1 bedroom = 1 queen bed (downstairs with ensuite bath)

On the end of a cul-de-sac which is ideal for kids. This north end, east of Third Avenue location has a private backyard with gazebo, gardens and rocking chairs.

Short walk to the beach including the new pool pavilion at North End (Pavilion has three new pools and full floor balcony overlooking the ocean).

Short walk to Spring Lake town center.

Marucci park with tennis courts and playground one block away.

Spring Lake, NJ - Summer at the Jersey Shore in this private, quiet, newly renovated home! This home features an open and airy floor plan, great room and open kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, new baths, hardwood floors, front porch, and private yard with gazebo. Central A/C. This is one of the most private lots at the end of a cul-de-sac which offers great safety for children. One queen bedroom on first floor with attached bath and three large bedrooms on second floor, offering privacy for guests (one bedroom includes 2 sets of bunk beds - perfect for kids). Conveniently located a few blocks to the beach and just a short walk to town and Divine park. One block from Marucci park with playground, soccer fields and tennis courts. Sleeps 10-12.

We had a fantastic stay; the house was delightful and fit our full party of 12 comfortably. The backyard was lovely as well. Marybeth was a delightful host, answered all of my questions in a timely fashion, and left very clear instructions as well as neighborhood recommendations. Would gladly stay there again!

Ideal Beach Stay

Immaculately clean, well equipped, comfortable, spacious beach house. Beautifully landscaped backyard oasis. Quiet, lovely neighborhood in beautiful Spring Lake. The owner was responsive, helpful and friendly. We had beach/pool passes and access to a poolside locker equipped with beach chairs and umbrella so convenient. Thank you for a great stay.

Cute, immaculate house with plenty of space. Well furnished. Beds comfortable. Nice yard if you have nice weather. A bit of a walk to the beach or town, which we did a few times, but there is parking available, at least off season. We didnā€™t get to use the beach or pool as the weather wasnā€™t cooperating. We would stay here again.

A Beautiful Home

A beautiful, well-appointed and cozy home in the heart of Spring Lake. I was heartbroken that we had to cut our trip very short due to a health emergency, but I will be back! Gorgeous, clean home with everything you'd need, tons of sleeping space, big kitchen/dining/living room area for family gatherings. Mary Beth was professional, responsive and warm. Gorgeous, private backyard and great location on a quiet cul de sac. And, from what I could tell, very organized in terms of helping guests access the beach during the season. Again, I'll be back!

Excellent Find - Great Location

A charming, spotless house that lives up to its name -Immaculate. Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Spring Lake and the boardwalk and on a quiet cul-du-sac. My sisters (3) and I stayed here for the weekend and fell in love with this charming home. The 4 bedrooms are spacious, as are the living areas and kitchen. The house is nicely decorated with quaint touches of the beach and very comfortable.There is also a driveway that we used to park our cars, which was convenient given street parking is not allowed from 3-6 am. The yard and landscaping is beautiful as well. The owner/host was most gracious and allowed us to check-in earlier than usual. We loved this home and plan on returning again. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent stay for point pleasant fishing trip

The 6 us had a wonderful stay for a weekend fishing trip. The house and owner Marybeth were outstanding, and itā€™s clear why the listing is entirely 5 star reviews. We would recommend to anyone looking for a home rental in the spring lake area.

Funeral Weekend Stay

We stayed here over a weekend for a family funeral, and it provided the perfect place to rest and regroup during a very emotional time. The home was clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The spacious layout allowed us to gather together as a family, yet also offered private areas when we needed some alone time. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, even offering kind words when they learned the reason for our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was a comforting space to sit together and reflect. It was truly a peaceful and welcoming place during a difficult occasion, and we are very grateful for such a comfortable experience. Highly recommend for anyone needing a quiet, restful home away from home.

Jersey Shore Weekend

This property was a very nice place to stay in a very pretty setting in Spring Lake. The location was great for our party who had to get to Sea Girt, St Catherine Church in Spring Lake and the Columns in Avon. Ubers will very conveniently available. Marybeth and her husband were very responsive to any requests we had. I just wished I was able to meet you!

Family Wedding Beach Weekend

The house was just perfect for our family gathering. Plenty of room for the 7 of us to enjoy meals and just hang out. The bedrooms were comfortable and very clean. I'm very particular about bedding and I have no complaints! We used the grill and ate outside in the private backyard. We did get to see a big buck each morning as he wandered through the yard. Great location as it's so easy to get to the beach and to town. The host made arrival so easy and was available with any any questions we had. We are already looking at our calendars to see if we can do this again next year.

Perfectly quiet and clean

Husband and I stayed here with 2 of our 4 adult kids in their 20s. It was exactly what we needed - perfect location to walk to town or beach, quiet, clean and easy! We will definitely be back. Thanks for helping us all recharge our batteries! Note: I think the listing says BR 3 has 2 twin beds - but it has one bed (double?). Not a prob for us at all but just FYI you might want to edit.

Quiet home tucked away at the end of a neighborhood in historic and beautiful Spring Lake, NJ. Updated family home, tastefully decorated with beautiful landscaping not typically seen in rental property. Open living area with lots of room for everyone to spread out and all the amenities you will need for your stay, including beach and pool passes.

The perfect beach getaway

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful property for two weeks to close out our summer. We couldn't have asked for more. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and in a great location. Marybeth was very responsive and an amazing host. And we can't say enough about the beautiful town of Spring Lake and its beach - it's our happy place. All in all, it was an absolutely perfect stay down the shore, and we can't wait to return!

We are a family of five that loves Spring Lake, NJ. I grew up in the town and have lived here my whole life and would love to share the magic of Spring Lake with others.

We bought this property because we have small children and there is no other property in the town that is safer for them to run and play. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a big private yard that is quaint and charming. The home is newly renovated, bright, open and airy perfect for entertaining and enjoying summer breezes.

Quiet on the end of a cul-de-sac, no traffic, gazebo in back yard, first floor bedroom with bath offering privacy, three bedrooms on second floor with bath.
