Great location. The condo was spacious and had plenty of supplies for the kitchen and bathroom. The hiking trails were very close by. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall good stay.

The stay its self was great, unfortunately my family and I had to shower somewhere else because there was almost no water pressure. The neighborhood was peaceful and the host was a good host and easy to communicate with. My only disappointment was the lack of water pressure and that made showering and cleaning the dishes difficult.

Rainy Weekend

Although it rained the whole trip, there was plenty for us to do in Hot Springs Village. And only a 10 min drive to the arcade outside the Village. We also got a chance to visit the local beach, where you can have family fun. We will be returning. The hostess is wonderful also, very friendly and helpful. Thanks again

We stayed in this place for 2 nights as we come to Hot Springs every year to visit. The first thing I would like to say is the owners were easy to communicate with and seemed very friendly. They kept the house well stocked with towels, toilet paper, and various other every day necessities. However, I would recommend a thorough cleaning of this place. The floors were absolutely filthy. This was evident by walking on the floors and taking a look at the bottoms of our feet AFTER we all took showers. The bedsheets were visibly dirty in 2 of the bedrooms, which made me sleep on top of the covers in the 3rd bedroom. The mattresses were very uncomfortable as they were too firm. The place had a musty dusty smell to it. The water pressure was not good. In the nicer shower where my wife and I took showers there was someone else’s hair around the drain and I didn’t notice this until I was showering and the water didn’t drain very well. The hair in the drain was long and grayish and I am bald so that’s how I knew it was someone else’s hair. The rear deck where the grill and chairs were was smothered in leaves. I hate to give so many negative comments, but I feel the need to be honest with my review. Again, the owners seemed very nice, but I do not feel that this place was worth over 300 for 2 nights in the condition that it was in. The place seems neglected by the owners. Do they even care about the quality of this place? It doesn’t seem so.

HSV

Baseboards throughout need a good cleaning and the whole place needs fresh paint. Kitchen cupboards need to be cleaned inside and pots and pans refreshed, as all are old, dented and without lids that fit. Great location, but the full time neighbor across the way is not friendly, although the one on the end is nice. Suggested to the owner that they need to hire a more successful exterminator.

Hot Springs Village

We had a great time staying here for a getaway family Christmas. House had everything we needed. I really liked that any questions we had before and during our stay when we sent a message to owner he replied within the hour and was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. Overall the place was clean but some things were left on the back deck from the previous guests and a couple of dead bugs were in the closet. That was it. Everything else was clean and comfortable!

Wonderful weekend get-away!

This is a cute little home for such a fantastic price! We slept three families with young children very comfortably and were able to easily drive into both Hot Springs and to Magic Springs. There is also the best little restaurant down the road in Jessieville called The Shack! The owners were very helpful and kind, as were the security guards at Hot Springs Village. We had a wonderful weekend to end the summer with a bang!! Thank you!

Nice place especially location

It was a nice place, quiet, didn't have enough TV it should be one in every bedroom. One ceiling fan didn't work. The central air was set at 76 it should have been 72. Couldn't slide the only screen door. Master bed tub drain slow other than that good place. Yes i would stay again. Thank you

Great stay with Family

We did not actually stay in the 3 bedroom/2 bath accommodation. we stayed in the owners other property right next door. It was the 2 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed and the bed we slept in was comfortable. Both bedrooms had queen size beds and a king is what we prefer but we made do. The owners were very quick to respond and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for all of us. They were super nice. We would stay there again. There were 7 of us total so it was a little crowded but we all had a good time.

we stayed here on the last week of June. we were very happy with the location since everything we did was a hr away. make sure u have the owners full name at the front gate when u get there and get a pass for your dashboard. the front gate was a pain when i showed up and gave them my name and didnt have a clue about info. so i had to look up the owner's name and location i was staying. no fault on owner i think the security was rude. but the home is very nice, it gave us room for 3 boys to move around instead of a hotel room with no privacy. we had everything we needed and would stay here again. the owner was very nice to deal with. we cooked, slept in comfortable beds, and enjoyed our vacation and felt very safe staying here.

Poorly maintained, multiple cockroaches upon our arrival some dead/some alive. As we pulled out the couch to use it as another bed we discovered it had not been cleaned in a very long time and multiple other dead bugs. I ended up purchasing an air mattress for our stay. Would not recommend.

Convenient

Liked the size with 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. Convenient to grocery store, Lake Ouachita and Hot Springs. The stop sign on DeSoto made it safer to cross and easier to get in and out. Small kitchen but had what you needed. WiFi was a little iffy at times. The main problem was it hadn’t been cleaned properly prior to checking in. Beds were clean and made but ceiling fans had a layer of dust and the furniture and floors were dusty and dirty. Dining room light was burned out and a bedroom lamp didn’t work. When I did laundry found towels left in the dryer!

Good stay

Everything went over well without few problems nothing that could have been helped by the owners. The issue was due to past storm owner knew nothing about.

Our traveling also includes golf outings with friends to many locations in the US. Ron likes to fish and hunt while Ann concentrates on her golf game and other hobbies.
