Our cozy cottage is welcoming and perfect for a lakefront experience! You will love hanging out on our private beach under the River Birch, while enjoying lavish sunsets.

Reserve our pontoon boat to explore the beauty of Lake Wylie. The boat will be delivered to your dock on the evening before or morning of your booking and picked up when it is time to go. Check for owners specials from time to time.

You will love the beach! It is perfect for the kids to run around and play in the sand while you watch from the patio or dock. The "bay" offers a safe swimming environment, being indented into the shoreline, feel comfortable and confident that your loved ones are safe from boat traffic. You will have access to a canoe, kayak and stand up paddle board to launch out on an adventure from the beach. It also has a great fire pit, perfect for stories and marsh mellow roasting.

Entering the cottage, you will see a beautiful view of the Lake through the front wall which is 80% glass. The very open floor plan offers wonderful interactions with guest while cooking in the kitchen. The living room features a large flat screen TV as well as a pull out couch. After taking in the view, you’ll notice the elegantly crafted wooden interior of our new, fully renovated home. On this level you will find the second bedroom with a queen bed facing a picturesque view of the lake. This bedroom has a large private bathroom with a walk-in tile shower and marble floors. Walk out onto the deck for a gorgeous broad view of Lake Wylie as well as our private beach, lawn and dock.

Continue downstairs to enjoy yet another beautiful wide view of the lake through the many windows. Here you will find another living area great for relaxing in front of the large flat screen TV or reading a book in front of the wood burning fireplace. Also on this floor is the master bathroom with a beautiful travertine shower, large closet with a new top-of-the-line washer dryer. The master bedroom is located on this level with a king sized bed, walk-in closet and a fabulous view of the lake. Walk outside on this level to the downstairs patio - a perfect place to wind-down and enjoy a refreshing drink or simply see the beauty of the lake.
