1 Bedroom With Views. Close To Everything. Perfect for long term renters in town for a gig or residency.

Minimum: One month rental.

Tastefully decorated in a Tuscan style. Entertain guests in front of the floor to ceiling window. Sleeps two.

We've decorated each of our rooms in the style of some of our favorite spots we've visited: Tuscany for the living room, Paris for the bedroom, the Bahamas for the bathroom, and a hint of a New England cottage for the kitchen.

Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, stove & microwave.

Condo features a small writing nook, & high speed internet & cable TV.

Our condo has a private gated entrance, with it's own parking spot. We are within walking distance of bars, grocery stores, restaurants, and bike paths.

Could not of been a better experience

I was very happy to find this listing close to Warner Brothers where I would be working for six weeks. It was everything I had hoped for Working with Todd about checking in and out could not of been smoother. The condo was very well stocked with food, water, cooking utensils, linen, towels and other everyday items. The pool and gym facilities were great. Reserved garage parking and locked property was very appreciated. I am planning on working at studios again and will f definitely try to stay at this condo again for work or a vacation.

Good location and spacious!

Todd and Kathy have kept a great property in Valley Village. With a few bumps for maintenance issues, Todd was always responsive and helpful and got them fixed right away. I enjoyed my stay here!

I'll Be Back!

Great place! Very clean. So needed and appreciated the central air condition. Loved the garage parking, gated area. Pool was just perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped and the Welcome Binder was very informative. Laundry just down the hall made it easy. We came to LA for a month long workshop for my son. His classmate parents had issues at their places...I told them to come check out my...they were jealous. Hopefully that will drum up so more business for Todd & Karen. I highly recommend staying here. And we will definitely be back!!

Just what we needed for a month stay...close to our kids and grandkids!

The apartment complex was very clean and well kept. Loved the parking garage with access thru a gate and the grandchildren loved the heated pool! Mostly friendly people nobody bothered us. Laundry on our floor with a small fee was an added bonus. Todd was easy to get ahold of and Kathy was there on the spot to show us around!

My favorite hideaway in LA

I've been to LA for business many times. It's always difficult to find a place to stay for a number of weeks that is quiet, well priced, and relaxing. This place is all those things. I've stayed here twice before and hope to stay again!

Very nice condo in secure building with covered parking

We thoroughly enjoyed our 32-day stay in Todd's condo. It's an ample size for 2 people, the furniture is comfortable, and the view is nice. During our stay, we were buying a house, which is super stressful, and we could relax well in the condo. I swam a few times in the pool, which has a great shaded pool deck area. In walking distance is a grocery store and drug store, plus a cool coffee shop called Steampunk. We had an issue with the condo at the outset, but Todd resolved it as quickly as possible, and it quickly faded from our minds. We'd be pleased to stay here again, and we recommend it without hesitation.

Wonderful Stay!

Stayed here recently and loved the experience. Well decorated. Nearby to my work. I screwed up my check in time but Todd was very easy with the change in my schedule. Couldn't be easier.

Elegant and tastefully decorated

This was the perfect place to stay. I was in town for a month and wanted a place that was more like a home rather than a hotel. I like the closeness all the restaurants, though frankly I ended up just cooking in quite a bit, as I enjoy the view. I also do a lot of video editing, and found the internet faster than my place at home. The owners were responsive about questions I had during my stay, and sent me a packet of materials of their favorite spots in the area, many of which I tried. (Steampunk cafe is a fav) I am looking into staying another month later in the year and hope to stay here again.

A real home!

I really felt at home here! I have stayed at multiple places in and near los angeles and this is by far my favorite. The area is kid friendly with the coolest little coffee shop right on the corner and a market within walking distance. Love, love the pool area! This is the first furnished home that is actually fully furnished! They provide everything you normally use at home. (Although we never did find a blender). Place is awesome and so well priced!
