Beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Key Largo home!! New EVERYTHING, including Samsung stainless steel kitchen and laundry appliances, 4k TVs and wireless sound system. As you enter our home you will be welcomed by a cozy living room with a sofa bed and 2 swivel rocking chairs, perfect for tranquil time, chatting or gazing at nature through a large front window. Next you will find a spacious queen bedroom with a large dresser and closet. Outside this room is a linen closet with extra bedding and towels, as well as a water sports storage closet across the hallway where you will find paddles and diving/snorkeling equipment and beach chairs and toys. There is a spacious bathroom between the queen and twin bedrooms with a delicious rain shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with trundles, a large dresser and extra drawers inside the closet. The hallway outside leads to the kitchen and grand room. In our well-stocked kitchen, you will find everything you need for you food preparation, cooking and storage, including calphalon pots and pans, a rice cooker, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and spices. The kitchen leads to the laundry room which sports brand new Samsung large capacity, ultra efficient washer and dryer, which will play a pleasant tune to let you know your load is done in a jiffy. Additionally, the kitchen has an eat-in peninsula, perfect for entertaining. There is a modern dining table with seating for 6 or 8, depending on your needs. The living room offers a power reclining sectional leather sofa and side chair, with a 75ā€ 4k Samsung TV and JBL speakers for your audio visual enjoyment. Next, you will find a spacious king bedroom with a 4k TV, a walk-in closet and a bathroom en suite, with a rain shower. The outdoor terrace is perfect for reading, grilling or watching the kids and/or your pet play at our spacious enclosed backyard! We are just one hour drive from Miami, so you can go back and forth if you so desire. Extra side space on the lot to keep your watercraft or RV. Five star property

Property was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Linens were plentiful. Decor was tasteful. Fixtures and appliances were high-end. Key Largo has a lot of mosquitos in June, which swarm when you go outside - plan accordingly. Only had the very end of a roll of toilet paper and no bath soap on arrival, so be sure to have some with you when you arrive. Property included kayaks, a paddleboard, pool noodles, and beach chairs. Bring your own umbrella. Snorkeling out of Pennekamp was delightful. Beach water at Pennekamp was off limits due to high bacteria, so bought a resort pass for a day at beautiful Bakerā€™s Cay down the road - 100 for 1 adult and 1 child. Skip the Fish House, as we found the seafood overcooked and atmosphere unpleasant. Enjoyed the much tastier meal by the water with live music and excellent service at Skipperā€™s Dockside.

GORGEOUS!!!

Absolutely wonderful house in every way! For once the pictures do not do this house justice! The house is far nicer than what the pictures depict! We came down on a fishing trip from PA and everything exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood is quiet and everyone was friendly! The access to the boat ramp was perfect and extremely easy to use! Having a gated in back yard was great for keeping the boat and our gear secure! The house had every amenity we needed! The rooms were large with extremely comfortable beds, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our days catch, the TVā€™s were big and had plenty of apps to watch, and the back yard was great for grilling and relaxing! We are already planning on coming back again!

Very nice!

The home is amazing. Well stocked, plenty of room, and the amenities were perfect. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking. The only drawback is the entire yard is all rock and is not friendly to bare feet or puppy paws. That will not stop me from staying there again. It was a beautiful place to stay. Thank you.

Fantastic House

Peaceful, near everything, and all the amenities!

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Key Largo or the upper keys. With kayaks at the property conveniently located across the street from the boat launch, itā€™s easy to explore the area. The house was very very clean upon arrival and was very comfortable. The fine at the house also saved us money on rental equipment for snorkeling. We had such a great time and the place was perfect.

A beautiful home in a fantastic location!

We booked a long weekend friends trip to celebrate my birthday. An important feature to us was the ability to bring our boat and have a place to store it as well as a nearby place to launch it. We loved how this house had a private gated boat storage area as part of the driveway of the home. It also had a private neighborhood boat launch which was conveniently located right across the street! The driveway of the home also had ample parking for our friends vehicles which was really nice since we were unable to carpool and had multiple cars. The home itself was new and clean and had everything we could ever need. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, and beach items for us to use if we needed to. There were also kayaks and paddle boards were located in the backyard for us to use if we desired. We had a slight issue entering the home - there was an error with the entry code, however the host responded immediately and fixed the access code right away. She was very responsive throughout the entire stay if we ever had a question. Overall a fantastic stay and we are already talking about a return trip! ā—”Ģˆ

Beautiful Home/Access to everything

The house was so easy to find and in a great location. It is easy to tell this home has been well taken care of. All of us upon arriving noted that we could live there. My husband was threatening to never leave. If we are ever back in the Keys, weā€™ll definitely stay here!!
