Our CONDOS are located in Sports Village, in the prestigious Green Valley corner of St. George. If your vacation needs require more than one unit, please visit our other St. George listings 1005194, 1007083, 1007087.

Our CONDOS are all close in proximity, but comfortably far apart! Including luxury plank flooring throughout, this condo has been recently remodeled. You will enjoy the fresh, new feel it has to offer! It features one bedroom with a king-sized raised PLATFORM bed, and a guest bedroom with a twin-sized raised PLATFORM bed and a queen-sized raised PLATFORM bed. You will find a sofa sleeper in the great room that makes this condo perfectly comfortable for 6 guests. It has a beautiful 55” flat panel SMART TV with access to view thousands of channels. Our condo is air-conditioned and has covered parking for your vehicle. The WASHER AND DRYER, located inside the unit, is included in your rental (please remember to bring your detergents). Linens are provided (bring your own pool towels) and there is a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit has a private patio off the back, and yes, we offer FREE WIFI. For the comfort of all of our guests, this is a 'No Smoking, No Pets' condominium. Some things to consider upon renting are: - NO SMOKING, NO PETS - Remove all Trash upon Check-out, or pay the fine - Dishes need to be washed before checking out, or pay the fine - $100 cleaning Fee - Quiet Hours need to be observed - Replacing lost remotes OR keys $50 - Check-in 4:00 pm, Check-out 11 am - Laundry Detergents not provided - Pool towels not provided.

The St. George area boasts of many golf courses, Sunbrook being the closest to our units. You'll marvel at the breathtaking scenery that surrounds St. George, including Bryce Canyon, Zion's National Park and Snow Canyon. This 'Red Rock Corner' of Utah is dotted with historical sites, shopping malls and outlet stores, popular restaurant chains and, especially, the wonderfully warm Dixie Sunshine! Same-day road trips might include hopping through the casinos in Las Vegas or Mesquite Nevada, sight-seeing at The Grand Canyon or attending Tuacahn's 'Broadway in the Desert' outdoor live amphitheater. We are also located right across the street from the world renowned Green Valley Spa. For those guests cooking up the perfect mountain biking get-a-way, we have all the right ingredients at our doorstep: Bear Claw Poppy, Zen, Stucci Springs and the Red Bluffs Competitive Area! There are also many opportunities to PLAY PICKLEBALL, both in the area and on-site!

We booked a last minute trip to St. George with this condo and had a great time. The condo met our needs, was clean and the amenities were great- especially the pool. Would stay there again and would recommend it to others. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great spot for a weekend in St. George

I really liked that this condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and everything was easy. Karin was great to communicate with. The beds were super comfy and the bath towels were super soft! Overall, exactly what a VRBO should be! I would definitely recommend staying here. We didn’t use the property amenities but they seemed nice.

Great weekend with lots to do

The apartment itself was great. Kitchen had everything we could ask for. No shampoo etc, so bring your own. The clubhouse was not handicap friendly but the kids had a blast with racquetball, mini golf and the pool. Outdoor tennis court wasn't usable because of large cracks.

Amazing Fun Under The Sun!!!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Karin is a pleasure to work with. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. Bed layout worked perfectly for our family. Huge comfy sectional that our whole family could spread out on together. We loved being able to eat out on the spacious deck and even had the clouds break so that we could catch a glimpse of the eclipse. The kids loved the pool and I appreciated how close and convenient our place was to everything. I would definitely recommend Fun Under The Sun. We will be back soon.

Great place wonderful host

This is a nice place. It is well stocked and has nice amenities. The host is superb. The TV was not working and within 24 hours Steve drove 4 hours one way to replace the TV. Best service ever.

Fun Under the Sun, sort of.

The Fun Under the Sun condo is a great location in St. George. We were close to biking locations, shopping, and restaurants. The condo property was well kept with a swimming pool, outdoor grills, pickleball/tennis courts, and having covered parking as an option was great considering the heat/sun. Positives of the condo - It had a great layout, beds were comfortable, a/c blew cold (which was a big deal), rear balcony was nice, check in and out was easy, door code worked fine, located in a good part of town and as a family that was traveling that was nice. Things we wished were better - No ice maker. This may seem like a small thing, but its always 100+ during the summer. Everyone has to constantly drink to stay hydrated and keeping up with freezing our own tap water or buying bags of ice every day was super cumbersome. The fridge has an ice make but there is no water line. The condo was dusty, everywhere. We spent the first hour or so of our stay dusting the kitchen, windows, and living room. We took pics of what we cleaned and asked the owner and we got a reply that it's just how it is living in a desert. I let her know that if someone was cleaning the condo, they are skipping some steps because it was more than just some dust. The couch in the condo pic is not what's in the condo. There is a mix-match couch set which I guess is fine since it's not my condo, but it does look odd in the room. Just a warning if staying in St. George in the summer. Temps are over 100+ most of the day. If you are going to do anything outside do it between 6-10am. Dry heat doesn't mean anything when the sun is out and its 110, its still a miserable oven. And this is coming from someone who lives in the southern part of the US and is a distance runner. Even short hikes at 1pm were hard. My suggestion if you can is to visit in the fall or spring.

Great condo, quiet, easy access, covered parking. Only downside was refrigerator ice maker not working when we thought it would be. Needed ice to fill water bottles and ended up having to buy it.

Nice place for getting to the national parks

The place was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. A few things were not as great- no toilet paper-- hard to run out and stock up when you just arrive- and the dishes were dirty and needed rewashing. Over all though we had a nice time and would do this whole trip again..

Fun and clean place to stay

We were down in St George for a soccer tournament and this was perfect for me and my three teenagers. They enjoyed swimming and playing basketball. The condo was clean and perfect for our needs.

Our stay at one of the Fun in the Sun properties in the Sports Village complex St George Utah

Overall we were pretty happy with the Fun in the Sun property that we stayed at in St. George. Although happy with the general cleanliness of the unit I believe that some of the furnishings and decor could use a bit of a refresh. We were very happy with the grounds and the facilities that are part of the overall village and the closeness to a number of the events that we were participating in at the Huntsman games. Also really enjoyed the balconies that are part of this complex.

Comfy and convenient

We stayed here for a month while looking for a permanent place to live. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse, pool, and deck overlooking the tennis court. This unit was unexpectedly being painted outside for part of our stay (not the owners' fault that the HOA didn't communicate this), which led to our A/C needing to be turned off temporarily while they covered the compressor. Karin was responsive and compensated us for the unexpected inconvenience. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay and play

The condo met all of our needs and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with small appliances, pots and pans and dishes. We loved the touch of having a few kids games as well. Our kids especially loved the tic tac toe board. The rooms provided plenty of space for our family and the complex has a great pool and different sports activities you can do. We wish we would have booked another day!

Such a fun condo and resort!

We had such a great time in St George for the marathon weekend. The condo was very clean, comfy beds, great big tub, and incredible facilities. We played skee ball, pickleball, shuffleboard, air hockey, fusbol, plus swam and hot tubbed. It was a great! The ladies at the desk have anything that you would need for all the activities that they have on site. I'd rent this condo again in a heartbeat! Thanks Karin!!

Very convenient and clean

Very Family Friendly!

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely condo for the week. We had a wonderful time in St. George and are hoping to visit there again in the future. We also met your husband's parents who live upstairs and they were very nice. Overall, we made some great memories and loved our vacation!
