Family Friendly Ocean View Condo on the Beach in the Crest! Bonus ~ 2 Pools!!

Enjoy a beautifully decorated family friendly ocean view condo that is steps to the beach with 2 pools. Let this meticulously clean, updated 2 bedroom condo be your home away from home this summer. This unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sleeper sofa. It sleeps a maximum of 7 people between the queen in the master, queen sofa sleeper, full/twin bunk beds in 2nd room. The unit has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, A/C, 3 TV's w/ and upgraded cable which is included in the rental fee. WIFI available April through Oct for renters. The unit is conveniently located on the second floor between both heated pools. It features a large patio area directly in front of the unit, complete with tables and chairs, as well as a beautiful view of the ocean. BBQ grills are available for guest to use and are on the first floor near the unit. 2 parking spots are assigned to the unit and an elevator is accessible for all guests. This is a non smoking unit and no pets please. In addition to the unit being cleaned in between rentals, we have added a linen service for 2023. This includes sheets, pillow cases, shower towels, wash clothes. Less that you have to pack and bring with you! Rentals are generally Saturday - Saturday Please feel free to email us with any questions/inquires.

Close to Beach

Easy walk to the beach. The facility had a pool and a nice outside deck area. Not a lot of walkable restaurants, but a quiet neighborhood.

Great location and comfortable condo

The site and the condo were well kept. The neighbors were friendly! Our party of 5 fit comfortably. The only negative was the pull out sofa was not comfortable for sleeping, it can use a new mattress.

Memorial Day mini vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this condominium. Room was excellent and just steps from the beach. Only draw back was the main pool was closed due to prior work in a room that they said caused debris to fall in pool and clog filter. With having three teenagers that was hard. Other then that teh facility was very clean.

Unfortunately, the building next door did work on their building and debris littered our property. This was un announced and not within our control. The other pool on the property was not affected and was open. This has since been repaired. Thank you and I hope you consider coming back in the future.

Our Stay at Summer Sands

There were 6 in our party from Saturday to Monday, then our daughter, son-in-law, and 14-year-old grandson left for home. Our 13-year-old grandson stayed for the reminder of the week. We enjoyed our stay with the proximity to the beach and the relaxing pool. The condo was well-kept. The only problem we had was that we could not get the DVD player to work.

Great value, responsive hosts — a few hiccups, but overall a good stay

We stayed at this property for a family trip (2 adults & 2 kids) for an 5 day stay and overall found it to be just right for the price, location, and amenities. The space was as described, well-equipped, and in a convenient spot for our plans. It was a comfortable and functional base for our family.There were a few minor hiccups during our stay — nothing major, and the owners were very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out, which we really appreciated.One note: after our stay, we were told that two blankets and an area rug needed to be replaced, which came as a surprise since nothing was damaged to our knowledge. Our kids may have gotten some crumbs on the rug, but we did our best to clean up. Unfortunately, the vacuum provided wasn’t very effective, which may have contributed to the issue. That said, I’m very glad I opted for the damage coverage for peace of mind.

The listing mentioned heated pool. I even confirmed with the property manager about bringing our own pool towels & he said yes. But, when we got there the pool had been closed since end of September. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool after each day of touring/golfing in Cape May. Other than that, we did like the condo.

Beautiful

Property was in a prime location!! Roomy bedrooms (although the bunk bed situation was a bit difficult for an adult to sleep on the top, but we knew about the bunks), really nice to have 2 bathrooms and two covered parking spots!!! Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials.There were a few issues that came up that the owner was advised about. Owner was super attentive and responded immediately to texts!! Very much appreciated! All in all a great week.

Cute place, great location

Stayed here with a friend and her elderly mom. It’s very cute, great location very close to the beach. Joe was quick to respond to our questions. I hope to stay here again soon.

Fantastic week at the beach

The property was nice, clean and close to the beach. The pool was great. Reserved parking spots were an added bonus. It is a short walk to the beach and we were able to watch fireworks from the seating area right outside the property. Perfect area and great place. Look forward to coming back next year! We enjoyed our first of hopefully many vacations to Wildwood Crest with our growing family. The owner, Joe was very receptive to questions we had prior to our stay. He was a pleasure to deal with. That goes a long was with our family. The condo unit was the perfect location for us! It offered great views, nice outdoor deck directly in front of unit with access to table/chairs, easy grill access, stairs were close to unit, 2 pools, and a friendly atmosphere. The unit was very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the beach-themed decor. The only improvements we might suggest is a carpet upgrade, and a separate full and twin bed in the one bedroom instead of bunk bed setup. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, and have already recommended this condo to other family and friends! Thanks!

thanks for your feedback and glad that you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately we have been having issues with the carpeting due to the parking lot being recoated. The black sealcoat has been being tracked into many of t he units and accumulating on the carpets. They were cleaned pre season and in early July. We are trying to find a way to deal with the problem. As to the bunk beds, we have been discussing changing up the set up in that room. Hope that you consider staying with us again in the future

Worth it

Great location, clean, pool access, beach front. Wildwood Crest is the place to go with young children if you dont need or want craziness. Quiet, easy to get to the boardwalk, Cape May and other places. The owner was very responsive to questions asked. We had some weather that kept us indoors, so the basic cable package didnt have much to offer to us. Overall, one of the better places we have visited.

Great Place!

The condo was in great condition and very clean. We had two adults and a child on a top bunk in one room, and two adults with our own blow up mattress on the floor for another child in the other bedroom. Separate bathrooms for each family was great. The couch in the living room pulls out for a sleeper but we wanted to keep that area as a living space. It was nice to have the patio right in front of our door and the two heated pools were great! The condo complex was kept very clean and quiet. The owner, Joe, was so wonderful and responsive to our every need. Really a pleasure to deal with and we plan to come back!

Wildwood Crest has a warm and welcoming family atmosphere with beautifully maintained beaches. It is conveniently located between Cape May and the famous Wildwood amusement piers, as well as excellent restaurants and many other attractions. We have made many enjoyable memories in Wildwood Crest since our childhood and look forward to continuing to do so with our growing family. Our hope is that our guests are able to make memories that will last a life time and feel like this is their home away from home; so they will be eager to return again and again.
