We loved the villa. We spent days alternating between days at the beach and travelling around Maui. A great place to enjoy breakfast on the lanai and to bring groceries back to make dinner in the evening.

Everything was perfect. Great place to stay. Very quiet and the location is far from large towns but perfect. Property is extremely clean. Super easy to get in touch with maintenance if you need something!!

Amazing Views!

When we first arrived and entered the property my family and I were all amazed by the perfect view of the ocean from practically every room in the house. The outdoor patio was the perfect spot for all of us to gaze at the ocean and spot the whales. This house came fully equipped with everything we needed such as lawn chairs, cooler, boogie boards, washer + dryer, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with appliances. The showers were also very nice since they had a good amount of water pressure and rapid heating. Parking was also a breeze since we were assigned a spot in the outdoor garage located next to the stairwell entrance. Overall this property was a 10/10

Wonderful condo for a family

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this golf villa unit. Nicole at Quam Properties made the reservation so easy and seamless. The golf unit is very nice and roomy with more than enough space to enjoy one another. There were a few board games available which we enjoyed playing throughout stay. Both room and bathrooms were nice and large. We used the kitchen for cooking breakfast mostly and it had everything we needed. The large lanai area offers another wonderful spot to enjoy meals and/or afternoon cocktails. The pool is located just a short walk away, however, it is a bit small and was always full when we wanted to use it. We monitored the available chairs from our unit and would make our way down to pool quickly whenever a couple chairs opened up. The only suggestion I have for unit is to have the cable box moved up closer to the TV. We could not use the TV remote from the Living Room sofa or chaise lounge chair because the sofa arm blocked the cable box, hence, TV remote unable to work. Overall, we had a wonderful time and planning to return again.

Be Cautious of this property or any other property managed by Quam Property Management

This unit was nice. However, the property management was lacking. Although the unit has A/C in the main area as well as the bedrooms, the units in the bedrooms were not working and we had been told that had been having issues with the A/C for the two weeks prior to our stay. The property management did not deal with the nonworking A/C in a timely manner nor did they notify us of the fact that the unit was not working prior to our visit. Although the property management claimed that they inspect the property to make sure that everything is working properly ā€“ the sliding glass door did not lock off of the dining room, there were multiple burnt out light bulbs, the exhaust fan in the water closet was not working and seemed to be causing problems with the circuit breakers. If Quam Property Management is in charge of this property or any other property that you are interested in renting ā€“ be cautious!

Amazing stay!

Communication with Quam Properties was excellent! Any questions or issues prior to our stay was answered promptly to the detail. The property has a million dollar view! Clean, spacious modern property

We enjoyed our stay at the Golf Villa. The rooms were very comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning and amenities. We stayed there with 2 teens and there was enough room for all of us to be able to relax. The beds were comfortable and the property was very convenient to Kapalua and Kaanapali.

Breathtaking views from a home away from home

Kapalua Golf Villas is an amazing property. The grounds are clean and green. The Villa we stayed in was spotless and truly felt like home away from home for the week we were there. My wife and loved coming home each day, after exploring the Island, to gorgeous sunsets on the deck. We are already planning our return to Maui and we will stay right here. We made lasting memories on Maui and this Villa was a big part of those memories.

Amazing views and condo

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Generous Condo with a well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and inflatable pool toys. The view is absolutely amazing and we were whale watching every day right from our private and huge lanai. There even is a telescope available! There are a few stairs from the assigned parking spot to the front door. Be aware that the Lanai is right next to the A/C units and therefore it is often pretty loud when somebody in the building is running their A/C (even if turn yours off). The bathrooms are very nice! Especially the master bath has s huge walk in shower. I also appreciated the high quality blue tooth speakers in the living room. We didn't figure out the TV for streaming, but that was probably on us. We enjoyed the well maintained pool almost every day. The provided code to open the pool door didn't work, so when we got in touch with the property managers to get the required chip key they addressed the issue immediately and brought us the key within a few hours. I can definitely recommend this condo!

Great location for family!

My family, including two kids ages 10 and 13, had a wonderful time at this property! The condo had a beautiful view and was fairly close to the pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find the boogie board and lawn chairs to use at the beach. And we explored several beaches nearby. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It was fun to walk around to the clubhouse and stores too.

Beautiful Views

The view of this place is amazing. The villa is clean and feels open. The living space is great for hanging out. You can just relax and enjoy the view from the patio. There is a convenience store that's about 15 minute walk away with food, drinks, coffee and souvenirs. The beach is about a 15 minute walk as well. The place has beach towels, chairs (a little rusty) and umbrella for use. If you plan to use the kitchen, you will need to buy oil and seasoning (salt and pepper are provided). They have a regular coffee maker (you will need your own coffee). Towels and sheets were nice and soft. The bedrooms were spacious and the master bathroom shower was so nice! Overall we loved our stay here! Unforgettable view with access to great beaches. We contacted the property management company a couple of times and they were very responsive and helpful.

Heavenly home in Kapalua!

I stayed here with my fiancƩ and his parents while we visited Maui in preparation for our wedding in December. None of us had been to Maui before, and this was the perfect home for the week. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchens and bathrooms were fully stocked with essentials and more. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the lanai and enjoyed the rain and view before the clouds cleared for the day. This home was also stocked with everything you would need for a perfect beach day. Our wedding is in Waliea, and we wish this home was available there for our wedding guests to experience. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the Lahaina area!

Perfect Getaway

The view from this villa is lovely - location is great, beaches have ideal snorkeling and the development is quiet and well maintained. We have stayed at the Kapalua golf villas often and always return to this great location. The unit is very comfortable and ideal for a family or two couples. The view is outstanding.

Just Perfect

The location was great and the view of the ocean was spectacular. One afternoon/evening we saw thirty or so whales breach! We walked to Kapalua Bay Beach every day (10-15 min) one of the best beaches on the island. We have stayed in many VRBOs and never in a cleaner one. Very well equipped, including beach gear. Highly recommended.

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
