Typically, open following season calendar after 12/1. The property is 2 Acres of pine studded woods on the NE shore of beautiful Lake Hubert. The lake is just shy of 1300 acres. Over 100' of sand beach with level ground, a park like setting with sprinkler system, private dock with a nice platform seating area and dock space for your boat with bass and panfish from the dock (lake has fishing for walleye, northern, small and largemouth bass, crappie and sunfish). The Paul Bunyan trail runs right next to the property to bike, walk, run, snowmobile, roller blade and more. Many top golf courses just minutes away. For miniature golf Pirates Cove and new Nisswa course is just several minutes from the property. Water slide park is 2 miles away. Enjoy the City of Nisswa for shopping, the famous Wednesday turtle races, The Chocolate OX - candy/ice cream shop, Rafferty's Pizza, Ganley's for breakfast or a great malt. 2 coffee shops the Knotty Pine Bakery and the Stonehouse (try the scones), the Big Axe Brewery and much more just 5 or so minutes away. Stonehouse has added a great location just 2 miles away and Roundhouse Brewery moved into the old Gull Lake Brewery location just 2.2 miles away. Many great restaurants nearby, Cowboys, Main Street Restaurant, Bar Harbor, Zorbaz, Rafferty’s Pizza, Tasty Pizza , Mission Tavern and many more. There is a Dominoes Pizza that delivers too. Enjoy fishing off the dock, Loons, Eagles, reading, fire pit , sunsets, early morning coffee, the flowers, occasional deer, grouse, fox, squirrels, turtles and chipmunks, 2 deck areas and both Weber charcoal and gas grills. Lake side bedroom has a bunk bed and a comfy double bed. The other bedroom has a queen mattress. In the lakeside living room are 2 large bean bags, new sofa, new recliner and 2 sitting chairs and great views of the lake. There is a 3/4 bath on the main level. The kitchen has dishes, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator and all the utensils you will need. Dining/sitting area/sunroom has a table for 6+, and a twin size sleeper couch with ottoman. This room has lots of morning light to jump start your day. Sleeps 6 adults (6 max including children) (bunks - weight limit 165 lbs). There is heat, air conditioning, box fan available, washer and dryer and coffee maker. You can rent Jet skis, bikes, boats, pontoons, kayaks, paddle boards and more all within minutes. Firewood available on property. There are 2 tennis courts at the school in Nisswa. Pequot Lakes is about 8 miles, Breezy Point about 8, Crosslake about 22, Crosby for FAT tire biking and antiquing 30 miles, Paul Bunyan Land is about 18 miles and Brainerd/Baxter about 14 miles. There is gas and convenience items 24 hours a day just 2 miles away. There is a great grocery store just 2 miles away and another about 6. There is a bait and tackle shop also just 2 miles away. There is a 40” New flat screen TV, DVD player and WI-FI. If you want to be off the grid let us know. We can UN-PLUG. Boat landing is just across the lake, dock space included with boat bumpers if needed. Autumn brings late season fishing and the great fall colors. We only rent a handful of times each season so book now. Preference goes to families and longer term rentals. Other key events in the area include Lakes Jam, BIR races including the Nationals in August, and many other Nisswa events. About 40 miles to Grand Casino or Northern Lights Casino.
NO smoking permitted inside lake house and NO pets. We keep our personal pontoon and boat docked at the property in the lift (s) pictured. Note:This property will be used by the owner for 2/3 of the year and enjoyed by you the other days and it is not a rental if you are looking for a place to party or use in a way that it is not intended. We respect our neighbors and our fellow Lake Hubert home owners and beautiful Lake Hubert.
