This home is situated right on Lake Norman, affording spectacular, unparalleled views from most rooms.
The 3,628 square foot plantation style home sits on .72 acres and includes 111 feet of Lake Norman shoreline. It has over 2,000 square feet of covered porches and balconies on both east & west sides of the house, giving you ample opportunities in rocking chairs, a hammock, and dining spaces to enjoy sun or shade.

The main entrance corridor houses a grand staircase. The upper level has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Primary King Bedroom has a seating area with deco fireplace and a spectacular en-suite bathroom, as well as access to 2 covered balconies. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have Queen beds, each with French doors to covered balcony. The Upstairs bunk room has 2 twin over twin beds and is a huge hit with kids. Three of the upstairs bedrooms share a spacious bath with a tiled tub/shower and double sinks.

The Main level has 2 flexible spaces for additional sleeping-- one that can serve as a Bedroom or Game Room, and the other that can serve as an Office or extra sleeping space. There is a full bathroom with a tiled stand-up shower on the main level.

The main gathering space has been upgraded (April 2026) with brand new furniture including a sectional, swivel chairs, and ottomans, providing seating for 10+ that maximizes views of the lake from every angle. Updated professional photos to follow.

This house is designed for fun for all ages and interests. There is a pub/game room over the garage that is accessed through a second staircase. The main floor game room has an XBox. The spacious, clean finished garage also has ping pong, foosball, cornhole, and water toys including a new Kayak and 2 new Stand Up Paddleboards (guests provide their own life jackets).

The home is on a quiet residential street in Denver, perfectly situated close to many restaurants, shops, and activities, as well as easy access to boat rentals. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby at the Marina. You can launch your own boat at the Beatties Ford Boat Ramp, which is minutes away.

Denver is a hidden gem. There are many great restaurants and bars nearby. Chillfire Bar and Grill, Safari Miles, Latitudes, Sports Page, Joeys for Pizza, Kanpai for sushi, Lobster Dogs, Margaritas for Mexican and Midtown Sundries. Consider splurging for steaks at 16 Prime.
