a traditional coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker, toaster, blender, plenty of dishes, frying pans, pressure cooker, Pyrex dishes, salad bowls, salad spinner, seafood platter, carafes, barbecue set, etc.

There are 2 terraces: one overlooking the open sea, equipped with patio furniture, an electric griddle, and a traditional barbecue; the other terrace, with a view of the Albères Mountains and Fort St. Elme, features 2 lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing, .

There are two bathrooms: No. 1 (bathtub, bidet, and sink) with a hair dryer,
and No. 2 (shower and sink), as well as two separate toilets and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has a closet and one or two beds with nightstands.

There is also a locked garage and the option to park in front of the door (3 free public parking spaces).
