Luxurious accommodation with large terrace and stunning sea views

The terrace floor is located at the top of the fifth floor of a beautiful and modern house. On the enclosed courtyard there is a large pool area with regular pool and children's pool. This is appreciated by us and all our guests.
The floor has two large bedrooms, really good kitchen, large living room with both lounge and dining area. The sofa is a sofa bed that can accommodate two in love or two children. It has a bed size of 140x200 cm. Two fully equipped bathrooms and a 50 sqm terrace facing south with sea views.
There are very few terraces of this kind in the area. The terrace has a dining area with awning so you can choose to eat in the shade, perfect for warm sunny days. There is also a large gas grill. Another part of the terrace has sofas and armchairs for socializing with good friends and maybe something good in the glasses. In the evening, light candles can be lit for the sake of the wonderful atmosphere.
Another part of the terrace has comfortable sunbeds. Perfect for lazy days in the sun if you can't take the 100 meters to the beach. But on the terrace you can also have a sun wall in the shelter during the slightly cooler season. This terrace really works all year round.
The interior of the apartment is top notch. Fully modern with all the facilities you could wish for.

Apartment Funck

Absolutely loved it, ages 30 - 60. Everything you could wish for, the photo's dont do it justice. The apartment and the facilities meticulously clean. Its a skip and a hop from the beach with a supermarket on your doorstep.The pool area is gorgeous too. We will definitely re book and recommend.

Nice apartment

The apartment was a good size and the balcony terrace was excellent. Very clean and all amenities worked well. The communication from the host was very good and we would use again.

Didn't want to leave!

We loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious; incredibly well-equipped; had amazing views from the enormous balcony and located in a safe and well cared for block across the road from a huge supermarket and a few minutes' walk to the beach and some great restaurants.It was impossibly hard to shut the door one final time - we really didn't want to leave. Thanks Kristina!

spring holiday 2019

Over all this is a lovely apartment, with plenty of utensils in the kitchen, the whole apartment is fitted with very nice quality furniture , it is very spacious with a brilliant terrace that has the sun from first light to early evening. There is a good supermarket across the road and you have the use of a shopping trolley to make light work of the load. There is a 20 min stroll to the centre of Torre de Mar either along the main road or the excellent sea front, the walk is a flat one. If you like fish Torre de Mar is the place to be

Wonderful

Absolutely wonderful apartment gorgeous balcony. Comfy beds, everything thought of, really well equipped. Lightweight folding beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Only 2 sunloungers on balcony, fine for us but may be an issue if 4 or 6 sharing. Lovely warm pool, and very clean throughout the complex. The pool doesn't open until mid June and is not open all day, while we were there the opening times were 12:30-3:30 & 17:30-20:30. This didn't bother us but it's not mentioned in the apartment details so one thing to note. We will definitely be returning, it really was the nicest apartment we've ever stayed in. Lovely area, touristy but Spanish tourists not English and we found everyone very friendly and lots of nice restaurants. Our favourites were Jordis tapas, always a queue but worth the wait and Donald Luna just round the corner, really friendly staff and lovely food. Can't wait to return.

Excellent stay in a beautiful town

This was one of the best apartments we have rented. The location was perfect, close to the beach and opposite the road of SuperSol. Everything was within walking distance (we even walked to Aquavelis and the shopping mall), which means that you don’t need to rent a car for your stay. We enjoyed all the meals we had at home on the terrace, which has spectacular views. The apartment was very well organized and equipped and there were excellent instructions on how to handle the stove, AC, dishwasher etc. The kids particularly enjoyed the pool, which was warm, big and very well taken care of. The beach was great and the water was clear. We had some lunches at the chiringuitos, which were all excellent. We enjoyed strolling the promenade in the evenings watching all the people on our way to one of the many great restaurants in the village. Torre Del Mar was a very pleasant surprise and we are more than happy with our stay at the apartment.

