stayed 6 weeks on original reservation. Half way through owners tried to evict us for too many complaints. Suggested we needed to go to a four star hotel. They went ballistic when told that "Drano" would not dissolve human hair in clogged drain in bathroom. Hard to imagine, they said we were the only people that ever complained. If they listened to our feedback and made necessary changes it would help a lot.

Agreed, details are not worth going through. We knew right away that the tenants were not a good fit with the condo and offered them a full refund if they wanted to leave (after numerous complaints from them upon arrival). The complaints continued, some reasonable and we tried our best to resolve them. When the frequency and nature of the complaints became unmanageable, we again suggested they find a location better suited to them and offered a full refund. This is hardly what would be called an eviction. We always listen to feedback and do what we can to resolve reasonable complaints. They were not the only renters who have ever raised issues, simply the first ones who came up with a new problem almost every day. We have four properties listed on VRBO and our record speaks for itself.

Bird Rock is a Slice of Heaven

Bird Rock is an awesome hilly oceanfront area with great restaurants, friendly people and easy access to Amazing San Diego area. Property was perfect size for 2!

Convenient location

Convenient location just steps away from views of the ocean. Very comfortable bed with a arge bathroom. Parking spot was a little tight but we were able to get our Honda CRV in. In unit laundry was a game changer. La Jolla Blvd is a busy street but has great restaurants just steps away from the rental unit.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our time at this apartment in Bird Rock. The location could not be better, with views of the ocean from the living room, and many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is great for two people with a large bedroom and bathroom- we had everything we needed, though one thing to consider is if you are coming here to work as well as have some time off, there is no desk set up. Would consider staying here again.

Fantastic location and host

My husband and I stayed at this property for the month and loved the Bird Rock area. The property was nice and the host was great at communicating with us throughout our stay. We had one minor issue with the property that was resolved in a very timely manner and handled appropriately by the host.

Beautiful apartment!!

It is a pretty big apartment for 2-3 people with lots of natural light!! The kitchen is fully equiped and works pretty well. The location couldn’t be better, you have the beach at 10 mins walking, grocery’s and restaurants. Also having the Starbucks literally at your door is amazing!! We are really satisfied with our stay!

Updated light bright apartment in fun area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this light, bright apartment with a window seat that offered a small view of the ocean one block away. Comfy, nice management, and fun area with music, espresso cafes, restaurants. Very "walkable".

Great Location in La Jolla

Loved the location. Owner is very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed the cute coffee shops and bakery close by. You are just a couple of miles from downtown La Jolla with great food and fun. Nice beaches minutes away. The assigned parking for the condo works for compact cars only. Our SUV was too big for the space. However, street parking was easy to find nearby. The only negative, there is no AC. August was quite warm and no breezes came into the condo. The owner did provide window, floor and ceiling fans which did help some. Very cute place with nice amenities.

great layout, privacy, location

This condo is perfect sized for a couple and has a good layout -- bigger than a one room studio. It has private entrance and, though on the first floor, is actually one floor above the sidewalk. Very clean and safe. WiFi worked well. Responsive owner and definitely recommend for North Pacific Beach , Bird Rock and La Jolla destinations. FORGET the Starbucks downstairs and go 50 extra steps across the street to the national award winning "Micro Roaster of the Year" Bird Rock Coffee. This is Bird Rock so there is not a sandy beach at the end of the street -- but instead a rocky headland -- but Law Street Beach or Tourmaline Beach still within easy walk or bike ride. Parking was easy to find-- usually right in front of the Unit, or within a block.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at the condo. It was clean and cozy, and had all of the amenities we needed. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to San Diego! Great access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Located in a relaxing area.
