This vacation rental is a 1 BR / 1 BA condo (3rd floor unit) on the ocean with free WiFi Internet and free video streaming from your smart device. It is conveniently located on a quiet street near shopping, restaurants, & grocery store. If internet speed is important to you, I offer high speed (broadband) internet with 25 Mbps. Compare that to what others offer.

This condo is very nicely decorated and expertly maintained. A fishing pier & swimming pool are available for our guests.
The condo is suitable for a small family (2 adults and 4 children) or two couples (4 adults). It has its own private balcony and is equipped with modern appliances including TV, DVD player, small compact stereo, microwave oven, blender, telephone with answering machine, alarm clock, hairdryer, etc. There is off-street parking for my guests. A coin laundromat is on the premises.

Such a great condo on the beach!!! Super easy check in, super easy beach access, balcony overlooking the water, BT speaker! Everything you want and need for a weekend beach getaway! Everything we needed was provided! Even beach chairs!!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to stay !! Blessed by our stay!!!

This was our first ever trip to South Carolina. Canā€™t really imagine a better spot to be home base for all our excursions. Everything was just as posted, maybe even better. The view, beach access, walking distance to shops and restaurants was amazing. Close to so many places to go and see. Richard was super informative with the pre-information so never had any issues or additional questions. We looked at a bunch of places to stay, so blessed we chose this one!! Too much to do and see so weā€™ll be back!! Hopefully we find this Sea Cabin available!!!

Richard Morris was completely easy to work with and easy to understand directions. The condo was perfect I had a view out my front patio and back patio. The view was perfect the private pier was amazing and the gate to the beach was easy walk the pool was clean my stay was perfect.isle of palms was perfect for me I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone

Worth a return.

This was a pleasant apartment for the two of us with a fine view of the sea. Saw dolphins once during the week and enjoyed the pelicans cruising in echelon along the beach and over the buildings. Walked up the beach to church on the beach at 25th street access(seasonal). Several restaurants are within easy walking distance. We visited historical sites in the region in addition to beach walking. Didn't do any major cooking but there were enough pots, pans etc to to a big dinner if desired. Grocery store was within a couple miles. There are places in the area that rent and deliver chairs and umberellas to the beach. We didn't take in the swimming pool of the condo but every morning about 6:30 staff was out straightening chairs and prepping for the day. Binoculars were worthwhile for watching the ships, occasional sailboats, birds or even dolphins. Regarding wildlife, the national forest is not far. One of the plantations has some good swampland to check out alligators, snakes and birdlife. The house tours we did were each worth a couple hours and the plantations we spent over 6 hours at each learning their story and pondering the history. Weekend traffic was heaver as expected even at this time of the year and the noise level was up Friday and Saturday eve. too but we were away most of one day and just stayed put on Sunday except for church. The community noise rules seemed to be followed well. We were very pleased all around.

Amazing for beach vacation

We came here for my sons Shipyard baseball tournament and we couldn't be happier with our stay. Richard's place is very conveniently located. Right on the beach and short walking distance to all of the restaurants. Place was very clean and provided all of the basic necessities that we needed for our stay here. We were very happy and we will stay here again!

We had a positive experience. Everything went smoothly as far as checking in and communicating with the owner. The Sea Cabin units are small but was plenty of room for 2. Our unit has been refurbished nicely.

Comfy and Cozy

This unit is very well appointed. The views are amazing. Although it's small, 2 people can easily stay here comfortably. It's clean, VERY quiet, and has almost everything one would need. Wi-fi worked very well. My only suggestions would be to have a set of sheets for the convertible couch, some new cushions on the balcony chairs, and the beach chairs could use some updating. We loved the proximity to some great restaurants, small stores, and Ben and Jerry's! You can also walk to the grocery store nearby. IOP is a new favorite place for us to visit! We are grateful for the hospitality of the owner!

Great economical condo right on the beach

If you want to be on the Isle of Palms beach at an economical price, this place is great! The external complex is a bit weathered but the interior of the condo itself has been updated and well-stocked with towels, blankets and dishes. It's not a large place but if your goal is to be out on the beach, it is a great location.

Lovely location and beautiful views

The location of the property is excellent and we loved the view from the balcony. Like most rentals at the beach the unit is small but comfortable and convenient. Restaurants and grocery store within easy access. The bed was comfortable and the unit had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was rather noisy. Otherwise everything was great.

Awesome location!

My family of 6 had a great time at the Sea Cabins! Our kids are ages 10, 7, and 4 year old twins. The location was perfect to just walk to the beach and have the pool right onsite. The pier was just across the parking lot and the IOP park was right next door. We also could walk to restaurants and shopping. This rental met all our needs. Mr. Morris was also very accommodating and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which helped us maximize a fun day spent in Charleston and some beach time. The view from the balcony was great and a wonderful spot to relax. The only suggestion we had was to add a hanging rack to one of the walls on the balcony for towels/bathing suits. We noticed other units had them and thought that could have been helpful. After many trips to different beaches over the years, I found this to be the most convenient place we have ever stayed. Thanks for a great vacation location!!

The property is older but iin a great location!

My experience was very good.the condo is very cute and has everything you need! We really enjoyed our stay as the ocean view was great and the property has a nice pool! The only disadvantage is no elevators so pack lite!! we had three adults and were just a little tight quarters but doable!! All in all enjoyable and condo was fine!!