This top floor apartment with a large balcony is well equipt with everything you need for a self catering/beach holiday. No need to take a hairdryer, beach towels or buy chairs for the beach this apartment has it all. There is a supermarket across the road & plenty bars & restaurants close by. We ate at Sal y Pepes about 500 yards to the right next to the church (fab Italian food) Mogador & Jordi bar tapas (very busy had to wait for a table but it was lovely) some of these were recommended in the guest book. Communication with Kristina is excellent as always with clear instructions to get there and into your very secure apartment block. There is a garage to park your car. The communal pool was not open (they were getting it ready possibly for next week) however this would not stop us from booking this apartment again. We simply went down to the beach after the sun left the terrace. All in all an excellent apartment and a lovely lazy week in the sun.. Alison & Barrie

A well equipped apartment - lovely stay!

The apartment stocked everything you could think of. It's in a residential part of the town. Has a fabulous roof terrace with seaview and sunshine from early morning to 7pm & an awning if shade is needed. There's an ATM / bank right next door & a well stocked supermarket opposite. There was some confusion with finding the apartment within the complex on arrival which we quickly sorted with a call to the host. There was a bottle of chilled wine left for us which was appreciated! The pool is only open June to Sept, which I don't think was covered in the listing? We didn't need it during our trip but maybe something to note if a pool is important for you. There's a few bars and restaurants nearby and you're about 5-10 min walk to the seafront and town centre where there's lots more to choose from. Whilst we wouldn't return to this area (we prefer Nerja) we'd recommend this apartment if you're looking for somewhere here.

Fabulous

A lovely penthouse apartment with a fabulous balcony/terrace in a very well maintained and secure private residential apartment block. Everything was just perfect. The apartment was very well equipped, and very comfortable and the amazing outside space had everything you could need. We had great sea views, the beach just a few minutes walk away, supermarket on our doorstep and an amazing paseo with bars and restaurants. The owner made everything from booking to arrival and check out very easy and straight forward. Thank you Kristina. Car hire isn't essential as there are so many places within easy reach either on foot via the extensive paseo that runs around the coastline or using the local bus service. The area is safe and friendly and we would not hesitate to return to the apartment and the town. In fact we are already considering it again for next year

Heerlijk appartement op fantastische locatie

Wij hebben voor het eerst geboekt via VRBO en ik moet zeggen dat is uitstekend bevallen. Vooral door de host van het appartement. Super snelle en duidelijke communicatie met Kristina de eigenaresse dat kon echt niet beter! De locatie was super centraal en dichtbij alle belangrijke dingen als strand, restaurants en een grote Supermarkt tegenover het complex. Het appartement was geweldig en alles wat je ook maar nodig hebt is terug te vinden in dit appartement want aan alles is gedacht. Kristina nogmaals hartelijk dank voor een geweldige week. Un emplacement correct pour rayonner vers les plus beaux sites de l'Andalousie...Grenade, Cordoue...

Disons qu'après 200 kilomètres de plastique du côté d'Alméria, on est forcément contant de retrouver un bord de mer un peu moins défiguré. La vue sur la mer est un vrai plus de cet appartement (c'est loin d'être le cas de beaucoup d'autres). La qualité des équipements est très appréciable.

Could not be better

It is great place to be. The appartement is spotless. Everything you need is available. It is the same as showde on the pictures .The beach is close by en to centre off the town is less then 15 min walk. Supermarket on the other side off the street. Although there is busy street before the appartement, you can hardly hear it on the 5th Floor. So we had a wunderfull week.

Lejligheden ligger perfekt til stranden og indkøb. Der kan forekomme støj fra vejen, men så kan man jo bare gå til stranden. Lejer var hurtig til at skifte parasollen ud, da den var i stykker. Vi kommer igen til april.

Fantastisches Apartment

Der riesige Balkon mit seiner Aussicht ist toll! Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt, die Lage sehr gut, die Leute sind nett. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist praktisch. Wir haben hier wunderschöne Ferien verbracht.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Flott leilighet med fantastisk terrasse

Vi har hatt 3 herlige uker her , kan ikke få skrytt nok av både leiligheten og den herlige terrassen hvor vi tilbrakte mye av tiden , nydelig utsikt !!! Leiligheten ligger i et fint og rolig boligkomplex og godt med parkering i lukket garasje! Vi ble så imponert av alt , at vi har allerede bestilt igjen til neste år Chris og Brit fra Norge
