We work hard at it. We have one golf group on their seventh year and many repeat family clients. Great fishing dock. KIDS & PETS LOVE OUR HOME. HEATED POOL, HOT TUB, POOL TABLE, PING PONG TABLE, AND MUCH MORE. More than "PET FRIENDLY". River is one mile wide at our home so no flooding.. Send us an inquiry and we will USUALLY RESPOND WITHIN MINUTES. Your inquiry actually comes to our cell phone and we usually respond quickly. The house is 100 yards from closest neighbor. 5 star reviews for cleanliness. We have 30 and 50 amp electrical plugs on power pole in back yard for recreational vehicles. (no charge for
power or dump but donations accepted from big, big, rigs). Sorry but no Saturday check in our check out. We make the majority of our money on weekends and saturday check in or out splits the weekend. You can come in or depart on Saturday but you have to book the Friday night as well. If you have a specific need, let us know. Outstanding restaurants in the area. Be sure to ask.

Five bedroom, 4.5 bath, spacious home on 3 acres overlooking the Wolf River and 8 minute drive to the beach. ten minutes to downtown, ONE HOUR TO NEW ORLEANS. FAMILY REUNIONS, CHURCH GATHERINGS, GOLF OUTINGS, FISHING TRIPS. We can sleep up to 18 people in real beds and up to 26 or more with fold out loungers, cots, and a double floor mattress. Our family has been gathering and having reunions here in Pass Christian for 100 PLUS years and we know the ins and outs. We help you with meal planning, beach outings, free activities, and more. Tie your boat up to the dock in the back yard. Boat launch one half mile west. 5 minutes to Bay St. Louis and 20 minutes to the Gulf.

Check in is at 3 pm. Check out is 11 am. We allow early check in or late check out ON REQUEST depending on house schedule and housekeeper schedule.


Rates are for 14 people. Above that we charge $15 per person per night.

"FABULOUS KITCHEN", overlooks great room, completely equipped including condiments and spices. Large selection of pots, pans, appliances, crock pots, blender, mixer, waffle iron, food processor, rice cooker, six burner stove with griddle and grill, Keurig coffee maker and 12-cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee, paper towels, baggies, trash bags, refrigerator ice makers......... ($2.00 per 20 pound bag of ice machine 5 minutes away). Charcoal and gas BBQ. Outdoor propane griddle (seldom used so may need cleaning).

This is one of the only homes we saw in the entire area that is ground level and not up on stilts. I can't explain how valuable it was to our family to have her able to participate in every activity indoors and out! The accommodations were bordering on luxurious. Due to the small size of our group, everyone had plenty of space in this very large home. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the property. The hot tub was used every evening as was the fire pit for smores. Days and nights were spent fishing and crabbing off the dock. The dock is a very substantial dock with several chairs and a covered bench swing. Fishing was excellent, especially when the tide was moving, during outgoing tides we caught freshwater fish including loads of bluegill, catfish and gar and during incoming tides we caught a mix of redfish, croakers and even sheepshead. We caught a lot of crab in the traps, unfortunately they were mostly undersized. A small alligator frequented the water in the little inlet in front of dock. He was easy to spot and get photos of as long as you approached the dock quietly. Meals were a pleasure to cook, either in the very well-appointed kitchen or on either the gas grill or the green egg just off the back deck (which runs the entire length of the home). Many hours were spent relaxing on the deck with a book, by Grandma, while watching outdoor activities take place. The kitchen had all of the necessities and then some, we brought staples and ended up leaving them unopened because the pantry was so well stocked. There are two grocery stores with in a 10–15-minute drive and we got fresh seafood from fish market daily.

If there are any problems, we or our families' members are usually close by. Minimum stays vary by season and decrease as open dates approach. Prices especially weekdays reduced drastically about two weeks prior if vacant. If you want us to notify you of those reductions let us know. We honor all rates that we post intentionally (we were hacked once in ten years). IF YOU BOOK WITH US OR ANYONE, BE SURE AND SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON AFTER BOOKING FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION. if you book with us, we usually call within minutes to verify and always within 24 hours.

Some extra restrictions and rules on motorcycles and motorcycle noise. The neighbors can explain why.

The first one third of a cord of firewood is provided. After that we charge $50 per one third of a cord. That is our cost.

If you purchase insurance, you are responsible for filing claims.


No smoking or vaping inside the house. Smoking permitted on exterior porches and in extremely bad weather in the garage with the garage door open. EXCESSIVE NOISE COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS will yield full or partial forfeiture of your security deposit of $200 to the charity of the neighbor's choice. Security deposit of $1000 may be required for large bookings. Arrival with more guest than the amount booked for IS GROUNDS FOR cancellation and forfeiture of rent. (A couple of folks, no big deal. NOT TWENTY). Renter must inform owners of extra day guests on the property. Failure to do so is grounds for eviction with forfeiture of rent..............NO HOUSE PARTIES!!!!!!!

For last minute bookings in winter pool may not be 80 degrees but hot tub warms up in 5 hours. Pool will be 80 and hot tub 98 unless we notify you otherwise. Hot tub has been out of service only 2 times in 10 years. House cleaners may still be present if your booking is last minute.

We are quite easy to work with but if you book for 5 people and show up with 32 we are not going to see eye to eye. If we ask a lot of questions when you book, we have been there and have all the T Shirts. We are actually very easy to work with as long as you are not trying to pull one over on us (see reviews).
