This very clean, two bedrooms and two full baths condos has everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen. There is a grill on the back deck, a dishwasher and washer and dryer in the condo unit for your convenience.  Initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and cleaning supplies are provided. Please bring your own toiletries and sheets and towels. Sheets and towels can be provided for an extra fee of $75

Great place for our family of four plus dog.

Clean and cozy place made for a great stay. Owners were very friendly and had clear arrival and departure instructions which was really nice. We loved how close it was to Cranmore and town.

Great get away

Great place to get away with almost everything you could want whether you are by yourself or with a family. Lisa and George are very friendly and accommodating. I can say with certainty that my wife and I will be returning.

Great Space!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here with our two young children and our dog. The condo was equipped with everything you might need including highchair and pack n play which was so convenient! We enjoyed grilling dinner on the deck every night. The location is great close to everything but feels private! Would stay here again in the future!

Amazing location

You cannot beat the location of the property. Close to all the shopping and eateries of North Conway Center. Maybe 5 Minutes from Story Land. The pool on the property was great, and my daughter really enjoyed it to cool down after long days at the parks. The Condo was spacious, clean, and had most of the amenities we are used to. Would have loved some dish rags (felt like I was wasting their paper towels to dry dishes, etc). The bathrooms are updated and the bedrooms are very good sized. Plenty of storage in the closets and furniture. The only downsides I would say would be we had trouble with the TV. It only seemed like the streaming on the Blu-Ray player worked. (you have to log into your own Netflix account), I wasn't sure the cable worked? Would have loved to see maybe a Roku or Firestick (ease of use) and the couches were very small. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would return.

Thank you for the nice review Ashley and you are welcome back anytime We do not keep dish towels in the condo as we feel the most sanitary way to clean the dishes is to use the dishwasher. Also it relieves our cleaners of doing laundry. Wish you had called me regarding the tv We have cable and it’s a SMART tv so guests can access their accounts. There are directions to turn on the tv and trouble shooting instructions in the plastic bag the remote is in. The condo accommodates 6 people and there is seating for seven in the tv room We bought a ROKU stick for the condo and a guest took it so we decided not to replace it. I appreciate the feedback and will revise our condo instructions to reflect this information. Thank you !

Just Ok

It was very hot and the air conditioner did not work well. We had two other friends staying in similar places within the condo complex and paid 1/2 the price we did for their accommodations which 2x as nice (more up to date with hardwood floors and newer furniture). There is carpet through the unit with uneven rugs that lie over of the carpet and do not completely lie flat, resulting in every family member and guest tripping over them multiple times. I'm not sure why the unit was so much hotter than the other units in the complex but the a/c unit barely pumped air and it was impossible to be comfortable in the unit during the day.

I communicated with this traveler throughout the stay and offered a full refund the day of check in when she complained of the heat. I explained the condo was left empty for one day so the AC was not on which is why the condo was unusually warm upon arrival. The AC cools down the entire condo in addition to the ceiling fan, window fans and stand up fans. I have not receive other complaints. The kitchen and both bathrooms were just renovated, May 2019. New floors, cabinets/vanities, shower/tubs, toilets, lighting, etc. All the carpets were steamed cleaned in June 2019 I will speak to my cleaner regarding the positioning of the rugs since it sounds like they were not place well in the condo. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Great place to stay

Condo was very clean and a perfect location and stay for my family's trip to N. Conway/Storyland. Owner was very communicative and welcoming. Location doesn't get any better if you're looking to stay in the N. Conway area. Definitely will stay again!

Another great stay!

This was my time within 12 months that I rented this Unit. It was a great experience the first time and just as great the second time. The fact that pets are allowed is such a game changer for me. The complex is super quiet and well maintained. The unit is clean and well equipped with a deck overlooking mature growth. It's such an enjoyable place to stay. Everything you need to cook, close to ALL restaurants and shops and mountains and hiking. A++ owners who are quick communicators!

Gorgeous Condo & complex

My first time using and renting a private home. The experience was terrific. The owner/manager of the Unit we rented could not have been more communicative and helpful. I travelled with my sons and 2 dogs and was a bit nervous about the pets but the owner answered all my questions and everything was fantastic!!! The unit itself is clean and well equipped. We did a lot of cooking there and everything was there that we needed. The bedrooms are large as is the living room. The balcony was awesome as the dogs just hung out there most of the days. Plenty of places to take the dogs walking that aren't challenging at all. Just a perfect experience there and with the owner. Would DEFINITELY rent from them again. A+++ experience and I highly recommend the experience to others.

Nice location

Property was a bit dated and could use a deep cleaning and updated furnishings but overall adequate accommodations. Had good supply of housewares and grill on deck. Owner was very responsive to arrival hiccups and refunded some costs due to cleanliness issues. Very convenient and quiet location close to all attractions which is a bonus. We enjoyed our stay and would go back because of owners accommodations and location. Thank you Lisa.

Family of 5 Getaway

We had the absolute BEST experience renting with Lisa. The condo was just what we had hoped it would be and more. It had everything you could ask for for a family of 5 with young kids; so much room, extremely clean, much needed washer & Dryer, 2 full baths and a huge kitchen (that's just the inside). Being so close to Downtown we able to get to enjoy everything we wanted to do without a drive. Lisa was such a pleasure to deal with. She responded to any bc questions right away and all ml instructions were laid out. We look forward to renting again!!!!

North Conway Stay

My wife and I along with our little four legged pal had a fantastic time at this perfect home. So easy to book and communication with Lisa make it a breeze. Great location a short drive to downtown North Conway and many attractions. Look forward to staying there again in the fall.

Great week-end getaway

We came up for a climbing course with two of our children and found the perfect base for our excursions. The apartment was well-appointed and easy to use. All the facilities were as expected. All-in-all a fantastic time away. Thank you!

Beautiful property, close to everything

Lisa was quick to accommodate us in this last-minute planned trip up to N. Conway. The condo is perfect with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, a nice open layout, beautiful scenery from the back porch, and lots of games, toys and puzzles to keep the kids busy. The condo was very easy to find in a nice quiet location. The condo itself was also very quiet inside despite close neighbors in the adjoining condo. Minutes to Storyland (and everything else in that general area).

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly as it was outlined and we expected it to be. We had a number to call if needed, but so glad we could walk in follow the instructions given and walk out without having to call once. Clean and a very convenient location. Just minutes away from great places to visit whether you plan to drive North towards Jackson or South towards Conway.

Our New Hampshire Get-A-Way

The location was perfect for our plans and everything was as expected based on the property description. We found everything to be in good working order and clean. The required contact information required was provided ahead of time as planned and there were no issues with the property during the entire 2 weeks we were there. Everything being as planned helped make it an enjoyable vacation for us and we would consider staying at the property again.

We would like to invite people who will respect our property and care for it as if it was theirs. We just recently renovated the kitchen and two bathrooms. We love our condo and take special care of it.
We have a handy man who tends to the condo complex who is available if something is to go wrong during your stay.
We have friends in the nearby units that would offer help and assistance if needed during your stay.
We would be interested in a "property swap" for a week or weekend if you own property in or out of the United States area.
Finally, we love the Mt. Washington Valley area and feels that it has something to offer everyone!
