Modern Remodeled, Bedroom Looks Out To Living Room, Palace Playland, Ocean Vie

This condo was renovated by us so we could see the ocean from the bedroom. It is on the third floor (no elevator). It is up four sets of stairs. It has parking space for two cars. It is a modern unit.

The kitchen we renovated to an open floor plan and we installed new chocolate espresso kitchen cabinets, chrome granite countertops, with chrome faucets, new pewter maple flooring, a fireplace, new tile in the entryway and bathroom, new lighting, new windows, curtains and blinds. The condo has stainless steel kitchen appliances.

The first bedroom has an open floor plan to the kitchen and living area. It does have curtains to close off the space, but no privacy wall. We wanted to see the ocean view from the bedroom. It has an air conditioner.

The second bedroom has three twin beds and a large closet, a ceiling fan, but no air conditioner.

There is one full modern bathroom with plenty of storage.

The condo does not have a washer and dryer. We removed it to place a large refrigerator where is once was. When we renovated the condo our thoughts were that we could bring our laundry home to wash it or go the local Laundromat, since it is next to the grocery store.

Sunset Terrace overlooks Memorial Park. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the fireworks over Palace Playland on Thursday nights during the summer. The ocean is behind the Playland and is visible from the kitchen, living room and one bedroom. There is often a cool ocean breeze.

This building is one street away from Old Orchard Street, so it is walking distance to the beach, the Pier, the Playland, all restaurants, and the shops. It has two off-street parking spaces to the left of the building. For unit 9, one of your vehicles parks behind the other. It is located at 5 Sunset Drive, OOB.
