Fall in love with this sweet and charming Miramar Beach Vacation Home. Well-positioned less than 75 yards from the sugary white sand beaches of Destin with no roads to cross! Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests and featuring a invigorating private pool, availability will not last long. If you’d like to learn more about Whitesand, we encourage you to call one of our friendly vacation planners Today!

First Floor: King Bedroom with Patio Access and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Garage.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Twin and Twin Trundle + Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Laundry.

*Add $50.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

Home away from home..

Everything about this property was perfect and felt like home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with anything that you can imagine. The heated pool and outdoor area were private and such a nice treat as well. The beds were very comfortable and the location is perfect. Easy to come and go. I highly recommend this property!!go without traffic. Will

Great location to beach, beware of Spring Break and Pool

**Only giving a bad overall because of the pool** - The location of this home was fantastic, quick little walk from the house. Walking distance to Dollar General and Alvins as well. Food and shopping super close by. The house was great and had everything we needed. Issues we had...even though they sent warnings of Spring Break, almost every house around us had college kids that partied most of the night. We paid to heat the pool and it only worked for 2 full days total which is why I gave them a bad review as they would only refund me for two days. Not happy about that at all and we called almost daily telling them the pool was cold, but they didn't believe us and kept saying the heater was on (but when we looked at it, it would show a service light). All in all, a great place but be leery of heating the pool and the service that you will receive on that end.

Great house

We were very happy with the house. It was very clean and had great size bedrooms. There was ample room in the living/kitchen area. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a very nice area, however, there is A lOT of construction going on in the area. The construction behind the house began at or before 7:00 am. I know it is not the owners fault and there is nothing they can do about it, but I feel I do need to mention it because it was very loud. That being said, we would love to rent this house again in the future.

Great stay! Excellent proximity to the beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valentine House in Miramar Beach. We loved being on a quiet street with a very short walk to the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed, we also loved having the pool to enjoy. We would be happy to stay again!

Great location!

I would have given 5 stars, except their was some trash left on the floor and under the beds when we got there. Also, it did not look to us like the grill had been cleaned (at a quick glance when we got there), so we didn’t use it. The location was perfect for us. Maybe 2 or 3 minutes (depending on how fast you walk) from front door to the water. Which was great for us, since we had young kids. Friendly advice for those booking. If you want dinner in Destin, get there early or be prepared to wait. Or you may utilize online ordering when available to schedule pickup. We were able to get food pretty quickly when ordering after 5 when ordering from Santa Rosa to pick up. So many good food options nearby, so that was also really nice. This house has a usable garage for parking. Which was nice, to keep it out of the Florida sun. We will keep this place in mind our next vacation, if it’s open, we’ll definitely book again.

Awesome house / Great location

Great house with plenty of room. Property and location were perfect. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of sleeping space and great family room and kitchen. Will definitely be back. Our family had a great time.

Love the house and beach. As beautiful as the pictures. Love the big open living room. Wish the ice maker worked. Overall great experience, will be checking back for more vacations in the future.

Great location to the beach - nice pool!

We had a great time at this house. 7 adults with, 4 kids. Plenty of room, acoustics weren’t great - sound traveled throughout the house but overall we had a good time. There were some beach toys there, short walk to the beach, and the pool was great.

Valentine won our hearts

Loved the Valentine House and look forward to coming back. Home was beautiful, reasonably priced and great location and proximity to the beach! Grandkids loved the pool, and was a perfect reprieve after being on the beach all day. Construction on 98 made access to Sandtrap Rd a little inconvenient but will be a great improvement for the area when completed. Loved our stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

It was accommodating to our needs but needed a good cleaning

The Valentine house fit our needs and was close to the beach. The house needs a good cleaning and the furniture and carpet and floors needed cleaned. Very stained carpet and our feet were dirty from walking on the floor. The kitchen sink I had to scrub the drain and run the rubber thing in the dishwasher it was gross. The bathroom on the main floor had mold along the edge. We did a little cleaning our selves and enjoyed our stay.

Very clean,lots to do,and very close to the beach!!

We had an amazing experience with our stay in this rental property and also the beautiful beach,the rental property was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for our trip,the rental management company was also very helpful,kind and very quick to respond to any needs we had,we will definitely coming back to stay again we were very happy and pleased with everything!!

Perfect Beach Get Away

We could not have asked for a better vacation spot. My family as well as my sister's family ventured to Destin for the week. We both have 3 kids under 4 years old and this home was perfect for our families! The location is AMAZING, the street is great, the house was perfect and the kids could not love more having the beach and pool as options each day! We loved our stay and loved working with Ocean Reef. I would highly recommend this home and location. You just can't go wrong! Very clean and very nice! We will more than likely be booking this same location for next year! Enjoy!
