This is a penthouse loft with a loft Layout. It offers 1 bedroom, with open loft bed area. 1.5 bath and a lounge area with pullout bed.

This a secure private building with key code access. Very safe and centrally located to all that Downtown Nashville has to offer.

The family room is comfortably furnished and features a 70” LED TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities such as stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker. Tired of eating out? Grab what you need at the urban grocery around the corner and create your own private feast. All Wolfgang Puck pots, pans and utensils provided.

Lofts at 212 is perfectly located directly on 3rd Ave just 1.5 steps to Printer’s Alley, 2 blocks to Broadway & the Honky Tonk District, 3 blocks to Tennessee Performing Arts Center & 5th Ave Arts District, 4 blocks to the Bridgestone Arena & Nashville Symphony Bldg, 6 blocks to the new Convention Center. Just a 5 minute walk across the bridge to a Titans game makes this the perfect choice for a football weekend. So many of Nashville’s other hotspots are also close by. The Gulch, Germantown, East Nashville, Demonbreun/Midtown, Music Row, West End/Vanderbilt & Hillsboro Village are all a short drive or quick cab ride away. Also we include one role of toilet paper in each bathroom and also one role of paper towels to get you started.

We stayed here this week to attend the Coldplay concert. We really enjoyed the place and the location was super close to everything. There is construction going on in the area but it didn’t affect us any other than walking through some construction tunnels to get to Broadway. The owner was very prompt in getting back to us before our stay when we had questions. Michael was very prompt in helping us once we were there! We would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again!

Great stay!

Perfect location! We walked everywhere. Bill and Michael were very accommodating and helpful. Nice big clean place. Perfect for our girls birthday (50 and 60 year olds) weekend! We will be back !

Hard to beat

This place is pretty much everything you can ask for to accommodate a group of friends. Walking distance to pretty much everywhere. The management were very responsive to any question or needs and the checkout process was very simple. We hope to revisit in the future.

Great Loft in Downtown Nashville

The condo location was excellent. Walked to most venues and very close to Broadway but far enough away that it is not too noisy. Check in and check out were easy. Place was very clean and parking close by.

Great location downtown, walking distance to everything you would want to do. Clean place with excellent management. No problem at all during our stay, will stay here again.

Amazing location just off broadway

We really enjoyed our trip. The accommodations were amazing. There was so much room for four adults, to eat, to sleep, and just hang out. We went there for my friends 60th birthday and just had a great time. We had a lot of great food, and I even got to do the ball ride at the wild beaver Thanks so much!

2/10 - Terrível

Convenient, but not well maintained or equipped or insulated for noise

This unit is in an upcoming area and within short walking distance to all area attractions which made it very nice. However, the unit was not well equipped or maintained. The washing machine was torn apart and not useable; the floor in one of the bedrooms was buckled so badly is was unsafe (roughly 3 1/2" high) which made walking to bathroom at night very tricky and made it where closet doors did not even open all the way. The master bedroom door was broken. Both bathrooms had mildew in the showers. There is apparently no insulation in the units there. People on second floor walking around could even be heard in the basement bedrooms. Construction noise on Monday morning woke all of us promptly at 7AM. All in all, if it were not so convenient and the city not practically sold out for the weekend, we would have immediately checked out. By far the worse maintained VRBO we have ever experienced.

Horrible experience

Let me start by saying this place is adorable and in a perfect location. It sleeps five comfortably, and looks like it appears in the photos. And that's where the good ends. We asked to check in early, and that wasn't possible. Check in was at 3:00; however, we found the owner's wife in the middle of cleaning the place at 3:30 when they finally let us in. Two hours later, we asked how much longer it would be. We had bought hundreds of dollars of groceries, hadn't seen each other in years, and just wanted to spend our first night in the condo catching up. Bill said that we disrespected his wife and we couldn't have the place anymore. He denied we had a contract (which we did); he said he didn't care about the money or his reviews. He told us, "It's not a threat, it's a fact," when I told him I didn't appreciate him threatening to kick us out on the street. We asked him to please just leave and let us have the place as it was. He said, "I don't need your money. I'm rich...I own half this block." "This is my home, and I can come and go as I please." "You might as well leave. You are going to give me a bad review either way." After going round and round, he decided he was over it and he'd let us stay; he and his wife left, and we sat down incredulous at the whole thing and started talking through what just happened. He knocked on the door and said we were kicked out again because he heard one of us say we'd give him a bad review. Again, we had to talk him into letting us stay telling him that we were just venting, and we had the right to do so. He agreed to let us stay, and they left. We debated heavily over just going to a hotel and getting away from the whole situation; however, we didn't want to lose our money, so we chose to stay even though we were completely uncomfortable the whole time.

Perfect 40th Birthday Girls Weekend Location !

We choose this condo for my 40th Birthday girls weekend getaway! It could not have been more PERFECT! Bill made sure our weekend was memorable from beginning to end :) The condo is situated in the perfect spot to walk to anything you wanted to do. We went to Country Music Hall of fame, Jason Aldean concert at Bridgestone Arena, and all the bars and was able to walk anywhere we wanted, even though it snowed & rained while we were visiting. Being In the rental business myself I can say he had the unit equipped nicely. The beds were super comfy (like a luxury hotel), linens were great, and there were plenty of towels/washcloths for 7 ladies! If you are going to Nashville, don't pass this one up you will not be disappointed. Glad my condos are not in Nashville and I'm not competing with this guy- THANKS Bill!! We can't wait to come back- DEM Carolina Girlz :)

The place is bigger than it looks in pictures. Housed 7 of us without a problem. Bill is a great guy and is always just a call away. Quality furniture and décor in a great location. Couldn't ask for anything more. Perfect Place!! Thanks Bill

Highly recommend - Great location and excellent customer service

This is a great property with prime location and newly remodeled interior. Beds were comfortable and furniture was nice as well. The owner, Bill, was extremely helpful with recommendations and really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Ladies Weekend!

What a beautiful home in an incredibly convenient location! Not to mention Bill's top notch customer service ensuring absolute satisfaction. He made fantastic recommendations and was a pleasure to work with. We will be back but in the meantime highly recommend this place to anyone headed to Nashville!

Great stay, amazing location,

We were all very happy with this condo / loft. Plenty of room for 4 of us to sleep. The brick and "industrial" design of the loft, mixed with luxurious trim and decor gave off a great first impression. Beds were clean / comfortable. Having the bedrooms downstairs was nice. Kitchen was great, everything you could need. The entire condo is just very comfortable and impressive. Key pad to outer entry and key to enter condo kept out any unwanted guests. 5 minute walk to Broadway where all the action is. That was very nice, no cabs or cars needed. A couple minor problems, WIFI never worked. Signal was never picked up for more then 1-2 minutes then gone for hours. The designated parking area, not the safest at night. Had a friends' car get broken into while we were there. He was parked on the street right next to the open parking deck utilized for this condo. But those things aside, we will be back. Thanks!
