Relax and enjoy everything that paradise has to offer while staying at this one-family Gulf-front home. Nestled on the soft, white sands of Belleair Beach, just minutes away from TD Stadium and BayCare Ballpark, this 1,700 square foot home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, including infants. The 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms are sure to please any discerning guest. Assigned parking behind the house makes for speedy arrival and departure.

NOTE: When booking, please share the names, ages and usual hometowns of all guests.

Unforgettable Views & Relaxation:
Each floor boasts its own spacious balcony providing commanding views of the beach, the sea, and extraordinary sunsets the Gulf coast is known for. Perch on the tall Adirondack chairs or rest on a rocking chair while scanning the gentle waves for playful dolphins. In the late afternoon watch for the fabled "green flash" as the sun sinks into the water. Feel the stresses of everyday life melt away as you listen to the seagulls and soothing sounds of the surf lapping against the shore.

Peace, Privacy & Prime Location:
Conveniently located, this family friendly, private home is just 10 minutes from vibrant downtown Clearwater, but there are no crowds, no boom boxes or motor sports at this stretch of private beach - just blissful serenity. Central cooling/heating and ceiling fans keep you comfortable, no matter the weather. Each bedroom and the living room has its own "smart" TV and we provide unlimited 5G internet at no extra charge.

Main Floor:
One flight up, this level boasts a comfortable beach-themed living room. Here you can either sit outside on the balcony, or rest indoors on the cozy chairs and sofas. This level also houses a large, windowed kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size ice-making fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. You'll find a wide variety of cookware, dishware and utensils. Two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) help you get caffeinated in the morning. The tucked away Queen bedroom with adjacent full-size bathroom is also located on this level.

Second Floor:
You'll find the Master suite and Twin bedroom on this level. The Master suite with king bed has two seating areas - perfect for reading before bedtime or watching TV. The en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub with beautiful views, as well as a separate glass enclosed shower and double vanities. Like the first level, there is a sliding door leading to a spacious balcony where you can watch the beach activities by day and count the stars at night. The Twin bedroom has two twin beds and its own adjacent full-size bathroom with shower and tub. Pack lightly - there is an energy efficient washer/dryer on this level and we provide complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Shaded Deck:
Your own PRIVATE shaded deck below the house is directly on the sand and just footsteps away from the water. YOU DO NOT SHARE THIS DECK WITH ANYONE ELSE! Dimmable lighting lets you enjoy this area after sundown and with an outdoor shower, you can rinse off before heading back indoors.

We cannot recommend Ed and Eileen’s house any higher than 5 stars, but if there were 6 stars, we would give it that. Ed and Eileen provide you with everything you need beforehand and recommendations for the area. It made everything very smooth. The beach felt very private, not crowded at all and the view was to die for. We will definitely be back!!

Came down and stayed in this beautiful home. The beach is right outside the door. There were chairs and an umbrella at the house which was very convenient. A wonderful lower private deck which we used everyday. There was great communication with the home owner. She was very kind and generous. Would stay here again.

Absolutely great! The host are very welcoming and friendly, great communication throughout the stay. The house has everything you need. Just bring your own food and drinks. The view is amazing and very close to the water. The beach was not over crowded during our visit. I’m not afraid to say it was prefect. Thank you Eileen and Ed!

Sweet Retreat

This property has it all! Steps away from the beach, lots of space, beautiful beach front views, spacious kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and more. We especially loved the little rinse off water areas under the house for when we came in from the beach. There was plenty of seating throughout the house. We loved how so many things were available to us in the house- ex: soap, shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, hangers, folding luggage rack, aloe, sunscreen, bug repellent, flashlights, cards, games, puzzles, baby gate, beach chairs, canopy, grill, and more. The owners really tried to make sure you have what you need. The kitchen is stocked with everything! We were so comfortable and happy there. We loved it! This place is a gem!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! Very clean and well stocked with just about everything you would need. The multiple deck options for views of the beach are awesome. The hosts were kind and very responsive to any needs. This is the perfect home for beach lovers!

Our stay was wonderful! Hosts were great! The house is lovely, clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and right on the beach. The decks were the highlight and far more shaded than i would have thought. The lower porch had an unexpected and delicious cool breeze off the ocean all day. Definitely plan to return and we highly recommend!

Best view of the beach

Beautiful property directly on the beach. House is well stocked and the most organized of any house I have rented. The two deck levels and lower patio have the best views of the beach and sunset. Great location and the owners are great to work with and go above and beyond, considering every little detail for a wonderful experience. Quiet and relaxing neighborhood close to everything. Beds are extremely comfortable. An awesome location for friends or family to enjoy together!

Beach House

Lovely property directly on the beach. House has all amenities for a perfect beach week. Wonderful to sit on the deck(s) or lower patio - watch the waves and dolphins. Great location and super suggestions by the hosts for restaurants nearby. Truly a gem by the sea!

Amazing Getaway at Belleair Beach - Highly Recommend!!

