Perfect Getaway And Boaters Dream Location

Nautical Estates is perfectly situated in the hart of the Island Just across the famous London Bridge.

We are near Lake Havasuā€™s best restaurants, bars, and shops.
A new restaurant, "The Boat House Grill" just opened next door. A 5 minute walk from the Condo with wonderful food and drink from breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Condo has easy access to the Islandā€™s free boat launches and just down the road from Lake Havasu Marina for boat docking or service if you should need it.

There is also your own, secure, 2 car garage. At this time only room for one car. There is plenty of parking for boat or trailer 20' from garage door.

We have a lovely swimming pool and hot tub with lounge chairs and shaded area with tables.

Was recently remodeled with new granite countertops, flooring and all new upstairs bath. The town home has 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, Sleeps 6.
Kitchen has 4 bar stools, Dining table has 6 comfortable chairs. Seats 10 altogether for dinner and such.
Comfortable couch that has 3 recliners in it. 46" flat screen TVā€™s.

Top floor has outside patio to unwind after a day on the lake.

The four mile walking or jogging path is just out the door.

There is a boardwalk across the channel to the London Bridge. This place has everything you need to have a wonderful time in Lake Havasu.

We are just across the London Bridge from the heart of Lake Havasu's best offerings. This is a NON-SMOKING AND NO PET RENTAL.

Awesome location, awesome host

Can't say enough good things about this location. Comfortable stay and the attention to details blew me away. One bathroom had light green walls, there was contrasting reddish/orange flowers with matching liquid soap. Loved everything about this Lake Havasu home. Friendly neighbors that made us feel welcome. Would stay again, hopefully for a longer stay.

Perfect spot!

This is our 2nd time staying at this place for memorial weekend. Itā€™s close to the campground that the rest of our family stays at. This time I did some trail walking while the rest of the family slept in. I enjoyed the memorial trees planted along the trail. The area is beautiful and in a great neighborhood! The house is very clean and ac works great!

First time visiting

This was our first time visiting the area. We brought our boat with us to enjoy the Holiday weekend on the water. Everything was just a stated in the description of the property. Nice quiet area to stay. The Boathouse Grill was a great place to eat and loved that they offered specialty coffee there. Definitely will try and book this place again as we are planning to make this a yearly visit just not in July as it is too hot.

Good Place to stay near the lake

Fourth of July weekend with family at Lake Havasu - the condo was perfect for our needs and was close to where we could put our boat in the water.

Great stay!

This condo and location were perfect for our visit to Lake Havasu. The condo was very clean and nicely done and is located in a great spot to access the lake. Boat ramps are very close by and convenient. We planned this trip very last minute and weren't able to get a slip, but there was a perfect spot outside the garage of the condo to park the boat. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Home away from home

We spend most of our time on lake and visiting friends yet the home was very comfortable. We played games at the large table and it was convenient to unload our beach stuff in the garage overnite. Beds were comfortable. CJ was very very accommodating. Our friends rented another unit across the way and they were more impressed with our unit and the way the owner CJ was so helpful. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Estates, it was clean, comfortable, quiet and very reasonable. We definitely look forward to using this property again. The host checked on us and gave suggestions for anything I asked about. The location is also convenient to restaurants and boat launch ramps.

Family vacation with boat

First time to lake Havasu wanted to bring our boat and family- we enjoyed the location as it is close to marina and in walking distance to restaurants- condo was excellent for our stay as we have plenty of room for everyone- we look forward to going next year and staying at Chrisā€™s condo- the process was very easy

Nautical stay

Good location, stocked kitchen and an empty garage to store our car. All 3 bedrooms were nicely decorated & clean. Community pool was right around corner and clean. Will stay here again.

Great location close to Havasu Marina. Nicely furnished and updated to current standards.

The property is very clean and well kept. There are three full bedrooms, two bathrooms, both of which, including the kitchen, are all updated to current trends. The owner is very responsive and courteous. I highly recommend staying at this locaton for a comfortable vacation.

Lake Havasu weekend

Reserved property for party of 6 approximately 2 weeks prior to the trip. Host contacted me for reservation clarification and again prior to check in. Overall, host was helpful and replied quickly. The condo met all expectations and is in a great location. Highly recommend to others.

Nightmare

We arrived to a fairly nice looking condo. We have rented in this complex for years. We will never stay in this unit, again! When putting our daughter to bed, we discovered an apparent bodily fluid stain on the quilt! We notified the owner. The response was to call us a liar even though we sent pictures. The next morning our eldest child went to use the downstairs shower. There was a bloody bandaid with hair on it on the shelf. This condo has certainly not been cleaned very well. The owner has the thermostat locked and we were freezing. But the icing on the cake (apart from the prison mattresses) was coming home from the lake. The garage was wide open and our access door was unlocked. We packed up and left. It was enough. The owner could have cared less about any of our concerns. We will never rent that unit again!

I have spent years coming to Lake Havasu for fun on the lake. I have stayed at Hotels, campgrounds and other VRBO. Most places I have stayed, I was not very happy with. I was able to purchase this property that needed some remodeling. I was able bring it all up to date the way I would love to stay on a vacation. This was a pleasure to do knowing it was for Vacationing. I went threw the condo top to bottom. I am looking forward to staying in the condo myself when it is not rented. I enjoy staying here and I hope you do also.

The condo is in such a perfect location. It is close to everything Havasu has to offer.

A new restaurant, "The Boat House Grill" just opened next door. A 5 minute walk from the Condo with wonderful food and drink from breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you are coming for boating you canā€™t beat it.
There is plenty of parking for your boat and boat ramps minutes away.

You can taxi to all the places to be in Havasu for under $10 if you want to go have a drink and donā€™t want to drive your car.

There is a two-car garage to keep your car cool when you are not using it.

You can even walk to the beach golf courses, restaurant and bar at the Nautical resort.

There is a wonderful walking/biking path that goes around the Island that is just out the door of the condo.

Just a few years ago I went threw the condo top to bottom with all new flooring. Completely remolded the upstairs bath, refinished all the beautiful oak cabinetry with a darker stain that brings it up to date.

The Kitchen has all new granite counter tops and appliances as well as all the silverware, glasses, toaster, blender and so on.
The furniture is all very comfortable, well made and looks great. Just see photos.
