Unfortunately you were very unlucky with the weather, the pool was 22 degrees just before and after your holiday, but there was no sun over Easter this year, so even the solar heating didn't help. I hope you come back one day when the sun is shining!

Dear Alex, The layout of the house and which area is on which floor is explained in great detail in the description. So far, every guest has read it and no one was surprised that the pool terrace is accessible via a stairway. It is also easy to see where everything is on the many photos. I find it really unfair that you accuse me of not renting out my own flat with all my private things. We discussed the whole issue in detail right away. I describe the villa in great detail so that no one has false expectations. But you have to read the text. Kind regards.

Hi Vicki, thanks for the review. I am glad you had a nice stay in my house. As you wrote yourself, the layout of the rooms and the stairs to the pool one floor down were well described and known. It is a pity that you did not report the missing kitchen utensils (a pasta strainer and oven gloves). These items were not promised, but I would still have got them so that you would be satisfied. Unfortunately, you had an unusual heat wave right during your holiday. That's rare, but it can happen in Spain at the height of summer. Sorry, there is nothing I can do about it. I don't think it's quite fair to deduct one star for that.

Danke für die Bewertung. Ich bedaure dass Ihre Erwartung an die Temperatur des Pools nicht erfüllbar war. In der Beschreibung steht "Überlaufpool (beleuchtet und solarbeheizt)", und die Solarheizung war auch in Betrieb. Im November/Dezember sinken allerdings die Temperaturen nachts teilweise unter 10 Grad Celsius, dann kühlt das Wasser in jedem offenen Pool ohne Überdachung so stark ab dass die Solarheizung auch bei sonnigem Wetter nicht in der Lage ist das Wasser auf eine angenehme Badetemperatur zu heizen. Ich freue mich dass Sie ansonsten mit der Villa zufrieden waren.
