Kings View- #503 top floor- Amazing views!! Look no further! Huge sun deck with bbq.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is ideal for families, couples or groups of friends looking to spend some quality time staying on beautiful Lake Havasu!Enjoy boating and watersports during the day while using the sand beach directly in front of Kings View as your home base. At the end of the day light up the bbq and enjoy a cookout on the deck under an Arizona sunset or walk to Chabones Steakhouse across the street from the Kings View Condos! This location is also walking distance to many local favorite late night fast food establishments! Enjoy walking to nightlife hotspots like the Heat, Martini Bay or Kokomos. Other favorite walking spots include the Lake Havasu Museum, the swapmeet, Rotary Park, the Island Bike/ Jog trail, Windsor State Park, the Casino shuttle boat, and of course the London Bridge. There is a skate park which was opened in 2013- the largest in Arizona. Great entertainment a short walk away. Rent paddle boards, kayaks, boats, within a short walk as well.

-look down to the pool, clubhouse, bbq area from over the edge of the deck.
-conveniently located closest to the elevator for easy load in load out of beach gear, groceries, or wheelchairs.
- Bluetooth stereo to hook to your phone to listen to music or the TV
-new Samsung flatscreens tvs-70" living room tv and two 55" tv in the bedrooms with Samsung Plus channels and all your favorite apps to sign into.

Boat parking and mooring:
Parking witin the gates is a first come, first served basis. There is also parking at site 4 in Windsor State Beach Campground for a nominal fee. The parking is visible from the condo and a short walk away.

NOTE: Beach mooring in front of the condo is only allowed by law during the daytime. Boats left on the beach overnight will be tickets and/or towed at owner expense.

weekend getaway

Condo was perfect location for us. Clean, comfortable and host was quick to respond to any questions. Easy access for senior with mobility issues. Parking close and elevator right outside front door. Great location along the channel.

Everything went as expected. Great place! The only downfall is that this unit is not truly "waterfront". Still, well worth considering.

Christmas stay

Place was very nice great location. all worked well except for no stopper in master bathroom sink (could not use to shave) screen slider does not work very well off living areawould be nice to know to bring soap for shower and tissues (places rented in past either had these or told us not supplied)Lastly, had we known of the construction we would not have rented the unit. The noise and dust was awful. It drove us away from the unit

Views of the channel and London Bridge, kids loved the pool, unit was clean and provided towels, comfy beds, and a furnished kitchen. We enjoyed our stay in this condo!

Quick spring vacation getaway

Great location, beach right outside of the complex and a quick walk up to the London Bridge. Interior decorating was beautifully done, Mattresses were very comfortable, the 2 hideaway beds were great for the kids and the kitchen had all necessary dishes and some spices as well a keurig or traditonal coffee pot. Ice maker on the freezer came in quite useful as well. Wonderful stay overall.

Could use a few more trash bags and guest bedroom doesn’t get super cool view was great more shade on patios would of been bonus love being close to elevator and walking distance to restaurants Ect would definitely come back

Family memories created

Everything was very clean. They were stocked with everything you could need they even had ice and snacks! They were very nice and Responded immediately when I asked questions. It had a huge balcony, a very nice barbecue I highly recommend staying at this place to create memories with your family or friends!

Disappointed Campers

-- We had no basic TV channels to watch. The manager did come over and tried to resolve this issue, but could not. In order to get these channels, we had to purchase a cable subscription. -- The condo was advertised as a “waterfront” unit; however, looking out on our patio, the Lake view was obstructed by another condo building between us and the Lake. We felt this was false advertising, since this was our main purpose for renting this particular unit.-- Upon arrival, the master bathroom sink had water constantly running, a couple of electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work, the front door was sticking when opening and closing it, and the sheets on the master bed did not fit properly—they kept coming off. A couple of these problems were fixed by the managers.We want to thank the managers for their help and for correcting some of these issues.

Walking into the home had a terrible odor.it had to be the carpet was dirty and carrying odor. We had to go and buy candles and air freshener for the home for our two day stay. The house house could have been more clean. balloons from the last guest was left there old toothbrushes under the bed. We had total of four guest and was just not enough towels. The bed in room number one has a mattress cover pad two small for the bed making it uncomfortable. The view from the home was great. The neighborhood was fine right next to lake within walking distance from all the shops.

Ideal place to stay in Havasu

We had an enjoyable month long stay at Kings View 503–especially once the confusing floor numbers were clarified. Many other new arrivals felt the same confusion. Aimee and Toby were friendly and great to deal with and responded immediately to a couple of minor questions/issues. Suggestions for the owner to improve the condo: Install brighter LED light bulbs since it was so dark that we had trouble playing cards at night. Update the antiquated light switches and fan controls (shouldn’t cost a great deal) Dishes and glassware were pretty sad. Beer glasses for six people, especially those who don’t imbibe, don’t work well. Regular 8 oz. drinking glasses also, would be an improvement. More coffee cups would be useful so that hand-washing isn’t necessary, to prepare for next morning. Casserole/baking dishes would be a bonus for long-term renters who want to prepare their own meals. Utensils/cutlery/sharp carving knives need to be improved. Two teaspoons don’t cut it. Sadly, we had to get plastic spoons from a fast food restaurant. Luggage racks would be an inexpensive and welcome addition for any traveller. We’d consider staying again.

As avid Havasu boaters since 1989, we have always wanted to own a condo at Kings View since its construction. Many of our friends are owners at Kings View and boaters as well. We have met many great friends through boating and most all of them we have met in the Channel! We are happy to be part of the Kings View community finally!! Jim and Laurie

What we enjoy the most about Kings View Condos is once you drive through the electric entrance gates, you can spend most of your time walking places. Some of the best restaurants and bars a short walk. This is by far the most unique feature of this location. Walking down to the beach is also an incredibly convenient feature. Many of our friends call up when the get to the beach and we just grab our cooler and beach gear and walk outside...it's great!! Everyday the sunsets are better then the previous day. Its truly beautiful place!! We hope you enjoy the experience like we do....
