Finca La Verema - holiday home with private swimming pool in Benissa

La Verema is a very spacious finca enjoying a very peaceful location in the countryside by Benissa, surrounded by almond trees and muscatel vineyards. The Finca is just a 5-minute drive from Benissa town center, where a variety of traditional restaurants and tapas bars can be explored. A further 10-minute drive separates us from the astonishing coastline of the Costa Blanca, where beaches and coves await us with pleasant beach bars. Finca La Verema enjoys splendid panoramic views of the countryside from its elevated position.

The entire Finca is surrounded by a very extensive terrace, very well decorated with white walls and wood-brown beams. We find parking for 4 cars, from where we access the spacious terrace all on one level, there is an open-door veranda with chairs and tables to relax on the cooler evenings. On the other side of the terrace, we find the beautiful private swimming pool, sun beds, a ping-pong table and an outdoor dining room under a roofed terrace with a BBQ.

The Finca is a two-storey holiday home connected with internal stairs. We enter through the open-door veranda to a spacious living-dining room with Sat+TV. We follow towards an elegant kitchen and a charming sitting area. The living room flows into a double bedroom with A/C and 1 twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. Stairs lead up towards 3 twin bedrooms, all 3 with A/C and a bathroom with shower.
