Unique holiday stay for your family. Enjoy the sunny days in Torre Del Mar on the large roof terrace with fantastic views of the surroundings. Sun loungers, terrace furniture are available. Delicious enjoyment is on the agenda. The apartment is located 500 meters from the wide sandy beach and the wonderful promenade (paseo) of Torre Del Mar. The paved sandy strip on the beach is wonderful to make beautiful walks while enjoying a pleasant sea breeze. The apartment is located near the center in a small-scale building of only 3 floors. A car is not necessary. Shops such as Dia, Mercadona are a 5-minute walk away.
In the living room, dining room, kitchen you can enjoy the beautiful bright Spanish sunlight. There is a flatscreen Hd smart TV , TV Flanders, German channels, Wifi, radio,
The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, a halogen hob, hood and a fridge with freezer. There is both a normal and a Nespresso coffee machine so you can enjoy your personal coffee. Furthermore, a juicer and toaster, kettle with teapot for a good breakfast. Some coffee pads, tea, olive oil and various herbs are always ready.
Three bedrooms, two with double bed (1.60x2m) (1.40x2m) with comfortable semi-hard mattresses. The bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet is adjacent to the main bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m) with comfortable mattress and mattress topper. The shower room with toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet and shower is located opposite the bedroom with the twin beds.
Air conditioning (hot + cold) in the entire house.
Via the staircase in the living room you come to the private roof terrace of 70m2 where you can sunbathe in deck chairs. Moreover, there is a large sun protection. For a cozy dinner there is a BBQ (plancha) and wooden furniture. To the living room there is a small terrace of 6m2. The proximity of the sea, affordable restaurants, shops, shopping center 'el ingenio' and the water park 'aqua velis' is an added value for your stay.
There is a sports school in front of the building so that you can see something on the playground all day long. So there is life but not disturbing.
Features for Torre Del Mar: Lively and cozy on the street, beautiful boulevard, beach with recreation for children, affordable and nice restaurants. Touristy but maintaining its typical Spanish character.

Five start holiday accommodation

Lovely accommodation, everything you could want for a self-catering holiday. Great sun terrace, loved it very spacious and quiet . The accommodation is very comfortable, slept really well 😴. The location is in the centre of town . There lots of restaurants and bars , serving good quality food.

Very good stay and apartment. Apartment was exactly described and pictured very well. No surprises and everything as expected. Convenient location and efficient layout. Feels bigger. Extraordinarily clean and well kept / best of classs in Spanish apartments. Good preparation and introduction. Quick assistance during stay and clear leaving communication. Overall a very good experience!

Very enjoyable stay in a lovely property

We stayed at Veronique's flat for four weeks at the beginning of this year. We were welcomed at the property and given all the necessary advice and help. The owner was always available via email to help us (when the boiler had a slight leak) and this was sorted out very quickly. The property was very clean, well maintained and excellently equipped. We really enjoyed both the balcony and roof terrace even though it was January. It is very close to local bars, restaurants, a large supermarket and all the amenities the beach has to offer. We will certainly like to return.

Lovely Flat

This a three bedroom flat with a balcony off the living room and a fabulous roof terrace suitable for 6 people. There is a barbecue should you wish to use. There are great views. There is everything should you wish to cook in the flat. There are some great local restaurants and tapas bar on your doorstep, along with the Beach. Veronique is a great host should you need to contact her. I will be returning.

True Penthouse

Check in was only glitch but issue with gps as two same numbers on the street, one an address other was a unit not far away. Unit was very what we hoped for. Even had some items such as salt and peppers. The roof top patio was the best feature as we spent some time up there having our lunch and sunning. The area is super as many very good restaurants mostly attended by locals not tourists like us. Short walk to Passeo Maritimo and center of Torre del Mar. Fourth time staying in area dn would book again.

Voyage a Torre del Mar

Très beau séjour. Les photos sont représentatives de l'appartement. La terrasse sur le toit est tout simplement sublime. Les propriétaires sont super aceuillant et gentil. Prêt a répondre a toutes vos questions.

