House with garden, near the beach, with air conditioning and wi-fi free

Both inside and outside of the house is all set for a relaxing holiday and comfortable: from furniture to equipment. Air conditioning, safe, large and small appliances from toasters, irons, microwave, a washing machine, dishwasher-safe, fridge-freezer, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, satellite TV (all new and functional). From the house you can access the Internet Wi-Fi free. (It is included in the rental price).. I will give you all the necessary information.
We are husband and wife free from work commitments. Both retired, we dedicate our free time to the care of the house and the garden with passion. We like everything to be perfect to welcome our guests in the best way.
The house has three rooms, one room with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living-dining area with open kitchen, hallway, bathroom with shower.
All windows have mosquito nets
The house can comfortably accommodate four people. For very small children, a cot, high chair and stroller are provided free of charge. Important: if you need it, please request it at the time of booking.
The linen is included in the rental price. for a stay.
The spacious veranda furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation space is cool and breezy.
The garden, enclosed, lawned garden flowers and trees is very suitable for children to play.
Two outdoor showers with hot water: very useful when coming back from the beach
In addition, the built-in barbecue allows barbecuing outdoors.
Adjacent to the porch is the utility room with washing machine, pan, and everything you need for cleaning.
You will find the beach equipment: umbrella and folding lids.
Next to the entrance gate, there is a private parking space, convenient because it has been expanded recently.
