Unique spacious sea view apartment with rooftop terrace

A beautiful spacious apartment with a view of the sea from the rooftop terrace. The open floor plan in the dining/living room area is ideal for family and friend gatherings. Enjoy a cappuccino or a glass of wine on the terrace while watching the boats come in to the marina and watch the sunsets over the old town.


The apartment has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room with a large fireplace. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed, the second a Queen, the third a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. All the amenities of a home are provided - cotton linens and towels, a dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a delicious meal cooked with fresh fish and vegetables purchased from the local outdoor market. There are also two wonderful bakeries just near Tartini Square.
Wi-Fi and cable TV with English, Slovenian, Italian and German channels are included. Air conditioning units are in the two front bedrooms as well as in the living room. The other two rooms have ceiling fans. The skylights in the living and dining area provide ample sunlight and include shades to filter out the sun when desired. The apartment is in the attic of the building and you must take the steps to the unit. For your convenience, we have a storage unit at the street level where baby strollers and bikes can be stored during your stay safely.

There is covered parking in the public garages just outside the town center. Shuttle service is provided from the parking garage to the town center free of charge and runs every 15 minutes. If you enjoy walking, the walk is lovely and relaxing and one of many walks available in the town of Piran. Parking can be expensive in Piran but there are a couple of options. Please let us know if you'd like to receive information on alternate parking.
