Unit 3-301 is a 1700 sq foot END UNIT located on the third floor of a three story building . It has 20 ft vaulted ceilings, a loft and a very private WRAP AROUND TILED LANAI.

NOTE: NO ELEVATOR. Requires walking up 3 flights of stairs.

The unit is directly on the ocean so it has a good flow of ocean and mountain breezes throughout.
There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living areas and on the lanai.

For guests that want the OPTION OF A/C-it is available in all the all the BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING AREA for an ADDITIONAL FEE of $25 per day. (Electricity in Hawaii is really expensive)

Since purchasing the condo in May 2014 we have added new living room, dinning room, beds and bedroom furnishings and have decorated the unit with amazing art work by the local artists which gives the unit the Aloha Spirit feeling!

The kitchen has been completely renovated with Cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances. In November 2018 the major renovation of the lanai doors, windows, tile and bamboo flooring and 2 of the bathrooms were completed.
