We offer a superior-quality Maui condo. Our B114 has been tastefully decorated with higher end items and while continually upgrading and updating we keep providing you with quality accommodations that offer extra amenities not found in the many dated vacation rentals. We have had the experience of renting out our home away from home for many years and always try to provide you with the amenities and comforts that we prefer when we stay.

Unit and amenities were all in excellent condition. We were pleasantly surprised to find good beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. There were even a few condiments in the kitchen (something you rarely find these days.) Unit was quiet and conveniently located within the well-tended complex. Short walk to one of our favorite beaches.

We were there for a conference and it was the perfect location for everything. The condo was very nice and equipped with everything we needed. Close to shops and places to eat. And of course easy access to the beach and ocean views. We had a great time and would come again.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.Es ist sehr viel Platz und alles ist vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Jodi war jederzeit hilfreich und super schnell. Wegen unserem späten Rückflug war sogar ein Late Check out möglich. Alles in allem 1 a Unterkunft und sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Home Away From Home In Paradise

Jodi's condo had everything we needed to feel like home. Loved her furnishings and décor, comfortable bed, and private, peaceful lanais. You can't beat the location for morning walks on the beach and evening walks to Kama Beach Park III for sunset viewing. The pool & jacuzzi and BBQ area are across the parking lot so very convenient to get to. Jodi was a wonderful host -- very responsive to our inquiries and allowed us to enter the condo a bit early to accommodate our schedule. Thank you, Jodi!

Beautiful condo in paradise

I rented this condo for my in-laws and they loved it. My in-laws have high expectations for cleanliness and the condo met the expectations. The condo was stocked with beach furniture which was very convenient. The beach is just a 5 min walk down the road. The condo grounds are absolutely beautiful as well

Great Condo, Amazing Location

Jodi's condo was clean and comfortable. It was in an excellent location within the complex, right across from Kam III Beach. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the two ACs kept the condo cool enough for easy sleep. Communication with the owner was super easy. She quickly accommodated us via text messages when we extended our stay by one day. We will definitely look to Jodi's condo when we return to Maui.

Wish we could have stayed longer

This clean condo is on a beautiful property (Maui Kamaole) in a terrific location for traveling around the island and watching the sunset over the ocean. Hope we can come again some day!

Wonderful Stay!

The property is exactly as shown in the photos. The property grounds are absolutely beautiful. They do have some pretty strict rules at the pool and “quiet time” but it worked out great for my family. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Kitchen is fully stocked as well. We had everything we needed for our 9 day stay.

Favorite Place to Vacation

The Maui Kamaole is a nice property in a great location. It is walking distance to the beach and across from the Kihei boat ramp. We found the boat ramp an easy place to launch our paddle boards because the distance from the parking lot to the beach was so close. The unit is nicely decorated and came well-equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and ice chests. The kitchen was also well-stocked with cookware to be able to cook a few meals. We look forward to returning.

Convenient spot

We used the condo as base for our snorkel adventures and desire to see Paia again. A Paia Fish Market is very close and did not disappoint. Will definitely keep this on our list for our next visit.

Cozy and well-equipped

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Jodi's property. It was incredibly cozy and had everything we needed for beach outings and cooking/baking. We were vacationing with other family members who stayed at other units within the property; we honestly loved the feel of ours the most. Plus, it's right across from the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home away from home

We loved our stay at this property! Jodi was a great host and answered questions promptly and she went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The cooler, beach towels, chairs and umbrella were very convenient for the beach which was within walking distance. A fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer were nice. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with table and chairs to watch the sunrise. We are hoping to stay there again next time!

A Beautiful Stay. A Gem in South Maui.

My wife and I stayed at Jodi's property and were very happy with the accommodations. The interior design of the home is a reflection of the owner's careful attention to detail. A rare find in short-term rental markets that can be saturated with units that only provide the basic necessities because they are primarily selling you the location and experiences around. Not Jodi's property, which feels very organized, warm and the kind of home that impresses you right away. The furniture is high quality and comfortable, the air conditioning units are very effective, especially the unit in the bedroom. The dining room area has a very nice glass, circular table with display napkins. All the little details were put in to make the home feel special. Incredible instructions for the appliances and activities in Maui are provided inside the home. The home's square footage itself feels very expansive; more than enough space for a couple and can probably can accommodate one or two more guests. So much care is obviously put into making a positive experience for guests. The master bed is amazingly comfortable, and the whole master unit is so spacious with the interior bathroom included. The community is very nice and quiet, and you are very close to beautiful beaches and fun restaurant areas. Wailea shopping is so close as well as so many amazing beaches and snorkel spots. I can't imagine a better rental home in all of Maui, and the pricing of the unit is extremely reasonable for those looking to enjoy Maui without paying big resort prices. I recommend those looking for a complete Maui experience to book this fabulous home. Thank you, Jodi!!!

Kihei Maui Paradise

Our stay at Maui Kamaole B114 condo was located in a beautiful quiet community. We found the condo perfectly comfortable, and well supplied. Jodi the property manager was very professional and nice at the same time. Our stay was a great experience.

Lots of rules. Be sure to read them all before booking

Property was clean. Bed was weirdly soft. I read a previous review, and it was absolutely accurate about the mattress. The property has many, many, many rules-can’t laugh, no being a kid in the pool, can’t raise your voice outside, etc, etc, etc. Lots of extra fees and deposits, so be sure to read before agreeing. There was a man code/rule enforcing pool and property rules on premises. I witnessed him watching people from behind a bush waiting for them to “break the rules.” Not sure if we would stay at that property again.

Maui-wowie!!

Jodi’s property is within walking distance to almost everything you could want. Multiple beaches, restaurants, shops and it’s direct across from the pool making it very convenient! Be sure to hit up Foodland for your groceries (in the back there’s a poke assortment). She had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and easy. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We didn’t use all the gear, but it’s available. I highly recommend Maui Reef Adventures for their whale watching tour.

This is a very nice property. My cousin and I stayed here for a week, recovering from the Honolulu marathon. It was our first time in Maui. We would definitely stay here again.

While working for an airline for many years we visited Maui often and stayed at our friend’s condo. They were one of the original owners of the Maui Kamaole and attended the ground breaking blessing ceremony. We always wanted to have a home of our own in Maui and in 2003 the opportunity presented itself to purchase Maui Kamaole B114.
Having traveled extensively, we still find Maui to be our favorite place. With its “Aloha Spirit”, beautiful weather, great beaches, relaxing atmosphere and a world of things do to for everyone. After all these years we have not gotten enough nor seen and done it all. While in Maui we have met many new people with whom we have established lifetime friendships. Renting our condo has been a wonderful experience and we have loved sharing the joy we feel with others.
We have permanently moved to Maui from fast paced California and are loving every minute of it.

Other properties appeared to be more of a hotel turned into a condo complex or a tiny apartment converted. The Maui Kamaole Resort was designed as a residential condominium. The property is known for its lush landscaping and the condos are spread out over 23 acres. The architectural design offers more usable space with 2 lanai's, plenty of storage and closet space.