Fantastiskt månad

Vi spenderade ca 1 månad i Torre del Mar och denna fantastiska lägenhet under vår föräldraledighet. Vi blev så positiv överraskad över utbudet som fanns i den här lilla staden. Lägenheten är lagom stor och fräsch. Vi hade allt som man kunde önska sig i en lägenhet. Véronique var alltid tillgänglig och hjälpsam när vi frågade om olika saker. Lägenheten har en stor takterrass med grill som är mycket trevlig speciellt vid solnedgången. Vi rekommenderar denna lägenhet och värd och speciellt Torre del Mar som stad för barnfamiljer.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment keeps what it promises. The equipment is comfortable and almost new. The terrace is great and you can sit and grill there for a long time in the evening. The sunset over the inland is beautiful. The location of the apartment is exactly as described. Dia and pharmacy can be reached in five minutes on foot. Larger purchases can be done in ten minutes by car. The beautiful beach can be reached in ten minutes on foot. There are bars and restaurants for every taste everywhere in town. The communication with the agency worked well. A complaint was resolved within twenty-four hours. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Markeln

zu bemängeln sind lediglich die in die Jahre gekomme Geschierspülmaschine und die knarrenden Sessel . Die Kaffeepadmaschine sollte aufgrund der undichtigkeit erneuert werden. Aber ansonsten echt OK.

Fijn appartement op loopafstand van strand en centrum. Fijne bedden een complete keuken en als bonus een super relaxed dakterras. Verhuurster erg attent reageert vrijwel direct op vragen en geeft goede tips.

Compleet huis met relaxed dakterras

Wij zijn hier ruim 2 weken verbleven met 2 kinderen. Vooraf en tijdens vakantie prettig en snel contact gehad. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Ligt vlak bij het strand en heeft een supermarkt om de hoek. Het centrum van het dorp is ongeveer 15min wandelen met leuke restaurantjes. Het ligt naast een school wat vooral voor de meiden erg interessant was om naar te kijken 😉 zeker aanbevolen!

Zeer goed appartement met prima apparatuur, goede verwarming/ ventilatie, fantastische bedden etc. De geboden service door Veronique en Tony is super. Je moet houden van een levendige omgeving . Een groot pluspunt van het appartement is het zeer grote dakterras.

Modern, goed onderhouden appartement

Met ons gezin hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad. Zeer schoon en goed onderhouden appartement. Keuken was van alle luxe voorzien. Goede, (Ikea) bedden met genoeg beddengoed, voor ieder seizoen voldoende aanwezig. Het zeer ruime dakterras is zeker een aanvulling; heerlijk begin van de dag met een ontbijtje en genietend van de ochtendzon! Eigenaresse Veronique is zeer attent en hield ruim van tevoren nauw contact met ons bij vragen. Omdat wij een late vlucht hadden op de terugreis kregen we de gelegenheid om later uit te checken, heel fijn! Wel een aandachtspunt; het slot van de toegangsdeur appartementencomplex werkt niet soepel waardoor we vaak moeite hadden om de deur te openen! Bedankt Veronique, we hebben genoten, lieve groet familie Bongaerts

Super schöne saubere Wohnung

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Torre del Mar. Wir wurden sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Die Verständigung war super vor und wärend der Anreise. Die Wohnung liegt zentral (Stadt, Bus usw) . Sie ist dabei aber sehr ruhig, somit kann man nachts sehr gut schlafen. Was besonders zu erwähnen ist, das alle Räume klimatisiert sind. Wie waren mit 5 Personen in der Wohnung. Sie ist optimal bis zu 6 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Supermärkte sind gleich in der Nähe. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich gehalten. Alles OK!

Hauseinrichtung und technische Ausstattung (wie Klima,Terrassenüberdachung,Internet,WM,etc...) ist komplett und in sehr gutem Zustand. Ruhige Umgebung und doch nahe dem Stadtzentrum und dem Meer. Vielen Dank für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt Veronique! P. und K.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely resort

A fantastic apartment which is beautifully furnished. Excellent kitchen facilities, including lovely touches of basket with Oils, Herbs, Spices etc. dishwasher tablets and cleaning products available. Plenty of clean towels and bedding provided. Roof terrace is very large, lovely for relaxing, although only 2 sunbeds available. Veronique could not have been more helpful and accommodating, any question we had she answered immediately. The apartment is close to several supermarkets and restaurants and a short walk to the lovely promenade and beach, which had super fish restaurants and bars all along. A great place to spend a week in some lovely winter sunshine, would thoroughly recommend the area and the apartment. Thanks Veronique.
