Joy Apartment Gaeta Antica

This suggestive residence is located on the top floor of a splendid 19th century building in the most beautiful and lively area of Medieval Gaeta, in a historic street.
Our charming house is refined, bright and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people (120 m2), with 2 beautiful double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 2 large living rooms.
Guests will have at their disposal a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, heating, air conditioning: for autumn/winter holidays there are also 2 lovely fireplaces available.
There is a lovely spacious terrace with stunning sea views, perfect for alfresco dining or sunbathing as it is a real sunny spot. The other terrace, large and full of sun, faces inwards, creating a more intimate and relaxed environment. The 2 terraces are equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables with chairs, external shower.
Ideal for couples, families or friends who want to enjoy the marine life and culture of Gaeta and regenerate.
We love this house because it offers everything we like: sea, history, good food and tranquility.

Flat is located at the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The apartment is entirely available to guests. To ensure maximum health protection for our guests, all apartment cleaning routines have been updated with the introduction of specific products for disinfection and the cleaning of all frequent contact points.

Before arrival I am always available for any special request or need, so that your stay is trouble free. During your stay, if something unexpected happens, you can always reach me by phone or e-mail.

On demand we can provide:
- the "1st day grocery shopping service" (bread, pasta, tomato sauce, fruit and vegetables, water); this service has an extra fee of 20 euros;
- the car service with driver / tourist guide for airport transfer or daily visits (Rome, Naples, Pompei, Costiera Amalfitana).
