Upscale Home Away From Home: 3 King BR-3BA

From the moment you open the door, our hope is that 404 feels like home. The warm color palette, wood-plank tile throughout, comfortable living room seating, large dining table, premium mattresses, and plush towels-linens are just a few of the amenities that lend themselves to an experience unlike any other beach rental.

When we were searching for a beach home purchase several years ago, we chose One Ocean Place due to the residential setting. Uncrowded beaches are our favorite and the fourth floor provides beautiful views of the ocean-beach without fear that sometimes come with heights.

Situated just 7-miles south of Myrtle beach, both Murrells Inlet and Myrtle Beach provide a large number of family experiences, outlet and retail shopping, and an array of exceptional restaurants. If you prefer to stay in, we have some favorite take-out/delivery spots and the closest grocery store is just one mile away.

To alleviate the need for an immediate run to the grocery store upon arrival, we provide you with: (1) roll of paper towels, (1) new dish sponge, (1) small bottle of Dawn dish detergent, (2) Finish Dishwasher pods, (2) Tide pods, (2) Bounce dryer sheets, and (2) kitchen trash bags.

Our family loves to cook and our kitchen reflects that. Along with a Ninja coffee pot, Ninja blender, and Cuisinart toaster, you will find a griddle, waffle iron, crockpot, coffee grinder, and a variety of sizes in pots, pans, and mixing bowls. We even provide cookbooks to enjoy!

Each bedroom features a comfortable King bed, flat-panel TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, adjoining full bath, and natural light. If extra bedding is needed, the oversized sofa can comfortably accommodate an adult or two and the oversized loveseat can easily accommodate small children.

The porch has dining for six, seating for eight, and is our go-to for early morning coffee (and a sunrise if we're feeling ambitious) or a relaxing evening watching the sun go down.

Our beachfront home is truly our favorite place to be. When we can't be there, we love to share it with other families or couples, knowing that memories are being made that will last a lifetime.

What an awesome find! We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location, half way between Surfside and Garden City piers. We were there during peak season (first full week of July) and there was still plenty of space for our group to spread out on the beach. Wonderful condo with spectacular ocean views, probably the best I’ve ever seen from inside a unit, and of course from the balcony as well. Three en-suite bathrooms is SO NICE when traveling with separate families. The owner, Doug, is great to work with, replied to questions promptly and was very accommodating to the minor issues that we encountered. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again in the future.

Beautiful condo

I booked this condo for July 4th week and was very pleased. The comdo is in a great location, walking distance to a great beach restaurant and bar. Food Lion and Walmart are both very close and convenient. Doug was great to work with and we plan on returning next year . I highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing family vacation

The condo had everything we needed for a wonder family beach vacation. From spectacular views to board games for the kids to play. The thoughtful details and home amenities made for a relaxing stay. Wonderful place and vacation!

The owner Doug was excellent! He called shortly after we arrived to check if everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything. Our children and grandchildren from W.V. Texas and S.C. came and we all had a wonderful time. Beautiful sunrises with gorgeous views. The Condo 404 was well stocked. My son in law (a great chef) loved this kitchen with everything needed! Wonderful place for family!!!❤️

Perfect Beach Condo

Location to the Beach and pool was was great. Condo accommodated 3 couples very well. 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with full size washer and Dryer . We will definitely be back soon.

Perfect week

The condo is so comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect family week together. The balcony with the beautiful view of the beach was a favorite. August family vacation

The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you would need to easily prepare meals on nights you want to stay in. Great Spot to Stay!

We had an amazing time on our vacation. One of the things that I noticed upon walking in is that the home looked exactly like the pictures (something I’ve learned in the past is not always the case). I loved that they had games for the kids, LOTS of kitchen appliances for cooking, and the balcony view was one of my personal favorites!

Beautiful Condo with Amazing View

Wow! What a well-appointed condo! Every want and need has been addressed from a basket of throws to a multitude of kitchen ware. As for the view, it is amazing. The condo sits much closer to the beach than any condo we have stayed in and the walk to the beach is an easy one - no huge sand dunes to traipse through. This is our first October beach vacation and it most certainly will not be our last. The beaches were VERY uncrowded. We loved it! The grounds are beautifully maintained. We saw a gentleman cleaning the pool each day and the steps to the beach were cleaned of sand. We could not have been more pleased with our stay!

Girl’s Trip

I favorited this property earlier in the year when looking for a condo for our annual girl’s trip to the beach. I knew it would be perfect for us, and it was! It’s rare to find 3 (King!) bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything in this unit is high quality - furniture, TVs, appliances. I love the flooring. Even the WiFi connection was excellent. I appreciated having the sheets and towels provided in the cost (beds made, towels hung) instead of bringing my own or finding a rental company. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets out on the balcony each day. The owners were so nice, answering any questions that I had prior to and during our stay. You can tell that they really care about the guest experience. Thank you Doug and Christy for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great Vacation Choice

This unit was a perfect choice for our family of 5. Lots of open space for our family to spread out. Unit was very clean, owners notified us when unit was ready for check in, we got lucky unit was ready early! Best equipped kitchen we have seen in the many years of renting vacation homes. Also the best porch furniture we have encountered as well.

Our family has always loved going to the beach. While enjoying a career in the banking industry, my wife and I bought our beach home in 2005. Our children were 11 and 13. A career change into full-time leadership at a private Christian school (Loganville Christian Academy) founded by my wife and I alongside close friends, ushered the introduction of our beach home to the rental market.

Now empty nesters, our enjoyment of the beach has only been heightened by the addition of our son in law, daughter in law, and grandkids.

This is not your ordinary beach rental managed by a big company. It is our home away from home. Oftentimes families save for an entire year to enjoy a week at the beach. We strive to eliminate any disappointment created by arriving to scratchy sheets, stiff towels, uncomfortable beds, crowded spaces, or a kitchen that's equipped with the bare minimums. We stay here multiple times throughout the year, care about what it looks and feels like, and make improvements continuously.
