* This home is located in the fire zone from the East Troublesome Fire in 2020, which took most of the homes in Sun Valley. However, this lot was not directly impacted and does still have lush vegetation surrounding the home. The area is rebuilding, but large portions of our trees are sadly gone. The spirit of Grand Lake is strong and the recovery process is well under way! The vegetation is returning, and we continue to recover and tell our story of surviving the 2nd largest wildfire in US history*

- 4WD / AWD, Snow Tires or Chains are required for winter arrivals. Winter conditions can occur anytime Oct. 1st - Jun 1st.

**Important Notes:
- No power craft (electric or gas) of any kind are allowed on Sun Valley Lake.
- The pictured woodburning fireplace in the living room is not available for use. *The woodburning stove near kitchen CAN be used*
- There are steep, open log stairs to both bedrooms that might be dangerous or difficult for children and people with mobility issues.
- **Because of the remote mountain location and proximity to the wilderness, there is higher iron content in
the water, which can leave an orange residue. It is safe but not everyone is accustomed to it. We do recommend purchasing bottled water for your visit.
