Condo is for sale and we plan to rent it until it sells. For that reason, it might be best not to book anything more than a couple of months out. Do reach out if you're looking for an extended stay and we'll work with you on the rate.
Stays of 7 nights or longer (off peak) are discounted by at least 5%.
