Loved our stay. The property is beautifully decorated and absolutely immaculate. Tommy was extremely helpful and always replied promptlyā€”excellent communication throughout. Everything was comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making our visit truly relaxing. We would happily stay here again.

We had an excellent stay and couldnā€™t have been more pleased with the experience. The host, Tommy, was welcoming from the start and extremely responsive throughout our visit.The house has been recently updated and is very nicely laid out ā€” comfortable, functional, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. The fenced-in yard was also beautifully maintained, which we really appreciated. It added a great sense of privacy and made the outdoor space especially enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We had a fabulous 4 day get away with our family over the Christmas break. The house was perfectly appointed and the communication from the host before and during our stay was exceptional! We took advantage of the beach chairs and toys every day at the beach. We used the grill and cookware two separate nights for dinners and walked to a local spot for the 3rd night. Looking forward our next trip to this hidden gem!

3 words.. MOVE IN READY. We travel quite a bit for our daughterā€™s college softball team and this was the best property we have ever stayed at. Tommy communicated with me before, during and after our trip and answered questions we didnā€™t even know we would have. Everything in the house is brand new and decorated in tranquil Florida decor. Another set of softball parents stayed with us and they also said it was the best ā€œhome away from homeā€ they ever stayed at as well. He has thought of every detail imaginable that would be needed for our stay. Comfy beds, condiments in the pantry, any and all kitchen appliances needed, and the best part is the beach chairs. The chairs are on a beach cart making everything easily portable for the less than a quarter mile walk to the beach (literally 3 houses and one road to the beach). Both the front yard and back yard are stunning and has great furniture to relax on and listen to ocean sounds at the end of a long day. Right next to the beach access is a wonderful place called ā€œ Sand on the Beachā€. We went there 4 times. They open early and stay open late. Great breakfast and dinners. Everything is within walking distance from this perfect home. Book it.. you will not be sorry. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house with us Tommy.

After many years I returned to visit my old neighborhood in Melbourne Beach where I grew up and was so lucky to find this beachside vacation home for our visit. A beautiful renovated home, nice decor, spacious, plenty of loungers to relax. The beds and bedding are super comfortable as well as the large sofa . A nice touch to have a hanging bed in the Florida Room. The kitchen was amazingly stocked and there were many extra touches that make a guest feel welcomed. Tommy the host, was a pleasure to communicate with. He answered questions quickly and accommodated a few requests I had. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is walking distance to the beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Their are bikes, and beach towels and many things for families to enjoy while staying there. I hope anyone staying there will take good care of this home as you can see the love and care the host put into making this a great vacation home. We look forward to return in future. Thanks Tommy for a great stay.

We absolutely fell in love with this house and location! The house is absolutely stunningā€”every detail is thoughtfully designed, beautiful, and truly feels like home.The location is perfect, with beach access literally one minute away, and great restaurants nearby, including Melbourne Beach Market.We had the best time as a family and with friendsā€”it was exactly what my family needed. Tommy was truly the best hostā€”so kind, accommodating, and generous, making our stay even more special.This home was worth every penny, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The home was beautifully updated and well appointed with everything we needed throughout our stay. The location, just one block from the ocean, was fantastic. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive to questions. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this home was our favorite by far.

Wow, what a beautiful home that was just a short walk to the beach! Incredibly homey, recently updated, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The bonus was a great communicating host who checked in throughout our stay, having beach items (chairs, coolers, toys, etc) available for us to use, and that hanging bed in the house was probably my favorite spot to relax after a long day. The market and a few eateries were just down the street as well - loved Rockies Cafe! Thank you for such a great stay!!
