Ultimate Luxury Family Friendly 3 BR / 2BA private home with Pool, Hot Tub, Outdoor relaxation areas. We are located steps to a pristine private beach. We have all of the gear to make your stay memorable. Kayaks, boogie boards, beach chairs, Umbrella, Kids toys, Towels, Pool Floats. etc. The only thing you will need to bring is sunblock! We are family friendly and also have a pack n play with sheets, portable high chair, baby tub. Our bedrooms are as follows- Beach Bum Room has queen sized bed and walk in shower and toilet. The Turtle Room has a queen bed. The Pirate Room has two single beds. There is an additional full bathroom with bathtub/shower.
Updated Kitchen with toaster, coffee pot, crock pot, bullet blender, george foreman grill. The outdoor area includes many areas for entertaining or relaxation. Pool area has full sized table, double chaise, and lounge chair area. Perfect for cocktails during sunset. The hot tub area is a separate area adjacent to the pool. There is additional seating in that area. Situated in a residential area. Steps to the private boat dock where you can fish, kayak, or simply enjoy the intercoastal view. We have often seen dolphins and manatees from the dock.
No hosting of guests or events permitted at the home.

We really enjoyed our stay in your home - in fact we hope we are able to rent it again in the spring AND fall. The pool and hot tub was so private - we loved hanging out there in the evening gazing at the stars. The house is so close to the beach; we made our way over every day - even if just for a few hours. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms (along w/a picnic area). The house was so clean and decorated beautifully. The appliances made me want new in my house. We enjoyed dinner out every night and all the restaurants were close and never too crowded - we never had a wait for a table. I walked every morning and always felt safe - the neighbors were very friendly. If you are looking for a wonderful relaxing vacation this place is a must - we hope to rent often!!

Great Property In The Perfect Florida Location

The property was awesome. Clean, well stocked to include all the beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler which is perfect when you are away from home. Five minutes from Clear Water Beach which has it all beach, recreation, restaurants and entertainment. It was a 50 minute ride to Orlando. There is a great beach at the end of the block which makes early morning or evening walks on the beach very convenient. Never did have a chance to take the Kayaks out. We took a day trip to Sarasota which was 40 minutes away great white sand beaches and shopping. Indian Rocks Beach is also three minutes away and a great quieter beach town with a great water park. Sitting outdoors at the pool after a night out and in the morning was relaxing. Julie was a pleasure to deal with. We will book this property again. P.S. you pour the water in the coffee maker in the same compartment as the coffee - took me a few minutes to figure that out lol

Perfect vacation home. Super Cute and very clean. Reasonably priced.

My husband and I stayed at this location and we really had a nice quiet time. This house is located very close to the main road and it was a very quiet neighborhood. This was an ideal location to get to any restaurants and shopping and it is just steps away from the beach access. The house is very nicely decorated, very well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful and it was very private and the back yard (pool area) is completely fenced in. We really enjoyed the salt water pool and the hot tub was very warm and relaxing. My husband I also enjoyed competing against each other with the tetherball post that was set up on the side of the yard. This vacation home is perfect for couples as well as a family. The homeowner was very accomodating when we had questions about anything. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for nice retreat that is central to both north and south ends of the shores between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. This beach area is very ideal for walking, biking and it is very easy to get around by car.

Beautiful, Clean, well stocked home...Great location

I would highly recommend booking this house for a summer getaway! The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable in relaxing. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and is has everything you need to feel at home. The pool and hot tub are also beautifully maintained and the outdoor living area is large, fully equipped, and comfortable. Our three children had their own comfortable beds, bathroom to share, and enjoyed the pool from morning to night. You are also so close to the private beach that it was easy to travel back and forth all day long. There is also so much to do in the Clearwater and Tampa area for both children and adults: Clearwater Aquarium, restaurants, mini-golf, spas, shopping, and much more! We will surely be coming back again!

We have traveled quite a bit and always loved the beach. We combed the entire west coast of Florida when deciding on a vacation property. We fell in love with the privacy offered by this small community. You are 2 miles from the hustle and bustle of Clearwater Beach. You can lay in the pool and only hear the birds.
