The beach has a sandy bottom with gradual slope away from shore, which makes it excellent for swimming and water-sports. There is a picturesque stone walkway down to the dock which is located directly off the Point. The dock has a built-in bench for evening views of spectacular northern sunsets.

The cottage has a large open deck off the front, with panoramic views through a beautiful thinly forested shoreline of stately Norway and White Pine, along with Birch, Maple, and Oak hardwoods. One bedroom has a king-size bed and an adjacent full bath, another has a queen-size bed with adjacent half bath, and a third bedroom has a queen, a full, and two twin beds. The cottage also has a large sitting room with a queen-size hide-a-bed sofa for sleeping.

The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator. The dining room has a table seating six, and the living room has large lake-viewing windows and a fireplace for those cool summer evenings or colder winter days.

Wildlife abounds in the surrounding woods and out on the lake. The eerie call of a loon is often heard in the still evenings or early mornings, and mother duck waddles along the shore with her brood closely following behind. Eagles are frequently seen on the lake soaring overhead.
