Enjoy your relaxing and peaceful vacation in our luxury one bedroom first floor condominium on Stone Creek golf course! No elevators to wait on; just walk right into the condo from the covered private parking space. Aside from the magnificent golf and mountain views,we have included all the extras for your enjoyment and convenience. Peaceful resort setting, private washer and dryer, wireless high speed internet, 2 TV's and a Blue-Ray DVD player, great first floor patio from which you can walk to the pool in just a few steps, California King bed, beautifully redone kitchen and bath sink area, and more. The unit has tile floors throughout the main living area with wood floor in the bedroom. The perfect place to be in Arizona, with unsurpassed location, amenities and service.

The unit is located in the gated Anasazi community (Building 7) with renowned amenities such as a full size fitness center, 5 pools and Jacuzzi, a billiard room with two tables and seating area around a large screen TV, a secured area for your bicycle, a nighttime roving security guard, and miles of walking paths.

Within easy walking distance to the Paradise Valley Mall, headlined by Macy's, Dillards, Sears and JC Penny stores, as well as more than 100 other shopping opportunities, a movie theater, and a public library. Walk to several restaurants, and drive to many more within about 2 minutes.

You are just five minutes from a major freeway with easy access to downtown Phoenix, the airport or a quick start for a day trip to one of the many sites to see in Arizona.

Golf: The Stonecreek Golf Course is just out of our gate. It is an easy walk and many residents take advantage of the wonderful practice range, 3 putting greens and practice sand traps. Stonecreek has a clubhouse, patio bar and grill, as well as, fully equipped pro shop which offers lessons.

Also next door is Embassy Suite Bar, Grill and Restaurants all overlooking the golf course. All of this is just a stroll away from your door.

Lovely Home, Sparkling Pool, Well-equipped Kitchen

This was a wonderful place for a long term stay. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and just steps away from a really nice community pool. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook at home. The property owners are very friendly and stayed in touch with helpful information throughout the month.

Fun in Phoenix

This condo is beautiful. Exactly as described and the owners Steve & Angela were wonderful to work with and so easy to get ahold of at every point. The pool is only a few steps outside the condo doors and best of all you don't hear the neighbors upstairs or next to you. Loved our stay hope to do it again next year!

Perfect location and clean updated condo.

When I entered the condo I was surprised about how clean and modern and up-to-date it was I would definitely stay there again if I come out back out to Phoenix I recommend this to anyone that’s looking for a clean nice place to stay. The grounds are so beautiful and it has many pools

Great location awesome condo

The owners were amazing and got right back to me if I had any questions very quickly. The place was clean and had everything we needed and the pool was right outside our door. It was close to the airport, restaurants, and shopping. I will most definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

It was a great experience! I enjoyed the apartment and the complex. It is very close to a lot of stores and the mall. I would stay there again next time.

Great condo in a convenient location

Condo was clean and neat and had all the amenities i needed. The condo had just been painted and was furnished perfectly. In addition, this is a great location for getting around the Phoenix area. Although i didn't have any issues the owners responded very promptly with the couple of simple questions that I had. Would definitely recommend this condo to others and would stay here again when in the Phoenix area.

Wonderful place and wonderful time

Our stay at Anasazi in this condo was great. We totally enjoyed ourselves for the almost 3 months this winter. The apartment was appointed with everything you could need except for stocking the fridge. The condo is well decorated and cozy, it's just as pictured. The pool was super near, but never noisy. The owners Steve and Angela were extremely accommodating and easy to reach with questions and very quick to respond. If we were to come back to Phoenix for a long stay, I'd check here first.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was decorated nicely and very convenient to shopping & restaurants. Steve was wonderful to work with. It was extremely easy to write the leasing agreement because Steve was always available to answers any questions. His arriving and departing instructions were available before our arrival which made it very convenient . The condo had everything necessary to make our stay pleasant. If we were ever in the Phoenix area again we would definitely call Steve and definitely stay there again. Don & Dian P SC

Anasazi stay

The Anasazi complex itself is well maintained and centrally located. Easy walking distance to restaurants. The condo is terrific. Clean, sharp knifes, new pots and pans, comfortable bed, with thick towels, etc. Usually, we have a 3 - 4 day drive to Phoenix. I bring towels, sheets and a small pot and fry pan from home. This time we flew. I only brought a sharp knife from home but that wasn't necessary. It is uncluttered, well appointed, and has a welcoming milieu. Any questions or issues we had were attended to promptly by the owner. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this condo in the future, and plan to do so.

Fabulous condo!

The listing description was accurate and the location was perfect, directly opposite pool number 3. It was a very quiet location. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning. The property was clean and well maintained Steve, the owner, responded immediately to any queries we raised. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family. We were near the shops - Target, Sprouts and Paradise Shopping Mall. We are hoping to stay next year if possible.

So Cozy! And super quiet. July 29th and 30th.

This is a wonderful home to stay in that has a lovely kitchen and easy place to find. The parking space is covered, which is really nice, because it's hot out there in the Arizona sunshine. But not in this cozy cocoon of a nest. Nice and cool. Big fridge, pool just right outside. You can hear the crickets at night. Privacy on the back lanai. And the architecture of the Anasazi Village is very pretty. Gorgeous sunsets. Definitely recommend it. The owners are very friendly. A good choice!

Fantastic condo!

We were very impressed with this condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Steve answered all emails promptly and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Very Pleasant Stay

The condo is newly renovated, very comfortable, and very clean. The complex is quiet and safe with beautiful swimming pools, one just a few steps from the back door. The location was perfect for us and there were absolutely no surprises - the condo looked just as it did in the photos, everything was just as the owners indicated it would be. Steve and Angela went out of their way to make sure our stay would meet all our expectations. Thank you!

Great unit, great location

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this Anasazi unit. The condo is beautifully appointed and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the Cal King bed, the laundry, the workout area and the location near the pool. The kitchen contained everything we needed. The condo project is located in an area of Phoenix where everything you could possibly need is located -- Costco, shopping mall, WalMart, Target, restaurants, fast food, book store, freeway. It was a pleasure to deal with the owners. They were very helpful and friendly and answered any questions we had promptly. We would recommend this unit to anyone and we would definitely stay at this unit again and again.

Very well-maintained Condo

A very nice condo in Anasazi Village! The condo is clean and remodeled and the owners gave very good information and very fast responses to all our correspondence. We always appreciate our time in Anasazi Village, running, swimming, hiking shopping etc. This is one of the best places in Phoenix to stay, a very nice environment and very well located. We have always enjoyed it here. That is why we have stayed here so many times!
