Our family home is a truly exquisite, oceanfront retreat on beautifully landscaped property with amazing views of the beach and Atlantic ocean. You will delight on the direct access to the beach: simply walk out the sliding doors and you are there!

Our townhome has recently been renovated, updated and professionally decorated with high-end furnishings throughout, featuring a chef kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Remodeled baths, high-end light fixtures and fans, shutters and so much more. Two separate living rooms. The home is supplied with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas.

The Master Bedroom, with views of the ocean, features a Queen Bed. The newly renovated en-sute bath features a large walk-in shower with a rain shower head and handheld body spray.

The oceanfront balcony is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the ocean, enjoy the golden colors at sunset, or see the cruise ships traverse the horizon in early evening.

The main living room includes a large flat-screen television with surround sound stereo system.

The Second Bedroom includes a new king bed and furnishings, a private balcony, and an en-suite bath.

Due to an open staircase near the loft, our home is not recommended for children under the age of 5

Paradise. Beautiful home, well taken care of with everything you need while you are there. The hosts were wonderful. Communication was great, beds were comfortable as was all the furniture. The views were amazing and there was plenty of outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect getaway! The house is beautiful with stunning views of the ocean and sunrise! Tom and Joe have thought of everything you could possibly need/want for your stay in their home, plus all the extras like shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. They have games on each level, as well as tvā€™s and a Sonos system for music. The kitchen has everything you want/need for cooking and coffee makers. They have everything for the beach including chairs, toys and coolers. They even have created a book with all the information on WiFi, fans etc. They have several food places listed with their favorites. They are quick to answer any questions as well. This is the place to stay!!

On-the-beach trumps all

Superb property with an incredibly nice ambiance. Views on the ocean and steps right down onto the beach, this is what Florida is all about. Being on the beach is mission-critical when in Florida. Really enjoyed this place.

Dream holiday home and location!

Wow we were blown away by this gem of a rental! The location is truly incredible - weā€™ve stayed all over the East coast and never been so close to the ocean with views from the whole house. Laying in bed looking at the waves was a real treat. Everything was renovated, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. And as an added bonus it was so nicely decorated for the holidays, which my kids loved. We canā€™t wait to return on our next visit to the in-laws in MB.

Our home is located on a quiet stretch of road in Melbourne Beach, a quintessential beach town with a relaxed atmosphere, and lots of quaint shops and restaurants. Yet it is still close enough to enjoy a day at Kennedy Space Center, Brevard County Zoo, or Disney (1.15 hours drive) or the other attractions in the area.

There is excellent shopping nearby, with restaurants and supermarkets on the same road, within two miles (no traffic lights). And nearby Melbourne Village on the mainland with shops and restaurants is a 12-minute ride away.

Our townhome is an end-unit with stairs to the beach literally a few steps away. It really is an incredible experience!

Direct, unobstructed ocean views are available on every floor. Our floor plan is laid out so the kitchen is on the first floor, from which you walk right onto the patio, and then to the beach.
