This is a charming year-round cottage/cabin on a peninsula (3 sides of water) on a private spring-fed lake in Murphy NC. Swim. Fish. Boat. Relax. Renew your relationships with lovers, friends, and family. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

In the Smokey Mountains, this property is unique...lakefront easy access, dock, and mountain view. The cabin is located only 2 hours from metro Atlanta, just over the Georgia/ North Carolina state line. Also close to Chattanooga, Asheville, and Knoxville. Wifi and Dish provided. Dishwasher. This was one of the nicest places my wife and I have ever rented. Very clean and neat with wonderful grounds and a great view of lake and property from an elevated deck. We enjoyed our stay as did our yellow lab Ellie who loved swimming in the lake.

Everything was perfect. Exactly what we expected and more. Very relaxing and the dogs enjoyed the lake too. Canā€™t really think of anything negative about the home! Many excellent restaurants and Murphy has about everything you need. All the reviews we read prior to booking were 10ā€™s and now we understand why!! Very special place and enjoyed the entire experience!

This was a fabulous cabin, lication and setting. The owner has this in perfect conditions while preserving the contry style and ambiance. The property is located in the best lot in the lake. The owner is fabulous and the communication pristine! Cabit is spacious, cousy and confortable. The patio is really big, my dog had a.blast all around. The community is beatiful with little.roads to.walk freelly enjoying the silence but also the neatiful arquitecture around... air is as.pure as it could gets!!Thanks God for.this superb week vacation here will return definitly.

Great location with wonderful views! Absolutely loved the outside deck with the water view. Spent most of our time outside but the cabin is very nice with everything you need for your stay. Close to Murphy and shops and restaurants.We hope to come back!

The property is in a nice quiet setting. We enjoyed using the fireplace and working puzzles while we were there. The kitchen is fully operational and well equipped with everything you need to make a meal. Local attractions are nearby and hiking is plentiful in the area.

Great weekend stay at the lake

We really enjoyed the visit. It's a smaller house, but you'll want to be outside the whole time anyway. Nice big deck, dock, great lake for fishing/swimming. Very quiet setting.

Wonderful Birthday Getaway

The property was exactly as advertised. The cabin was clean and neat and the view of the lake from the back deck was so beautiful and peaceful. Add in the lovely sound of birds singing everyday and any stress we had quickly melted away. The hosts were friendly and always replied back quickly to any questions that we had. We are looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Absolutely loved the property! Everything was as described. Loved the view and the lake. Very peaceful yet close to Murphy and great food. The property manager was the best of anywhere we have stayed. She was genuinely interested in our plans for the trip to make sure the area offered what we were looking for. She also contacted us after we needed to leave for a family emergency to check on us. Above and beyond. We will definitely return!

Quiet lakeside vacation

Much Need Break in Paradise

We just got a CO for our house after 1 year of construction and needed a relaxing break from starting the move in process. The lake front property was exactly and more for what we had hoped to find, It has the most incredible views from the porch that spans the entire spectrum from sunrise to sunset. We also loved the wildlife on the lake. Plenty of shoreline to just walk around the lakeside, and lots of amenities which we will take greater advantage of on our next visit (we will be repeat visitors). The house was very accomodating with every feature we could have needed. Thanks for Phyllis and Peter for allowing us this visit.

Amazing Location

Great place to stay, not too far from food or town. Very quiet and peaceful place to get some much needed R&R. Sunrise and sunsets are simply amazing looking out over the water. Great catch and release fishing. Canā€™t wait to go back for another visit.
