Oceanfront 3 bedroom/3 bath condo located in beautiful One Ocean Place at Garden City. End unit with private wrap around balcony.
Master bedroom has a King bed and balcony access. You can see the ocean right from your bed!!

Queen bed in second bedroom. With private bath.

Third bedroom has two twin beds. Third bedroom also has a full bath that is accessable from hall or bedroom.

All bedrooms have their own bathroom and TV. Basic bed linens, bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels are provided.

Unit has its own washer and dryer located in laundry closet. Unit is on the north end of building and is an end unit. This provides an unobstructed view all the way up the coast.

Central heat and air. WiFi and digital cable with 42'' plasma TV, DVD player, and stereo in living room.

Kitchen has maple cabinetry, microwave, stove, fridge with ice and water dispenser in door, dishwasher,and is stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware.

Parking garage for two vehicles.

What a wonderful stay - the view was breathtaking - furnishings were comfortable and mattresses firmā€¦lots of nice kitchen amenities - communication with property owner was quick and it was one of our best vacations!

The first day when we entered the condo we were amazed at how clean and beautifully decorated it was. The owners were very detailed in providing everything you might need. The views from the condo and its deck were stunning! They have covered parking and security. They also have grocery carts and luggage carts to move your groceries and luggage to your condo. That was a big plus for 4 older women. We also felt very safe staying there.

Family togetherness

This was the first time I had my two sons, daughter, and three grandchildren together at the beach. We had a lovely time in a beautiful vacation home making long lasting memories. Everything we needed for the week was conveniently there. The decor and furnishings were beyond our expectations. And of course the view from the 10th floor was spectacular even during a nasty thunderstorm. We greatly appreciated the hospitality and thoughtfulness of our host. God bless!

Balcony has beautiful view

We were very pleased with our weeks family vacation at this rental and would highly recommend for any family! The owner was wonderful to work with and made everything smooth and our stay enjoyable. The bathrooms were beautiful and everything was roomy. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing condo

Perfect for our family. Really enjoyed the condo and our week at the beach. Everything was perfect from the cleanliness to the communication with the owner. There was even a small stash of books for when I ran out near the end of the week!

I don't know that we could have enjoyed the space inside this condo any more. Spacious, cozy, clean, and accommodating. The views from the wrap around balcony were noteworthy as well.

Wonderful Property

This is a very nice condo. Everything was as pictured and very clean. It was well stocked with a lot of little extra conveniences I have not found in other rentals. Will definitely want to book again on my next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect beach vacation

I cannot say enough about our stay in this property. The space was perfect for our family of 6; everyone had enough room for themselves and we never felt on top of each other. The condo itself was wonderfully spacious and furnished. The balcony is amazing. All of the contact with the owner was quick and very pleasant. We loved how the area was removed from the noise and crowds of Myrtle Beach, but everything was easily accessible. We definitely hope we get another chance to stay here in the near future.

Four Generations

Great stay with four generations of our family from ages 79-3. Condo was true to listing and very comfortable for all of us. The only complaint was the ice maker not working but owner said it is getting fixed. Other than that all good and would recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everything about this condo was so inviting and comfortable. Janet, you are a wonderful host and you nailed it with the decor down to the smallest details. We really felt at home for the week. I could go on and on about how wonderful our stay was but I would run out of space. We so happy with our decision to stay here. Amazing!!

Pictures do not do the condo justice! It's layout was perfect for our family, including our 1 year old grand daughter. Plenty of room for her to explore and play, Balcony views were stunning. Sunrise over the ocean was a must see event. If you forgot something at home, no worries because it was there. Owner was very quick to respond to all our questions. Great week

The property was everything that we expected it to be. It really worked out great for us. The only issue that we had was with the way they set up chairs in front of the building. Even though we had 2 chairs that were reserved for us we had 7 people altogether(3 of which are kids under 8) and thy have the chairs so close together that there was not enough room for everyone. WE had to go past the building in front of the neighboring houses to get enough spa e for all of us and wound up arguing with the lifeguard because he wanted to set up chairs past the building. There was plenty of room behind all of the chairs on the beach but then you are blocked out. Chris was great with any questions we had and the condo lived up to all expectaions.

Sunrise every morning

We travel pretty frequent and I have to say this may have been the most relaxing vacation Iā€™ve ever been on. Watching the sun come up every morning from the master suite or balcony was my favorite part. What an incredible way to start the day. I would set the alarm and video from my phone a time lapse of the sunrise and share with the family when they finally woke up. I felt spoiled rotten. Every single thing about this place was perfect. It fit our family of 5 nicely. Usually I want to rush down to the beach but there really was never any hurry with our views. We ate breakfast and lunch out on the balcony daily. Fun having the binoculars. We ate dinner out usually 10 minutes away in Murrells Inlet. Easy walk to elevator taking us to the beach. Condo was right in between the Surfside and Garden City Piers. We walked to both. It was so nice not having to bring bedding and towels. Washer and dryer and ice maker were HUGE. The main living space was so comfortable. They had more than enough cozy blankets to snuggle up with every night for all of us. It was nice having two hot tubs and 2 pools. We used both daily after a long day on beach. Our contact Chris was amazing. Never really needed him during our stay as we had zero issuesā€¦but communication was great during the booking process. Definitely will be booking this place again as this space and location forces one to slow down. A true gem.

Amazing views

This place was just as shown in the pictures. The condo was nicely decorated and furnished. The updated bathrooms were very nice. They provided top notch soaps and paper products, thatā€™s a major plus for me. The location and views were perfect. The beach was never overly crowded while we were there. Definitely walk next door to the Conch Cafe for dinner or lunch. Definitely would recommend this place to family and friends. Hope to return some day in the future! Fantastic View and Condo Amenities

From the minute that we stepped into the condo it was paradise. Floor to ceiling views in the living room and master bedroom, comfy furnishings, comfortable beds, quality linens and towels, beautiful kitchen with all the essentials and our favorite part was the umbrella and two chairs that were reserved for us on the shore. We will definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful, comfortable condo. The unit has everything you need from high-end linens to a fully stocked kitchen. And all just steps from the beach. We loved it!

Our family has traveled to the Myrtle Beach area for over 40 yrs. We have always loved this area. One year we decided to stay in the Surfside/Garden City area. We loved the quieter, family atmosphere there. The area is condos and houses instead of motels. You are still close to all the Myrtle Beach area has to offer, but yet far enough away if you know what I mean. We stayed at One Ocean Place and were really impressed with how well everything was maintained. We stayed in another end unit on the North end of the building and loved the unobstructed views up the coast.That is why we decided to make this condo ours. We love staying here and hope you do too!

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

This condo is located in the nicest building in the Surfside/Garden City area. The building is very well maintained. If you enjoy shopping, eating fresh seafood, golfing, or just spending time on the beach with a family atmosphere you will love it. The large wraparound balcony offers an unbelievable view of the coastline. On clear days you can see all the way to North Myrtle Beach. We often watch dolphins swim while sitting on the balcony. We love spending time here when we can and offer it to vacationers when we can't.