We had a Fabulous time at the Belleair Beach Villa!!! It was on my Bucket List to stay ON the beach and this location was EXACTLY what we were looking for. The Villa has EVERYTHING you could possibly need during your stay. The location is Perfect. The Beach is open, just steps from the door and there are so many ways to enjoy the Beach... from both upper decks, the deck below the house and right out in the sand on the beach. We felt like Royalty here!!! We enjoyed long walks on the beach, sitting on the decks listening to the waves, shelling, saw dolphins several times close to shore, gathered a variety of shells and visited nearby attractions and restaurants a couple of times, though we preferred to just sit and enjoy the comfort, the peace, the views and the sound of the crashing waves. We can't wait to return and will definitely recommend to our friends & family! Eileen & Ed were super responsive and assisted us with every need and question!!! One of My Favorite Places EVER!

Great house and great location

The house was just right for our 3 adult kids and us. The owner was extremely responsive to any question or comment I had. The house is on the beach. It is one of the closest house to the water as I saw on Belleair Beach. The sand was sand and not made up of tiny crushed shells like other beaches have which can feel sharp. The house thermostat is controlled by the owner. It's kept at 70 for heat and 72 for cooling. If the windows and/or door are left open, the system turns off until all the opening are closed. I liked that bc I don't have to check on what family member opened a window and forgot to close it. The owner stocked the house very well. Little things like spices, detergents, dishwasher pods, dryer sheets, coffee filters and many other little items we didn't have to run out and get and then either leave them or take them home.parking for 3 cars inline front to back. The chairs and loungers under the house provide a great place to dry off or escape the sun for awhile. From under the house, you can see the beach all the way to the water. No sand berm or plants in the way of your view. We would book it again next year but the weeks we want are already taken.

Lovely home right on the beach

Beautifully decorated, well- appointed home steps from a sugar sand beach. We loved the balcony views and the nice under house deck. There are lots of birds to watch and it is not a crowded area. We all enjoyed it.

Perfect Location, wonderful place to stay!

My family and I came for the first time to the Gulf side of Florida’s beaches. It was beautiful! Although Tropical Storm Debby hit the first few days of our trip, turning the water and waves into what looked the Atlantic, our family had a wonderful time at the house. We spent a lot of time playing games, talking, and watching movies during the weather. The house is well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook meals. There was plenty of space when we needed to spread out through the house. The location is perfect as it was not crowded on the beach and was far enough away from the party scene in Clearwater, but close enough to get to grocery stores and great restaurants that are close by. Eileen couldn’t haven’t have been more accommodating knowing we were there during such bad weather. We would love to come back!

Family Vacation 2024

My family stayed in the Blue House in Belleair Beach. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for us.(6 adults) The house was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked which was great because we cook a lot.All 3 bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, soap, and shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. Plenty of laundry detergent. The decks let you enjoy the view of the beach and the beautiful gulf sunsets!! The primary bedroom and bathroom were beautiful with tons of space. There were beach towels and sunscreen!! The deck underneath the house was awesome too, with a shower to rinse off with. Lounge chairs to relax and dry-off in! Storage boxes with beach chairs, beach toys and umbrellas! The house over all was just amazing and came with an incredible view!! As for the hosts Ed and Eileen, they were equally amazing. I felt like they genuinely wanted my family to enjoy our vacation and make ourselves at home. From the beginning of reserving the house in January to when we checked out on July 20th they were making sure that everything was going smoothly. I had a few favors I had to ask the hosts and it didn’t seem that they even thought about it they just said yes. I will not post what was asked because I know they will not always be in the position to accommodate all. I just want to say thank you Ed and Eileen for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful house with us!

Wonderful & Relaxing Experience. 10+

What a gem! Great beach access and yard space. The view from the beach house is incredible. The kitchen was stocked with every implement you might need to cook a meal. Eileen, the host, was beyond responsive and was more than happy to help whenever we had a request. Overall we had a great experience with Eileen and we were very happy with the location and the conditions of the house. Would definitely recommend!

The most wonderful vacation

My family and I just completed a fantastic stay. Eileen and Ed were excellent hosts from start to finish. They were very easily accessible during the stay when we had questions and responded very quickly. We have been to Bellaire Beach several times before. This was by far the best property we stayed at with respect to location, size, and property amenities. We are a family of six with kids ranging from 8-19. There was a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels for the beach, lots of beach chairs and a large cooler. Parking was great too. Walks on the beach every morning were exhilarating and the sunsets were breathtaking. If you are looking for a stress free relaxing vacation, this is the property for you.

Perfect getaway

Our family of 5 (3 kids 6 years old and younger) stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Being directly on the beach is so nice and the house is stocked with everything you might need, even a baby gate (which came in very handy)! Conveniently located, just a very short drive north or south into more “action”, we loved this peaceful home so much and hope to be back!

Great family vacation spot

This was the best vacation so far . Location of the property was really convenient for everything, from grocery shopping to fun stuff on the beach and plenty near by restaurants and bars. The owners where so responsive and welcoming . Overall great place to visit and already thinking about rebooking for future stays.

Belleair Beach

We loved staying at Belleair Beach in this clean, well stocked and organized place. It is right on the beach with amazing views. This was our second stay and hope to be back again. Thank you Eileen and Ed for being wonderful hosts.
