Everything you need for the perfect vacation! Our lake home has it all; 5 bedrooms (3 king bedrooms, 1 queen/full bedroom, 1 bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds), 3 full baths, and a 1/2 bath plus an outdoor shower and powder room. Home is situated on a flat lakefront lot with amazing views, a large rocking chair deck, private sandy beach area, fire pit and double decker dock.

The deck is perfectly equipped with rocking chairs, lounge chairs, outside dining tables… enjoy the heated/cooled sunroom with a lounge area and another separate dining area. Lakefront family room with floor to ceiling windows, cathedral beamed ceilings and large screen (70 inch). Ample parking (RVs welcome on street), lots of local shopping and restaurants nearby ny car or by boat.

Bed linens and bath linens provided.

This is your ideal vacation on the lake and you deserve it!

This property was everything it was marketed to be and much more. We were a family of eight with three adult couples and two teenage boys, and there was plenty of room for us and some. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of kitchen utensils and cookware. Especially for a long Easter weekend with family that loves to cook. We loved all the outside amenities, including the oversized dock and fire pit. Everything was put to use we lit two fires outside and a fire inside with the fireplace. We casted and caught fish off of the dock. We also rented a pontoon boat from a local business and docked at the private dock on the property before taking family out on the lake. I would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a peaceful, happy and plentiful lakefront rental.

Golf trip with long time buddies

What an awesome spot to spend a few days! Extremely clean, plenty of sleeping arrangements for people and unbeatable lake views! Private beach area and dock made for great times all day. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a gateway 👍

Amazing get away that's close to home

For a quick get away from Charlotte, this property is amazing! The living space, large windows and spacious deck allowed for lots of family time. The views and relaxing waters of Lake Norman were just what our family needed. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great stay

House was lovely, plenty of space for six adults. Private dock was also a plus, outdoor furniture could use some new cushions but still serviceable. Lake was beautiful and not too busy in our little corner. Would've loved to use the grills but no propane tanks to be found. Overall a great stay!

Thank your review. The grill has a direct line to an underground propane tank so apologize that was not clear. We will look into replacing the outdoor cushions.

Wedding weekend

This was a fantastic rental for our family all in town for a wedding. It accommodated all of us whether we wanted to sit inside and play games, sit outside on the deck, or gather on the rooftop deck on the dock. It was so fun after the business of the wedding to relax here. Everyone who stayed wants to make it an annual event and we would 100% rent this house again.

Lakeside Luxury

The house was very clean, well stocked kitchen, and a cozy family home atmosphere. The property was well kept, the beach was perfect for our 4 year old and 2 year old grandchildren. The porch was awesome, the yard was great for games and the lake was clear and warm. The owners were kind and courteous and responded quickly to our questions. We plan on returning in the future!

RELAXING INDEPENDENCE DAY!

Our stay was precisely what we were looking for. Three couples and a teenager were easily accommodated in this home. Everyone had their own space. The bedding was clean, in good shape and comfortable. The deck above the boathouse was perfect for viewing nearby fireworks on July 4th. Nicely located within a short drive of anything needed.

Amazing home with an amazing view

This home was perfect for our birthday/Mother’s Day celebration. Can’t say enough good things about the home and view. We enjoyed every second of our stay and the owners were very responsive and kind. I would love to return again and again.. we didn't want to leave! Lol

Family. Vacation

We enjoyed our time at Lake Norman and had plenty of space for our family. Dock and beach provided plenty of area for children to swim and enjoy the lake. Tropical storm Debby kept us indoors most of Thursday but with all the space inside we didn’t feel on top of each other. Issue with dishwasher was addressed quickly and owner was very responsive.

Beautiful Home and Setting

A wonderful home with plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. The home is situated on a convenient lot close to the lake and their private dock. The home is full of amenities and conveniences. Beds are very comfortable and family room and kitchen are great for sharing conversations and enjoying one another. We love the location as it’s got everything one needs by way of restaurants and grocery stores. The communication with the homeowner was wonderful. We will want to return! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Our annual "Labor Day at the Lake" family tradition...

Labor Day at the Lake. Last year and this year, we picked Lake Norman for our family to get together over the long weekend. We loved this house because of the size, it accommodated our large family, 3 sets of parents and 3 kids, age 8,7 and 4. We also loved the flat lot leading down to the lake! It was perfect for the kids to play before and after boating. We even used the firepit one night just so we could make S'mores. Kimberly was so easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Next time we come back to Lake Norman, we will definitely rent this house again. :-)

Wedding Weekend Lakefront Retreat

We came down from Boston for a family wedding and found ourselves wondering if we had to go back. This place was the perfect lakeside retreat—peaceful, beautiful, and just the right amount of Southern charm to make six adults forget they’re usually stuck in traffic on the Mass Pike.The house is bright and airy with a wide-open living and dining area that made it easy to hang out without tripping over each other. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the beds were wicked comfy, and the lake views? Chef’s kiss.We spent a good chunk of time on the deck and dock—coffee in the morning, drinks in the evening, and a whole lot of pretending we live there full-time. The furniture was so comfy it almost convinced us to start a group Zillow search.The host was quick to respond anytime we had a question, and the neighbors were so quiet we weren't sure anyone else was around.Would absolutely come back. Next time we might just “accidentally” miss our flight home.

Lake Norman House

Great location with nice view of lake. Good options for sleeping for family group of 10 with kids. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean when we arrived. Nice dock with pretty lights at night. We enjoyed our stay. Huge smart TV In main area with Netflix, Disney+, etc. but we were disappointed that there was none of the other TV’s (and there’s were several) that picked up anything. I thought listing said that 2 of the TV’s had service. We needed 2nd one for kids. This could easily be solved with a Roku stick — wish I had taken one of mine.

The perfect lake rental for so many reasons

Our group was in search of a multiple family rental that had location, space to spread out, and was ideal for entertaining people of all ages.... This home had it all. The owners were also extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The house was recently renovated, and they didn't cut any corners when it came to quality. Everything down to the mattresses was clearly well thought out. The lay out is perfect for multiple families, and the massive sitting areas, screened in porch, and enormous deck provide the ultimate in lake living and could not be more perfect for entertaining. The pics do not even do the place justice. The dock was even refinished recently and was a hit with all ages. We had rainy weather most of our stay, but being in such a great house with so many things close by almost made us forget about the less than ideal weather conditions. And when it comes to lake location, you are right off the main channel, and very centralized to everywhere you might want to visit by boat. And as another perk, their neighbors were even extremely friendly and welcoming. Having stayed in multiple rental houses on the lake and other destinations, I have to say this house was the most well rounded I've stayed in to date. I honestly can't list one negative thing, or even one simple thing we would have even changed about the rental. I almost hesitate to let the secret out, as I fear this may make it more difficult for us to find this house vacant in the future. We would absolutely stay here again, and plan to do so!

We had a great time. Beautiful location an home. Our only complaint was the dock. We wish there was a laying out jump off area that extended off the dock. All an all a great place for the price.

Fun house, great location!

Our family of seven loved every moment of our stay. The main family and dining room is spectacular, even better than the pics. Lawn is flat and great for games. Fire pit was fun for s’mores. We recommend this house. Owners were responsive and obviously take great care of their home.
