WATERFRONT DREAM!!!!

Bring your boat and leave your worries at home. Enjoy this 2/2 waterfront property featuring a private boat ramp, 2 Davit boat lifts and tiki bar on the property. 60 Feet of water frontage. Plenty of room to park cars and boat trailers!

Located on the bay side, only 60 minutes from Miami. Features Tikihut, tiki bar, 14' pool, 2 Davit boat lifts and ocean access canal. Enjoy the sunsets in the beautifully decorated home and let your worries melt away. Stores, restaurants and gas stations all within a 10 minutes of the home

Please note boat ramp will only accommodate small personal crafts such as jet skis, kayaks and/or Jon boats. Larger boats will need to use the marina close by and may then dock the boat on the property. You may park the boat trailer on the property as their is plenty of space.

The property can sleep 6 adults and 2 children comfortably. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, full size bed in the guest bedroom, queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 twin size roll away beds..

Rentals can be booked weekly or monthly.

Great vacation

The outside area was fantastic! We enjoyed so much watching the manatees, tarpons and flying fish.We were less enamored with the two crocodiles that came to visit us several times. It was nice to have tvs available in the bedrooms, and the paper products that they provided were above anything we have experienced before.

Quiet and relaxing

I hosted my son and DIL for many dinners and some quick dips. Their 3 young children enjoyed it and loved eating “at the bar!”

Great stay in the keys

If you are looking for a relaxing stay in the keys or a great location to launch your adventures, this is the place. Walkable to a few restaurants and bars or take a drive N to the Everglades or S to Key West. Evenings and hot afternoons are spent relaxing under the tiki watching out for manatees.

Paradise found!

This was just perfect for our needs! Home was clean and well equipped, Tiki was my coffee and cocktail destination, the dock worked perfect for our fishing needs, and the pool was there to rinse off the salt and sweat of the day. We will be back!!!

Great winter getaway!

We have been coming here every winter for quite a few years. Great location close to restaurants and attractions, we bring our boat because the boating here is awesome. The owners are very accommodating and great to deal with, we plan on coming for many more years to come. It is also a great neighborhood for walking and safe bicycle riding

Boaters...Easy ocean access through Adam’s Cut!

Simple home with all your essentials: Pool (kids practically lived in), easy boat dockage for our 21’ Carolina Skiff, cheery tiki hut with fans & seating for everyone, grill, kitchen utensils (Expresso machine!!). Plenty of parking for our Chevrolet 3500 High Country duly, 28’ boat trailer, & our smaller extended cab Chevrolet Silverado. We can never find enough parking in the Keys, this was more than ample. Also vehicles & home are all inside a nice fence! Our family of 5 plus Oma, Nana, & an Uncle all enjoyed our stay so much we hope to find our own little piece of paradise in the middle-north Keys! Oh & we chartered a boat as well & caught lots of footballs (Tuna)! Loved this stay very much! I can’t comment on local restaurants because we never ate out. We did have sushi delivered one night & it was very good.

WINTER GETAWAY

This is our fourth stay at this property, great for boating and plenty of parking, comfortable outdoor seating under the tiki bar, everything is great no complaints the owners Rey and Belinda are awesome. We will definitely be coming back. Rob and Pam from Newbury Mass.

Perfect winter getaway!

This is our third stay at this property, close to restaurants and shopping in Key Largo. Perfect for boating and relaxing. The large tiki hut is great. Also nice for walking and biking in a quiet neighborhood. The owners Belinda and Ray are great to deal with. We will definitely be back Rob and Pam H.

Great place to throw some lines in the water and not care of you catch anything.

This is a great little place, plenty of room and everything you need. The neighbors dogs barked quite a bit at first, but they settled down some after the first week. We seen manatees in the canal behind the house as we relaxed under the tiki hut, we fished off the back and caught a small barracuda, tarpon and some mullet. The kids loved the pool and we all became addicted to the tiki toss game. Remember your bug spray and watch for the infamous crocodile that visits the canal. The unit house was very easy to find and everything worked perfectly.

Perfect vacation home!

We loved everything about our stay at Belinda's home. It was very clean, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, and linens. Being on the water was the best part and we could take our kayaks out from the house. Cooling off in the pool was perfect and a great size for the whole family. The outdoor entertaining area/tiki hut was a dream. We pretty much stayed out there all day every day! Close to great food and groceries. Would highly recommend staying here, and I know we will be back. Belinda - thanks again for your lovely accommodations. It was a pleasure renting from you.

Keys-mas in paradise

Had a fabulous vacation. Good beds, good shower, cold a/c, and a fully equipped kitchen.(the full-size freezer was such a plus). Best of all was the outdoor living space. Grilling and eating outside under a tiki hut, margaritas at the end of a great day of fishing and just having our boat right there ready to go. We did not want to leave. We highly recommend this rental.

great boating

Great for people with a boat. Loading and unloading quick and painless unlike other places we stayed. Much quicker access to the reefs and open water too. Loved the large freezer. No running every day for ice, bait or chum and for freezing fish and lobsters to take home with us. Tiki hut a big hit and enjoyed the pool several times. Spacious parking for our boat trailer and other vehicles. We enjoyed out time here. Will definitely check availability for our next vacation. Great food at Mrs Mac's Kitchen, Backlot of Key Largo Fisheries, Tower Pizza, and Key Largo Chocolates. Winn Dixie closer but found them pricier than Publix.

Excellent Quiet Community

I enjoyed my stay. It was away from the busy highway and had a nice canal for access to the open water. Perfect for kayaking or canoeing. Nice comfortable beds. Great deep access for parking your boat during your stay and protected from the open water.

WONDERFUL VACATION AND GETAWAY SPOT

Had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room inside and lots of parking. Bellinda was very helpful and always just a phone call away. So relaxing, being able to just sit under the tiki hut or go boating right from the dock. Appreciated all the ammenities. Nice location, close to downtown Key Largo. But still private. Upon our departure, Everything was explained nicely prior to our arrival. Nice place for bicycling and walking, boating, kayaking and canoeing. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great Place

We had everything we needed to enjoy our month stay. Brought my 19' boat and 2 kayaks . Very quiet neighborhood. Food stores close by. Great restaurants.We will be back.
