This single family home with a great in-town location is an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and shops. Refreshed and refurbished in 2014 – tasteful, modern appointments, newly painted. This single-level home has three bedrooms and two full baths. Sleeps 6.

Fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances & Keurig coffee maker.

Hardwood floors. Tiled bathrooms.

Dining room seats six, with view overlooking rear patio and garden.

Master suite with queen bed w/en suite bathroom w/shower.

Wonderful Labor Day weekend stay. The communications were excellent ahead of the visit. The house is in great condition and in a convenient location to beach, boardwalk, and a lovely neighborhood park.

My overall impression of this rental was great. It is exactly as advertised - very cottage like. Good location, clean, easy in and out. The extra parking pass was really helpful. I would recommend some sort of table or shelf to hold stuff in the master bathroom since no counter space.

Great location! Furnishings seemed a bit basic and the kitchen was not well stocked (no grill utensils and no can opener, otherwise we had a great stay.

Great space

The location was excellent and within walking distance of the beach. The parking pass made it easy to get around. Very kid friendly, clean and we didn't need to move too many things to make it kid proof.

Clean place and helpful owner

10 minute walking distance to beach and downtown area. The place was nicely appointed and clean. Wifi and TV worked well. Beds were comfortable, remember to bring your sheets and towels. Host was responsive and accommodating.

Gorgeous Quaint House

This was our first time staying at this house. I have to say at first I was really nervous about renting on VRBO let alone directly from a home owner. For months leading up to our vacation I was paranoid, then the email comes to tell you how to check in to the house and all my worries went away. The moment we walked in we were blown away. It was perfect for our family of 4. I loved the decorating, the colors of the walls, the lights, the surround sound speakers, the kitchen, bedrooms, the furniture, gas grill, just everything. The house is a 10 min walk from everything and a perfect bike ride to where ever you want to go. Which our 9 year old girls loved. We only used our car to drive our cooler to the beach and to the outlets. I can't wait to rent here again. PS: I love the living room mirror and you must tell me where you got it!

Nightmare on Country Club Dr

I don’t want to waste any more of my time on this nightmare but owe it to the community to know what I experienced at this property. I am a seasonal Delaware homeowner for over 46 years and my home is currently under renovation , and wanted to take my family on a beach weekend vacation and thought this property would work for us. The nightmare started when we checked in and the house was filthy. It was not cleaned or clearlychecked on before we arrived and we arrived to other people’s filth all over the home , hairs and dirt on the beds ,molded showers , broken driveway , overgrown landscaping , broken AC and the tv system was not on and working. I tried to improve the situation on my own by cleaning & sanitizing the home , washing the beddings ,resetting the AC ,I had no choice to call the properly manger after he didn’t respond to my concerns on the VERBO platform. At first the property manager Michael was understanding and asked for photos / documentation. I took a lot of time on this matter to help to improve the situation with kindness , patience and understanding but ultimately was evicted at 8 pm that evening. The eviction was outrageous and not acceptable. After scrambling around to find accommodations last night , with most hotels booked solid , we were able to find a hotel suite to accommodate our family luckily. I then immediately called VERBO to let them know what happened.. They were wonderful refunded us and are covering our hotel bills!! Thank you.

Great Place, Great Location

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home has a nice layout and makes great use of every space. The decor is chic, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The home is also in close proximity to everything. The only complaint I have is there are only TVs in the living room and master BR. The owners need to purchase a couple of Smart TVs for $150 bucks each, plug them in, connect to the Wifi and let guests watch their own subscriptions of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or whatever. For the cost to rent the home, I don't think it's too much to ask.

The house was cozy and welcoming.

The only thing was, we had to bring our own sheets and towels and washcloths which is ok. The only thing was, we were not told from the beginning that we needed to do this. Two of the three of us had already left our homes the the email came through about us needing to have these. I had enough to take. Let people know right up front about needing to do this. Nice Beach House

Beautiful property - pictures do not do it justice, and an easy walk to beach. We enjoyed our stay but this place would benefit from some much needed pest control. There were lots of spiders throughout our stay and bugs in the shower when we arrived. There was mold in both showers too. Great place overall but needs a little bit of work.

Cleanest rental ever!

Had a perfect stay at this lovely property. Great location and the house was very well appointed with supplies. Easy communication with owner prior to login and they were very accommodating of our late checkout request. It was impeccably clean upon arrival. Would absolutely stay again!

Family reunion

Loved the property and location to the beach and boardwalk and shopping. A few minor complaints: The barbecue grill was not clean from the previous guests.....we had to use the oven to broil our hamburgers. The shower curtin should be washed or changed.. The pillows may need to be replaced or at least washed. Seem to be flat and sweat stained. thanks, kathyz

Rehoboth Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It is a great location and is within walking distance of the boardwalk and surrounding shops/restaurants. The outlets are very close by as well.
