Sleeps 10+ / Four Bedrooms offering a queen size bed in each plus a extra Futon upstairs. Updated interior includes appliances, washer/dryer & fully furnished. Just blocks from downtown Coeur d'Alene, close to grocery, dining, shopping, pubs, bicycle shops, seasonal attractions and events, etc.
Great back porch for relaxing, includes outdoor furniture and BBQ, backyard with fire pit, and large side yard with play-set. Off street parking and on street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

A lovely, very clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it.

Upon arriving, we immediately noticed how clean the home was which we very much appreciated. There was plenty of space and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard is tranquil with a waterfall and we enjoyed sitting outside. We even played a game of croquet. Communication with the owner was very positive - Julie was responsive. I would recommend this home to anyone. Due to the,size and amenities, it would be great for families.

Would stay again!

It was a beautifully decorated home that had plenty of space for us. We had a bit of a reunion with family and the yard was great for badminton, volleyball and crochet. Close to the beach and other places. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable home and close to town and the lake.

Very nice and comfortable home. Fully stocked kitchen and excellent air conditioning! Nice location. Close to the lake and downtown. Town was full of hustle and bustle on Friday night during the taste of CDA and street fair weekend. Loved it!

Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house and would gladly recommend it for a carefree vacation. We were there for 4 nights and it felt as comfy as being home. It is well kept, clean, and has everything you need. The backyard was a nice touch as well. We have our own VRBO in Salida, Colorado and we know the effort that goes into keeping a house this accommodating. Our compliments to the owners. A real gem.

The home we stayed in was amazing,had everything we could imagine!

it was the first time our family our family was together with their spouses in Idaho. We had lived in Coeur d’Alene a long time ago, so we wanted to have a placed where we could introduce them to long time friends. We had a barbecue where the kids were able to play and not worry about them running in the street. We spent the majority of our time outside around the fire pit, the home was big enough for all of us to have an amazing night time rest. And the location was perfect. Some Of us went shopping, some of us went hiking. We spent a day at the beach, and we had a great time at Silverwood. Our stay in this wonderful quaint home. It has more room than it appears. And the owners make sure that their guests are truly taken care of.

Comfy...Cozy...Cute...Charming

Loved the 'feel' of the Cottage !! Noticible as soon as you walk in....Smells good, clean crisp feel, great 'energy' :) Feels like 'home'. Had nice, soft lighting on upon our arrival. My husband exclaimed out loud...WOW !! (That doesn't always happen ;) Loved the attention to details, decor, colors are warm & inviting. Kitchen is well equiped.. The yard, side yard is an added benefit to this property. Nice quiet neighborhood, in a convenient location. If I could add to the ambience, I would probably add a second bathroom, add cable tv, softer beds (or mattress toppers) & additional heat choices for back rooms of house, as they were a bit chilly. Definitely would book again & most definitely recommend as a great choice for a 'home' rental !!

Had a wonderful weekend!

We loved visiting the area and using this home as our base. The interior was clean, comfortable and inviting. A lot of great work had been put into fixing up this older, charming home. The outside was also just as nice: beautiful big yard, swing set, fire pit, gardens....we enjoyed relaxing and playing at this house as much as we did touring the area. The owners were wonderful to us and made sure we had everything we needed. They were always easy to reach and made our stay there very memorable.

Welcome to our family homestead. We are 4 sisters who grew up in this wonderful cottage-like home, and who currently own and maintain it. We renovated the home in 2014, and continue making improvements. Unlike most properties around, this has a HUGE side yard for family events, as well as a covered patio with a BBQ to enjoy. All of us sisters and our spouses live nearby in the area. Coeur d' Alene really is a wonderful place to come and enjoy family time together. Located conveniently close to the beautiful lake, downtown shopping and entertainment, parks, and only 35 minutes from SilverWood Theme Park. You are sure to find many fun options for things to do and see.

Since the 1950's this has been our family's home. We have grown up in CdA, watching all of the changes and experiencing firsthand the joys of living in such a beautiful fun area! Now that we are grown, we use this house for our own family gatherings and parties, letting our children enjoy this wonderful location.
We are happy to share our home with you wand your family, sharing the experience of beautiful Coeur d'Alene and North Idaho in the perfect location for a vacation rental when staying in the area.

With a huge side yard, a children's play-set, outdoor BBQ and covered porch, you are sure to have the setting for many memorable experiences. The spacious yard and patio lend itself to large family gatherings, or small intimate retreats.
Sitting outside on the covered patio listening to the birds is one of my favorite things about this house. We have tried to make everyone in our home feel welcomed and comfortable. This house was made to share. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
