Villa Sans-Souci is situated on the 12th fairway of the 18 hole PGA championship golf course; in Tobago Plantations Beach, Golf & SPA Resort Tobago. The colonial style architecture and furniture creates a unique and tropical ambiance. The villa is surrounded by 2000 M of lawn and garden, with a spacious covered patio opening out onto the jacuzzi and swimming pool where magnificent views of the golf course are on offer. Comfortably furnished with all modern conveniences. In ALL 4 BEDROOMS & LIVING ROOM more than 64 channels of cable TV for your enjoyment . CD Player, covered patio, sun terrace with swimming pool and whirlpool, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Villa Sans-Souci has 4 cosy bedrooms each with their own walk-in closets and balconies over looking its swimming pool and golf course. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, as well as individual air conditioning split units. Only 15 minutes from the airport and 12 minutes drive to the main town Scarborough. The beach, golf club. bars, restaurants and services OF THE 5* HOTEL only 300 meters away.

We had a 4 week stay at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was as expected and the location and pool were great. Housekeeping staff were very responsive when needed.

Our stay at villa sans souci was awesome my family and i stayed there for our daughter's wedding which was at magdalena restore the place was very clean spacious and very relaxing we enjoyed the pool which was very warm and relaxing also i would definitely stay there again and will recommend staying there with your family.must say thanks to Mr paul Charbonne'the owner of villa sans souci who kept in touch regularly.

Mother's Day Staycation!

Villa San Souci was the ideal place for my large family of 8 adults, 2 children. The villa was fully equipped so we did not have trouble maneuvering when cooking. All rooms were very clean and the house is extremely spacious. It is located 5 mins from Gulf City Mall/ Movie Town and Magdalena Restaurant and Spa facilities. Being a resident of Trinidad & Tobago, not very often do you get to totally unwind and relax at home, at villa San Souci, everyone was comfortable and able to relax without getting in each others space. Truly a memorable place. Will surely recommend to anyone visiting Tobago looking for a peaceful and relaxing time!

Where to start with Villa San Souci…Out of the four bathrooms, only one shower produced hot water. The fixtures — including shower heads, mixers, and entire bathrooms — are in DESPERATE need of replacement… when I last visited in 2016, the bathrooms looked tired but nearly 10 years later…nothing has changed.The main toilet even had a large chunk missing from the backrest and a crack in one of the windows. In the kitchen, the sink and tap were loose and clearly should have been replaced years ago, along with the cupboards and appliances (coffee maker, bread bin, microwave, etc.). The cupboards themselves were grimy inside and unpleasant to use.The fridge was dirty, the microwave was disgusting, and the fire extinguisher was empty (in the Caribbean these need to be recharged with fluid). Also ALL cupboards in the whole villa had dirt/ debris/old plastic bags in them… It’s such a shame, because the exterior of the property is lovely. The pool and grounds are beautifully maintained, which makes the contrast with the interior even more disappointing.On the positive side, the host Paul and his management team were very responsive to concerns, however, the reality is that the villa is in desperate need of major reinvestment. The owner really should take it offline until it has been fully refurbished.Would I stay here again? Short answer.. no. Not unless the property was completely modernised, invested in and brought up to 21st-century standards.

Filthy bathrooms with layers and layers of old paint around doorframes, filthy grouting and ruined shower cubicles (all bathrooms)
This was the first item needing attention.. nobody came to replace this.

The bathrooms floors of the tubs were peeling, the drain pipes old dingy full of years of muck, sinks old one of them had no stopper large hole with black stuff in it. Washer sounded like a tractor, ac similar noise. Bathrooms all outdated and dirty ring around some of the tubs seemed there for years. Maid service appalling maid showed 4 days after arrival. Place was obviously in need of maintenance.

Fantastic

Just the perfect setting in Tobago Plantations Golf & Beach Resort. House nicely furnished with many cushions and even televisions in the bedrooms. The ground staff very pleasing. Nice place.

Everything was handled efficiently and professionally the online booking, the welcome e-mail, tour of the space by Ann, all of the amenities, even the car rental. Fabulous Villa

We have recently had the most fantastic holiday at Villa Sans Souci. It is a magnificent villa, tastefully decorated with all amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Booking was fairly easy and Monsieur Paul Charbonne was responsive and efficient. Angela the housekeeper is wonderful and kind. The pool is fantastic and I really have no words to express what a pleasure it was to stay at Villa Sans Souci. Thank you Paul for sharing your bit of heaven with us in Tobago. I can't wait to stay there again in the near future. It was a privilege indeed, unforgettable memories. Many thanks. Pat

Wonderful experience at Sans Souci

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Sans Souci. The house was just as described and had all the ammenities needed for a great stay. The villa was in very good condition, clean, and very welcoming. The housekeeper Angela was very friendly and pleasant and was very efficient in taking care of the villa. The house was stocked with everything needed especially the kitchen which was extremely well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and anything you could possibly need in a kitchen. The pool was lovely and my kids pretty much lived in it. The location was great and was accessible to the mall, grocery store etc. The villa was also equipped with a phone, and cable. There was also wifi which was very handy to have. if I have to stay in Tobago again, Sans Souci will be on the top of my list of places to stay. Thanks

This house was well maintained, spacious and clean. It accommodated all 8 adults perfectly, we each had enough privacy and enjoyed spending time in the pool. Each bedroom being self contained was a definite plus. Walking distance from the cafes and restaurants at Magdelina. The management and staff were professional and accomodating

The place was very clean,everything you need is at hand including in the kitchen area, and the pool was great.The house is great. I just wish we had a longer time for vacationing.

Fantastic villa

We booked the Villa for our Caribbean wedding,it was perfect we had plenty of room so that the groom and his party were at one end of the villa and me and the bridesmaids etc were at the other,we were able to decorate with wedding banners etc and plenty of room for our wedding reception,the pool & jacuzzi were both lovely,we spent many a night in the pool it really was the most amazing relaxing place to stay,very safe and secure and very child friendly!!! we love it and cant wait to return later next year it really is a home from home and very luxurious,it could do with a lick of paint around the windows etc and the bedrooms had a damp smell,but couldnt fault the place it was truley stunning

Villa Sans Souci

I have just come back to UK after 3 months in the Caribbean. I rented properties for one month each in St Lucia,then Grenada and finally in this Villa through Febuary. I made no complaints about the first two properties but sadly this is not the case here.The property is advertised as luxurious and indeed it is in a very nice location and the building nicely proportioned. However the property is poorly maintained and more importantly was unacceptably dirty, especially the kitchen. The bathrooms need to be refurbished. I concur with much of the review by Noddyrulesok from 2008. With its present management team and cleaning regime I would not recommend this property which is sad as it could be so much better.

truely a home away from home

I will like to say that this place was totally amazing. It was the most beautiful place that I have ever been to. I mean safety and security was of a grade beyond measure. Mr. Mike and Miss Angela was very helpful you are sure to have no problems, as they take care of every minimal problem that pops up without hesitation. The place was clean and the pool was enjoyable, the kitchen was well equip with everything u could need . Truely i say to you that the only problem i had was that my vacation was too short :(
