Sandra, Thank you for your kind review. It was my honor to be helpful, hopefully only when it was beneficial. It was such a pleasure to host you!!!! Thank you for leaving the house so impeccable when you left. I wish more guests were as thoughtful. We would love to have you back sometime! With gratitude, Beth

Thank you Rosanne! Your care of our cottage was very much appreciated as well. You left everything in mint condition. It would be an honor to have you return. Truly and with gratitude, Beth

Thank you for your lovely review, and for leaving Fernwalk in immaculate condition. I'm thrilled you and your family/guests had a wonderful time! And yes... combining Fernwalk and the neighboring Hartzell House B&B makes for the perfect event headquarters. We hope you will consider another visit here in the future. Sending good wishes to all, Beth

Thank you for booking Fernwalk. It was a pleasure communicating with you. And, we appreciate that you were such clean and considerate guests, leaving the house in lovely condition. It enables the housekeeper to focus on what is most important… deep cleaning. We hope it exceeded your expectations. It would be a pleasure to have you return.

Hello Sarah! Thank you so very much for your kind review. We were thrilled to have you both as guests, appreciate your respectful care of the house, and hope to see you back sometime in the future. Thank you Nancy! :)

Thank you James! We are so glad you enjoyed your time at Fernwalk, and thank you for being such great guests! Hopefully we will see you again! We can highly recommend some additional trails within 30-minutes of Fernwalk (in almost every direction). There is so much to explore in the area. Until then... enjoy the autumn season! :)

Thank you for this kind review! I hope you consider coming back again sometime. :)

Thank you Valerie! I so appreciate that you and your guests left the house in impeccable condition and were such a pleasure to host. And, your honest feedback about the TV is truly appreciated. The local custom-built TV cabinet limits the size of the TV to 32". I'll have to look at options. If we get a big screen, I'll be in touch! By the way... I'll be cheering for the Raven's this entire season! :)

Somehow I missed this part of the VRBO review response and realized I missed responding in 2020. I suppose it's never too late to say THANK YOU! You were wonderful guests. We were honored to host you.

Thank you for your kind review!

You are truly dear to write this lovely review. We sincerely appreciated you as a guest as well and hope you will return in the future. The house is a lovely place to retreat anytime of year! It would be an honor to have back! In the meantime, have a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday season! :)

Dear Richard, I just realized that I never responded to your amazing review! And it is “hands-down” a wonderful review!!! Thank you, Richard! Hopefully, you will consider returning in the future. There is so much more to explore in our area than anyone can do in a few days. Most of all, thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review. Truly, and with gratitude, Beth

Dear Catherine, A 5-star review coming from you is especially appreciated. Not many guests fold blankets up so neatly and leave the house in such impeccable condition. It is clear your standards are high. We love guests like you and look forward to a return visit. Thank you... truly!

A belated "thank you" Jeff!

Thank you Elizabeth! It's a joy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. It was an honor to have you as a guest and we would be honored to have you return - anytime! We appreciate that you took such thoughtful care of the house and left it in great condition. Again... thank you!
