Kitchen
A fully stocked kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, featuring a Samsung refrigerator with ice/water maker, KitchenAid convection range, dishwasher, septic-safe disposal, industrial sink faucet, microwave, Cuisinart blender, crockpot, hand-mixer, 4-slice toaster, KitchenAid mixer, Keurig coffee maker, 5 cup coffee maker and a French press, cookware, serving platters, and stainless steel flatware. Enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy kitchen nook.

Bedrooms & Baths
• First Floor: Queen bedroom with a full bath and tub. Grab bars and shower seat.
• Second Floor:
• Master suite with a King Tempur-Pedic bed, wall-to-wall modern carpeting, cove ceiling with recessed lighting, double-sink vanity, and soaking whirlpool jet tub, SmartTV lounge area.
• Queen bedroom with queen bed.
• Twin bedroom with 2 twin beds.
• Large full bath shared by queen and twin bedrooms.

Each bathroom features custom Carrara marble tile. Hardwood floors run throughout the house. The home sleeps 8 comfortably and includes a pack-n-play and highchair for little ones.

• Dining room with seating for 6, plus two wingback chairs perfect for cocktails.
• Spacious living room with a huge sectional sofa, SmartTV, ceiling fan, and sweeping lake views with access to the front porch.
• Small office off the front foyer, ideal for remote work.

To help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, here are some highlights of the property and a few house rules:

House Amenities
• Keurig coffee maker, 5-cup coffee maker, French Press. A few pods, sweeteners, creamers, honey, oil, salt, pepper, spices are available.
• Beds are made, bath linens provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer.
• Paper towels, toilet paper, dish pods, laundry pods, dish soap, garbage bags, to get you started.
• Kitchen is stocked with small appliances, cookware, serve ware, glassware, bar ware.
• Beach Towels are available.
• Firewood is provided. Do not use accelerants.
• Dollar General is 2 minutes away on Route 60 for additional needs.

Waterfront
• Enjoy 75 ft of private pea gravel beach, floating dock, 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, pedal boat, 4 adult bikes, yard games, propane grill, and firepit.
• The lakebed is rocky-uneven depths. No diving.

• Drive under 20 MPH on Lakeview Avenue.
• Parking in driveway, parking pad, 4-car garage.
• No street parking permitted.

• Blue Oar is located in a quiet, family community.
• Water carries sound—please be mindful.
• Quiet hours outdoors: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

Dog Owners
• Dogs must be treated for fleas, ticks, heartworms.
• Dogs should be freshly groomed-trimmed nails.
• Please keep dogs on Blue Oar property only.
• Please pick up waste and put in gray bin in garage.
• Please vacuum dog hair inside house and porch. Thank you for helping us keep Blue Oar welcoming and dog-friendly for future guests!

Safety Features & Precautions
This property is located on a body of water. Children and dogs must be supervised at all times.

Safety features include:
• Engage child safety latches at top of house doors.
• 3 pressure baby gates (top of stairs & office).

Safety Precautions include:
• Bring appropriately sized lifejackets for children.
• Water-shoes recommended.
• Do not allow kids to sit on front porch ledge.
• Do not allow anyone to walk on lake ice.
• No Candles.

Use the long winding pea gravel pathway to get down to the waterfront beach area, firepit and floating dock. Do not climb through the landscaping. Front porch has a wide ledge so please do not allow children to climb or sit on ledge to prevent falling.

There is a combo smoke/carbon monoxide detector on the stairway. Property has a village zone code Officer, fire inspection annually.

Multiple fire safety devices on property. Smoke detectors in all bedrooms, hallways and main living areas, including carbon monoxide detector. Fire extinguishers in kitchen, laundry, & hallways. Fire blanket in kitchen drawer. Fire ladder in second floor queen bedroom closet.

Exterior doorbell camera kitchen door entrance facing garage. Exterior camera on back of garage facing backyard. Exterior camera at back gate entrance facing the road. Two cameras in locked basement to monitor hot water tank, water line, furnace, gas dryers. Guests do not have access to the locked basement.

Important: While these features are provided, adult supervision is always required, especially near water, stairs, elevated heights and outdoor spaces.

• Do not bring orange-dyed powdered snacks.
• Please keep kids on Blue Oar property only.
• Pack ’n Play (inside bench in 1st floor bedroom).

• Do not use bath linens for makeup removal. Black makeup cloths are provided for your convenience.
