This was great resort with many amenities. The Suite was Well apointed with all the neccesities thart you find at home. The beds were comfortable as well was the furniture in the living areas. Food and drinks at The Swim Restaurant and Bar was excellent. I would'nt consider staying at any other resort.

My family has been going to Rocky Point for 20 years and we have never stayed at such a dirty ran down unit ever! Besides having to have service on the refrigerator and television in the family room, the sheets, comforter, pillows and bed protector had stains and smelled horrible. 1/4 pillows had a pillow protector on it and after pulling off the sheets and bedding, they smelled and were stained beyond belief. We stayed up til 1 am just trying to clean before we could fall asleep. The mattress in the master suite was hard, you could feel the springs, and squeaked terribly . The next morning my husband ran to the store to buy all new bedding , not a mattress. Enough said about all of that. The metal outdoor chairs are all falling apart and there is fresh metal protruding into the seat area and is very dangerous especially if you have kids. The bath towels were thin, grey in color and we had 1 washcloth per bathroom. Those also needed to be washed before use and we purchased new for our stay. The view from the balcony over looks the tops of the villas. This was the least of our troubles. Best of luck and plan to bring your own linens.

I always take feedback from my guests very seriously. In this particular case; however, I really can't say that there is ANYTHING that could have made this guest happy. They pretty much complained about everything including the amazing ocean views from every room. I think they forgot there was a beach. I'm sorry to not have met their expectations, that is not common for us. Notwithstanding what I feel was a very unreasonable guest we did check the refrigerator, TV, bedding and everything else. The very next guests posted a video on their social media sayin "we are in heaven". So... I advise the reader to look at all the other 100 reviews.

Last minute family trip

Decided to go to Rocky Point last minute, found the property at a great price. Fantastic views, easy check-in. Property was spacious and very clean!

The view from the front door was captivating as well as from both bedrooms. The condo is a great size and offered enough space for my family. We were pleased to have a sofa sleeper and a roll away for the kiddos. The full size washer and dryer were useful. The nice touches of the towels made into swans, flower made from paper towels and bows made from toilet paper were a nice and really impressed the kids.My recommendations would be plastic cups and plates for the minors, lager coffee mugs for the adults and mattress toppers for the extra firm spring mattresses.

Awesome place!

Great view, great property! Only thing that we were disappointed about was the fireplace wasn’t working and there wasn’t a grill - it was listed as a grill on the patio in the listing. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Thank you for your stay. The listing does state that there is a grill available but all the grills are in the common areas of the resort. HOA does not permit grills in the patios of the condos.

Fun beach trip

Nice place clean and have most essentials that you need for your stay. Beds were comfortable and we love staying at Bella Sirena. Only but I had was that the kitchen pans and some cooking utensils need to be replace but overall I think it was great.

I always welcome feedback. I have no control over how easy or hard the VRBO is to use as it is not my app and it is not part of my offering. The condo does have internet. You get instructions on how to access it in the welcome packet you get after booking.

Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have occurred in Rocky Point. We first stumbled upon this incredible place over 20 years ago. My parents were going to build a house on a lot they had just purchased. We went to rescue them from making a mistake in Mexico and ended up falling in love with Rocky Point. 8 properties later we've made it our quest to share what we have discovered with others. ​

We are not a large corporation to which you are just a number, we endeavor to help each of our guests have an unforgettable experience, a reason to come back again and again. The locations where we have built/chosen our properties are world-class. Warm beaches, courteous staff, top notch security, and guaranteed sunsets that will make you fall in love too!
